Used ITunes card to buy music $ deducted one song left off. How do I contac

I have used prepaid Itunes cards to buy music to download to an IPOD Nano 3rd generation. It deducts for each song. However it deducted for a song and never downloaded it. I've sent emails etc. to no avail. How do I contact Apple re this. I'm afraid to use the card because of the loss of money.

If I use an iTunes card to purchase music, can I put the music on non apple devices?

I have a lot of iTunes cards, but no apple devices. I want to know if I can use the cards to buy music, and then put that music onto other devices. As far as I can see, there's no reason why this should be a problem. I'd be paying Apple for the music. If I'm not able to, then these cards will probably never be used, and Apple will never be able to recognize their profit.

No, the iTunes card is only valid in the country where it is sold...and you must be physically in that country to use it.

Below is the advice you forwarded:
I found a solution to my problem.
> start menu
> accessories,
> right click on the command prompt icon and choose "run as administrator".
Once it opens, type in the following command...
netsh winsock reset
hit enter
You should get a message that the winsock reset successful and you will need to reboot your computer.
Reboot and when I reloaded itunes the store loaded fine.

Hello, thank you for your prompt answer. I did have an idea that Home sharing might be the answer but could not quite figure out how to do it. I have enabled home sharing in my iTunes account, put in username and password, clicked on creat etc. But the homs sharing icon doew not appear in the left side of iTunes. So I got stuck.
