User Authorization for Network and Activity

I have given WBS authorization according to the Person Responsible.
Further I want to control all networks & all all activities under that particular WBSE.
System is blocking the reqd. WBS but allowing to create/change all Networks & activitites under blocked WBSE.

Hi,
Networks / Activities have different authorization checks than WBS / project definitions. You can check them by work center or plant, but not by person responsible on superior element.
From what I've seen you will have to either use a different authorization check or develop the check as an enhancement.

Hi,
I have developed new cube & ODS and created new Web Templates based on queries on these Infoproviders.
I have created new role and adde these templates to menu of this Role.
In Authorization profile i have used following Authorization objects.
S_RS_BTMP
S_RS_COMP
S_RS_COMP1
S_RS_ICUBE
S_RS_ODSO
In all these objects i hace selected activity 3.
Infoarea used for these new Cube & ODS is also added and for cube & ODS selection ihave used * (full authorization)
But when user is opening the web template it is showing error messahe
"You do not have authorization for access with activity 03 on the InfoProvider ZICXEROX."
Is there is any authorization object missing in the profile?

BPS - PS Retraction with Network and Activity

Hi,
In BPS I have a retraction function for PS at WBS Element level, and it's runs ok. Now, we will enhacement the planning level with network and activity. Is posible to retract the data to R/3 at this detail level (network and activity)?

There is no charge for the JCOP Tools. The tools are provided as-is with no warranty or support. Instructions for downloading and activating the tools follow.
Please note that because our Java Card operating system is now available for more than one silicon vendor, IBM will no longer act as a distributor for sample cards. If you require a sample card, you must now approach the silicon vendors directly . Our current silicon partners are Philips Semiconductor, Samsung and Sharp. In addition you may be able to obtain JCOP sample cards from suppliers on this list http://www.zurich.ibm.com/jcop/order/cards.html
JCOP Tools are subject to US Government Export Controls, and therefore each install has to be activated individually to ensure compliance. Please follow the instructions below for each copy of the tools that need to be activated.
Prerequisites:
   1. If you do not already have a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed, download and install a JRE or JDK. You can do so from this website (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html). Please note that we recommend the use of JRE version 1.4.2.
   2. If you do not already have the open source software development environment Eclipse installed, download and install Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org/), You can do so from this website(http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index.php). JCOP Tools require Eclipse 3.1
To download the tools and start install:
   1. Download the current Update Site image from here (http://www.zurich.ibm.com/jcop/download/eclipse/image/tools.zip)
   2. Unzip the downloaded file to a location of your choice
   3. Start the Eclipse IDE
   4. From the menu bar click on Help > Software Updates > Find and Install
   5. In the Install/Update Dialog select Search for new features to install
   6. Click Next
   7. Click on New Archived Site . . . and browse to the location chosen in step 2
   8. Select the file tools.zip
   9. Click Open then OK then Finish
10. Eclipse Update Manager will start to install the plug-in, continue with the install as needed.
For an activation code please send me ([email protected]) the following information:
   1. Your full postal address - the serial number will be sent via International Courier for US Export control reasons.
   2. Your contact telephone number
   3. The serial number of your JCOP tools install
   4. Your planned usage/reason for needing the JCOP tools
   5. If a student, a copy (fax or digital photo) of your student ID
For the serial number (item 3 above):
   1. Ensure you have downloaded and installed the JCOP Tools
   2. Start the Eclipse IDE
   3. From the menu bar click on File > New > Project
   4. In the New Project Dialog expand the Java Card folder
   5. Select Java Card Project
   6. Click Next
   7. You should now see the JCOP Licensing Wizard
   8. Click Next
   9. Select Verify an Activation Code
10. Click Next
11. The Serial Number should appear on the next page, above the Activation Code entry fields.
12. Once you have that number click on Cancel then Abort (Note: the Java Card project choice will be disabled until the next time you restart Eclipse)

For those who are interested to use the JCOP simulator for a start, I have checked that the plug-in and feature files (in tools.zip) for Eclipse are still available at IBM site, please download and install yourself.
I still keep a copy of user guide for JCOP tools (version 3.1.1a) and the contents are still relevant to Version 3.1.1b simulator in tools.zip.

ICF - you either maintain the auth obj relevant at the icf service level itself or you can code call authority object and block access
for abap programs:
you maintain auth object at the tcode or code the call authority object within the program

1. Check in SU53 tcode
2. You are having RSECADMIN/PFCG tcode access?? If yes you can give authorisation for the same.
3. You dont have S_RS_ADMWB - authorisation
4. for your user id give this above authorisation
5. If you are unable to do the same, ask your basis team to give you the authorisation

We are experiencing the following issue with RSA1
While accessing this it comes back with error

This was working before and no authorizations got changed. Appreciate your feedback.

Yes, that kind of tallies with my experience ... after 3 days of useless iPhone 3G (BTW, killing 3G on the phone and relying on acquiring AT&T 2G didn't help, it still locked onto T-Mobile with the result that it was draining battery and rebooting frequently!), I ended up visiting the local Apple Store.
Although the visit was not to resolve the iPhone problem, whilst there I happened to cycle the phone and due to the store having a local AT&T cell, the strength of the local signal meant that I finally re-acquired a AT&T 3G signal ... once locked on again the phone was fine for the next day.
Nett outcome of this is that I would prefer to lay most of the blame for this debacle on the poor state of 3G support both by AT&T (and US carriers in general), maybe exacerbated in my case by two related events (the local DNC in Denver, which saturated local AT&T cells including 3G and a proliferation of v2.0.0 and v2.0.1 firmwares on iPhones in town, which dragged cell coverage into the weeds).
It would be nice for future sanity if AT&T and T-Mobile could at least resolve the ability to acquire/release the iPhone gracefully, otherwise I'll be very sceptical of travelling back to the US with only my iPhone, as a self-employeed consultant I can't afford to be out of touch for three days again!

Log in to your account, and move all your files to your home folder. No other users should be able to access them there and they won't show up with a Spotlight search.
Make sure your kids' account(s) do not have admin privileges.

ive got the same prob on my 4s i usually have to hard reboot a couple tims with no sim
steps i go through
1. turn on airplane mode
take out sim
2. hard reboot
3.turn back on then turn off airplane a couple a times if didnt work 1st time
another way that worked for me is turn on airplane mode then reset network settings and reboot with out sim in
but the longest this worked for me was maybe 3 or 4 days it a temp fix.. it just went to searching again about 5 mins ago and i used my first way to fix it, get it to say no sim and then i put sim back in. note it has to say no sim when its on the way to be working

Hello:
For authorization to individual infotype, use object P_ORGIN, authorization field INFTY. In here you can specify individual infotypes, and also authorization level on field AUTHC:
R - Read access
W - Write access
M - Matchcode access
E, D - Enqueue, dequeue access (Asymmetrical double verification principle)
S - Symmetrical (Symm. double verification principle)
For authorization for each and every action, use:
INFTY: 0000 (Actions infotype)
SUBTY: ## (Specific actions)
This is done with basis team cooperation in transaction PFCG.

Can any one suggest which BADI i have to use to restrict the network and activity moved between WBS.
i have tried WORKORDER_UPDATE,WORKBREAKDOWN_UPDATE and PROJECTDEF_UPDATE
non of these BADI's are working.
