Consignment delivery status is howing the status being processed

Dear Guru,
I would like to know the reason behing showing the status of consignment delivery document as "BEING PROCESSED".
The scenario is as below:
as we all know that in consignment sales process there are for steps that we require.The steps are as follow:
consignment fill-up
consignement issue
consignment return
consignment pick-up.
In this while going through the consignment fill-up there are two substeps that is required.
careation of sales order and creation of delivery document and pgi.
After doing post goods issue when i m seeing the doucment flow i find that the delivery document status is showing as being processed.

If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Inconsistent IDOC status some partner getting status 30 randomly ?

I have developed customize IDOC and distribute to around 100+ receiver partner type KU. There is always idoc with status 30 in between randomly (not always the same KU).
I have implemented below code :
COMMIT WORK.
CALL FUNCTION 'DEQUEUE_ALL'.
Base on note Note 150202 - ALE: IDoc outbound - IDocs remain in status 30
One possible cause of this is a lock that is released too late:
First, you execute the COMMIT WORK and then a DEQUEUE ALL or EDI_DOCUMENT_DEQUEUE_LATER.
However, when you execute the COMMIT, the asynchronous processes are started that must first lock the IDoc again.

IDoc status as 30
Used
CALL FUNCTION 'DB_COMMIT'.
CALL FUNCTION 'DEQUEUE_ALL'.
After FM 'MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE' and before COMMIT WORK.

Your program generates the idoc ... and RSEOUT00 will process you idocs which are in 30 status...

I used to have bookmark icons I could recognize by the logo. Now they are all blank folders. If I hold the mouse over them I can see they are still there. How do I get the picture or logo back without deleting them and starting over. Why did they change?

Basically I used the expresscheckout as the basis and added a couponcode textbox, did validation etc. and passed if off to a subsequent custom process to create the cart/product/discount and redirected it to cart view.

I am having the exact same problem.
However, I believe that displaying large amount of data via a tree table is fine as the user is able to quickly drill in to the data of interest.
It is just that the 'Expand All' option (as implemented) does not make sense in my case.
Given that I cannot hide it, is there an easy way to change it's behavior so that it does nothing (or provide an 'No implemented' alert).
I don't have the time/experience to implement custom menu items.
