User appearing twice in Buy on Behalf

Hello,
I have a bug on a user that was recently moved from a purchase org to another.
When I try to buy on behalf of the user I see two lines of the same users ( same id ).
It seems like a new line of this user has been created in the system.
I've already deleted the entry in table BUT050 and BUT052.
Does anybody has an idea ?
Thanks
T.K

Hi
Please check the entries in Table HRP1001
The user must be assigned to two org units with current validity dates
Thanks

  • Lync 2013 user appears twice in Lync, once with all features, a second time with only the option to make a voice call

    Hi,
    I'm using 15.0.4551.1007.
A user appears twice in my contact search but in the second instance he has a phone icon and I can only make a video call to the user.
His contact card only shows a phone number in 'Other'.  The number appears in his other contact card but not in the same format.
I suspected he is somewhere in my contacts but a search found nothing.  He's not listed twice in the Exchange GAL either.
Where can Lync be getting this information?  it doesn't happen to every user and he's enabled the same way as everybody else in Lync.
    Thanks,
    rudif

Open Lync option, click Personal tab. Choose None under Personal information manager.
Then sign out and sign in to check if you can see the contact twice for the specific user.
Please also check if other users have this issue. If they do have, the problem locates on the address book server or Active Directory.
If only you have this problem, try to delete the Lync cached file for you user.

  • Network User appearing twice in connection tab under file sharing

I have one of my network users that appears twice under the connected Users tab in the File Sharing service (Lion Server).
It only appears to be happening with one of the users.  When they log in they get shown twice with the same IP address although they can have different idle time.
I can not seem to work out what is going on.
    Any thoughts/suggestions would be welcome.

After a little bit of mucking around I have discovered the duplicate user appears when I mount a network volume (which is also a share) during login using a "mount drive" script.  I can disconnect the duplicate user which unmounts the network volume.
Same thing happens when I connect to the server machine through the SHARED listing in Finder as it is set up to use my network account to connect.  ONce again I can disconnect which simply umounts the shared access.

  • Loops appear twice in the loop browser. Huh?

I just installed iLife '06 and have been "messing around" with the various programmes. One thing I noticed was that exactly the same loops appear twice in the loop browser. Not all loops are doubled, which is obviously what is confusing me. Is this normal (not my confusion!!)?
I've checked the folder in the library and each loop is only available once, but GarageBand insists on having two of quite a number of loops. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, as I haven't found any way to delete just one of the loops (deleting the file obviously deletes both . . .)
    Thanks in advance,

Do you really have only one copy of each? Do a Finder/Spotlight search. There are several places where the loops could show up:
    - the general Library/Audio folder
    - the user Library/Audio folder
    - the general Library/Application Support folder
    - the User Library/Application Support folder
Did you install over an old version of GB? That might explain the duplicate loops. And the "single" loops that were either part of your old installation and not of GB3 or vice versa.
In order to repair that, you should trash the duplicate loops and the content of the Loops Index folder and then drag the remaining loops into the loop browser.

  • Time Capsule appears twice in Airport drop down menu

Menu Bar > Airport drop-down menu: My Time Capsule's wireless name shows up twice in my list of wifi sources. Once in the group with all the other routers and again in a group called "Devices".
    Long story short…
I start with a perfectly functional, WPA/WPA2 password-protected Time Capsule: Over a year old. Two MbP's using it for Time Machine backup. Connected to a 1.5TB MyBook external HD via usb. Doubles as my wifi router. Everything's connected to it, including my wifi-enabled printer. Works great. No issues.
I get this idea in my head that I need to hide my wifi signal. I figure it out and ¡Viola! Hidden. Then I try to add my wifi-enabled printer to the list of allowed devices in "Access Control". I hit a big snag and can't figure out how to get it to connect (btw, don't buy a Brother printer. Pure crap). So, I give up and revert permissions back to visible, password-protected state.
Skipping irrelevant issues that I already resolved, I now have the wireless name of my Time Capsule appearing twice in the airport drop down menu. It appears with all the other wifi sources my machine detects AND appears at the bottom under a new category called "Devices".
All I want is to have things back the way they were and this anomaly in the drop down menu is a constant reminder that I #1 failed and #2 bought a crap printer.
(Long story long, I guess. Sorry.) How do I delete this "Devices" group from the airport drop down menu?

  • Document Number appearing twice.

    Hi Experts,
In one document, particular line item of vendor payment is appearing twice with same document number, document type is KZ when checked in FBL3N. User, Date, Time and amount are identical. When checked Vendor account for the same, there is only one line item with respect to above. This is a special G/L transaction as Advance payment.
I also checked Table GLT0 for the same, there is only one entry.
Can anyone advice me, what could be the error for double entry in FBL3N & how to rectify it ?
    Madhu.

    Hello,
Document numbers are linked to time stamp. There cannot be double doucument numbers with the same number time stamp.
    Please recheck your criteria.
However, you can search service.sap.com for "Overlapping of document numbers"

  • Incorrect Buy on Behalf name displayed for Deleted Shopping Cart

    Hi All,
The issue is with the deleted Shopping Carts.
In case of non deleted Shopping carts the Buy on behalf field displays correct value.
I debugged and found that there is a bug in standard code itself.
In class /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH, the code is written for non deleted and deleted SC to read the buy on behalf value.
In case of non-deleted the of condition reads the item values and  item guid is exported to patner table that returns the buy on behalf value.
But in case of deleted SC the
the else condition is executed where the requestor id is used to get the patner table which inturn gives us the buy on behalf value.
The difference is with the requestor id (MV_REQUESTOR_ID) in both cases.
In case of non deleted SC the requestor ID is different and in case of deleted Sc the requestor id is the vlaue of one who currently is viewing the SC.
    Kindly help.
    Thanks in advance,
    Rahul

  • Excluded Agent restricts our Buy on Behalf approval process

We are implementing a step in the BRF that if a shopping cart is bought on behalf of another user ( we will call him A ), then the first approval will go to user A.
however, the standard determination of excluded agents within SRM 7 is to use the document owner as the excluded agent. Therefore, since user A is not in effect the creator of the shopping cart, but is marked as the requestor and hence the owner of the shopping cart, that user is excluded from the approval.
I have already implemented the workflow BADI to use the fallback agent determination when user A is first removed from the list; however, once the workflow task is created, user A is still in the excluded agent section which prohibits the user from seeing the shopping cart approval in their inbox to approve.
How can I remove the document owner from the excluded agents and possibly put in the document creator instead? This would keep the business rules of the document creator/owner still being excluded except in the cases where we have this buy on behalf situation.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
SAP won't allow  to add requester in the approval list in SRM 7.0. even you add them into approval_table , SAP standard code will be deleted back in the class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MANAGER~GET_RESPONSIBLE_AGENTS.
          lt_excluded_agents = lo_wf_pdo->get_document_owner( ).
LOOP AT lt_agent REFERENCE INTO lr_agent.
READ TABLE lt_excluded_agents FROM lr_agent->approver_id TRANSPORTING NO FIELDS.
            CHECK sy-subrc EQ 0.
            DELETE TABLE lt_agent FROM lr_agent->*.
          ENDLOOP.
to achieve this requirement, you need to remove the above code and delete the excluded agent in the task level.

  • Disk appears twice in Project and Event window

There seems to be a bug in iMovie that causes the default disk to appear twice in the project and event viewer if you have a symbolic link in the path.
For years I have used a symlink to allow me to locate my Users area onto a second drive. This keeps all my user data separate from the more generic system data. Occasionally an application gets confused by this link and this seems to be the case with iMovie.
I think what is happening is that iMovie is trying to list my home directory which by default is usually on Macintosh HD/Users/louie but when it hits the symlink at /Users -> /Volumes/DataDisk/Users it sees this is actually on drive DataDisk. Then I think it looks for all mounted volumes and it finds DataDisk again and doesn't realize that this is already recorded and includes it again.
Other than this odity it seems to work just fine. If I add a project or event, initially it appears in only one of the DataDisk entries in iMovie. Then if I restart iMovie the new project and/or event will show under both entries. The actual project and events are correcty created in my ~/Movies directory.
    -louie

I don't know an easy way to fix that if you are using a symlink.
Click on this link for some good information about how to set up your home folder in a different location. You can set it up on OSX where you will not need a symlink. On the other hand, if its working well for you, may be best to leave it alone.

  • Parameter appears twice (discoverer 10g)

I was asked to make a change in an existing report. The report consists of two sheets with similar data. One sheet shows the data in dollars, the other sheet shows the data in pounds. Even though each sheet comes from a different folder, the parameters have the same name.
I noticed that the pound sheet has the parameter "from designation" appearing twice, as well as the "to designation" parameter. Since the same name parameter also appears in the dollar sheet, I was sure that I would find the condition of each parameter activated. However, only the pound condition is active, with the other sheet's dollar condition not active. If I de-activate it from the sheet, the parameters do not appear. When I activate the parameters, they again appear twice.
I prefer not deleting and redefining the parameters. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
    Thanks.
    Leah

The sheets are using different folders.
I do need to have different parameters passed to the second sheet from what was passed in the first sheet. This is intended design. For example:
    Sheet 1 parameters:
Cost Center (with an option to select ALL cost centers)
    Year
Summary sheet shows dollars for the year (cross-tab format) broken down by period across the top, and individual cost centers; with SUMs for YTD and at the bottom of each period.
The detail data is in a data warehouse, and I need parameters to pass to the BA folder that tells the query whether the user choose to drill down on an individual cost center for a period, or the total of all cost centers for a period (just an example). So.... behind the scenes I have a calculation that says:
    DECODE(INBA Journal Rollups.Security Bucket,'ONE',INBA Journal Rollups.Company Cost Center,' <ALL>')
I don't want the <ALL> or ONE to appear on the first (summary) sheet, but so far I am unable to pass the value of this calculation into the detail sheet parameter if I am not showing the calculation on the summary sheet.
    Thanks again for your help.

  • On my drop down menus, the items listed are appearing twice.

On my drop down menus, the items listed are appearing twice.  For instance, there are two "shut down" and two "restart."  How do I fix this?

Hi Peter, and a warm welcome to the forums!
    See Tom Gewecke's post here...

This problem has been reported serveral times. It seems to be a loss of access to the main system font. I've not heard of any cure except a reinstall.
It appears to be time for a relatively painless Archive & Install, which gives you a new/old OS, but can preserve all your files, pics, music, settings, etc., as long as you have plenty of free disk space and no Disk corruption, and is relatively quick & painless...

Just be sure to select Preserve Users & Settings.

  • Save confirm message appearing twice due to doSubmit behaviour

I am using the IE onBeforeUnload event on the body tag to confirm whether the user really wishes to leave if there are changes made to the page. However, in circumstances where htmldb uses the doSubmit procedure (eg: when clicking a sub tab) the message appears twice. I found that this is because the the following statements in the doSubmit procedure
    flowSelectAll();
    and
    document.wwv_flow.submit();
are both triggering the onBeforeUnload event for some reason. If I insert a flag in between these statements the problem is solved. However since doSubmit is a htmldb core javascript procedure, I dont want to modify it. Is there any other solution to the issue that anybody knows of? Please help....

figured out that it was not because of the flowSelectAll() but the anchor tag of the page and the wwv_flow.submit() that causes the onBeforeUnload to fire twice. Anyway the problem at the core remains the same. If anybody knows of any way to tackle this problem without changing the doSubmit function, your help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
