User Data Missing
HI All,
I imported the role from the SAP environment using the CMC and now I can see the roles created as group in the BO envirionment, however the users are missing and have not been imported.
Do I need to follow some other process to achieve the user import?
One more quesry, why do we need to import the mentioned transport in SAP Basis environment. Is it for achieving the single sign-on?
Please note I am on 64 bit windows 2003.

- Please follow the recommendation in note 1314587.

How to bypass "ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data" ?

I have a problem with a ORA-01436 firing too early on a query I'm trying to execute.
There is a table of strings. Each string on that table should be composed of a single character or it must be obtained by the concatenation of a single character on another string in the table.
Sometime this requirement is missing. I can't do anything to drive the table to be in that way. So I would like to execute a query witch corrects that table by adding the missing strings in it. When there are some strings that can't be obtained by appending a single char from another string the the query should list also the missing chain of strings to make that string valid in the table.
An example.

Posting Document not created (export data missing)
We are working on ECC 6.0 and during creation of Cancellation Billing document type IVS for the Intercompany billing, the document did not create Accounting document giving the Posting status as G - Posting document not created (export data missing). However checked the Foreign trade data and the system states that Foreign trade is complete.
Can any one suggest the solution for this?

About this issue, the incompletion of this cancellation document
arises might because the reference delivery has been archived/deleted.
This is likely due to your current copy control settings (VTFL).
If you have set ' ', in the export determination field this means that
there is a common 'exnum' key between the delivery and billing documents
LIKP-EXNUM & VBRK-EXNUM are the same.
The result of deleting the delivery is that you also delete the FT data
for the delivery, Because the billing document and delivery share the
same foreign trade table entries, you have in effect deleted the FT data
of the billing document too. This would most likely go unnoticed but if
you then cancel the invoice the system has no FT to copy into the new
cancellation billing document, which leads to this issue.
Firstly you should set the export determination flag in the copy control
of the delivery & billing documents. This will avoid this issue in the
future. Set it to to 'A' or 'B' depending on your requirements.
For the incomplete cancellation billing document, you could use userexit to
set it as complete:

Create a project for example FT project button create short text: ....
drop button Enhancement assignment & save use for example local object.
Use the F4-help for Enhancement and look for V50EPROP.

In the userexits doubleclick on the includes ZXV50U05 and ZXV50U06
The coding in the userexits should be: C_COMPLETE = 'X'.
Afterwards activate generate ... and save.

[SOLVED]Attempt to passivate/activate custom user data not working

I have an ADF BC application written in JDev 10.1.3.3 and our customers are reporting intermittent "Missing param at index xxx" error messages. I gathered that this could be related to passivation/activation problems in our application. I switched the app module jbo.ampool.doampooling=false and found that app failed repeatedly with the error even after patch 6215854.
I tried converting to 10.1.3.4 and found that the application ran without error even with jbo.ampool.doampooling=false. However on one of the pages I am using a tree object which utilises a View Link Accessor that contains a bind variable. To set the value of the bind variable I am using VO client interface methods as per Steve Muench's example 113

The variable I am passing to the VO client interface methods is stored in a session scope bean and doesn't survive the activation/passivation process.
So I followed the instructions here

and put my value into the user session hash table and try to write that value to the passivation snapshot.
The problem comes in the activation stage. Processing does not pass the line in bold tags because the length of the nodeList = 0. It seems to find a nodeList from "custId" but its length is zero. Any ideas why that could be?

My initial error was that I was setting a property custId and then trying to retrieve custID - oops
It turns out that the session scope bean data was surviving passivation/activation but the value in the bind variable in the view link accessor was not surviving. I now ensure that the bind variable is set by calling the method that populates the bind varaible on activation and use the data from session user data hash table

Help with migrating user data from one account to another
I am on a G5 with 10.4.11. I installed FCP studio 6 and everything works fine except compressor. I have had only one user account on this mac (i will call it account 1). I was told to create another account (account 2), log on and see if compressor works. It does. Basically there are files missing on account 1 and compressor won't run. I have installed 3 times and no change.
Anyway I was told to migrate all my user data from account 1 to account 2. I have been looking at threads and want to make sure I am doing the right thing. I found a way to close. Please see if this works. IT may be from the tiger forum:
pick a short user name for your new account. then run the following terminal commands
sudo mkdir /users/newshortname
sudo ditto ~ /users/newshortname
You'll have to enter your admin password (which you won't see) after the first command. that's normal. This will copy your current home directory to /users/newshortname. Then go to system preferences->accounts and create a new account with the short name newshortname. You'll get a popup saying that a home directory by that name already exists and asking if you want to use it. say yes.
Anyway, I would like to migrate everything from account 1 to 2 and have all preferences...everything. I would also like to be able to delete the old account...account 1 and rename account 2. Since this is a home MAC, I really don't need it PW protected. I would like this MAC to just use my new account 2 at start up.
Please ask me any questions. This is my editing MAC, and I can't get around inside the OS. I know FCP like the back of my hand, but don't want to screw up this computer.

SUS user data not replicated to SRM
In service SRMSUS in the SUS system, we have user w/ role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR.
When this user modifies his own user data such as name/email/time zone, the change in user data is NOT replicated to the SRM system. The SRM user data still contains the original user information.
I believe user data update is done via a RFC call, and not XI. I've checked for security auth object and there are no authorization issues.
Are there any additional configs we're missing?
We're on SRM 4.0 / SAPKIBKS10 / SAPKB64019

I was wondering if any of you with the new Intel bassed iMacs got the option of booting your previous Mac in Firewire disc mode and importing the user data as you can between G4's and G5's.
I have found this extememly time saving when setting up new Macs but it did occur to me if this would work between G4/G5 and Intel based machines.
Many thanks.I've used Migration Asst. twice. The first time was migrating data using the same account name from the old to the new and resulted in many duplicate files and applications which I then had to cull through & delete.
Second time I set up a "dummy" acct. on the new machine at first boot, then Migrated the old account over, switched to it, and deleted the dummy (some would say as long as I'm around I must have missed). Anyway this method worked much better for me, with no duplication of apps or data. YMMV.
Personally, coming from the bad old Windows days, I prefer to create a fresh install of everything when I get a new machine. .Mac makes it easy to sync most important settings, and if you add Backup to the list you can have a copy of your important data online and just bring it over.
But that doesn't work for large iTunes Libraries or iMovie files, etc. For them the best idea is a dedicated (FireWire) bootable backup drive.
I guess I'm maintaining a prejudice against Migration Asst. for no very good reason, but there it is. -

What you can do is,
Create a request for a material whose Sales Area data is missing in
CRM , and perform the request load in transaction:R3AR4.
And please check whether sales area data flows to CRM.
Put a filter in txn:R3AC1, to download single material or material
range.And before performing an initial load in txn:R3AS,please make
sure that sales area data is missing in CRM.Now, perform the initial
load in txn:R3AS.And please check whether sales area data flows to
CRM.
Check the filter settings in transaction R3AC1 for
object MATERIAL and please make sure that it would bring down all
the expected materials from R/3 along with the sales area data. I guess there is some
filter setting which is blocking it.
Please check the entries you have maintained in table MVKE - the entries
for the sales data maintained here must match with the ones maintained in the
filters.

User data permanently saved on iPhone. Even after FULL 2 HOUR WIPE
Just got my 3G S and I restored my old iPhone 3G prior to selling it. After that I found that all my user data was saved on the phone. When I downloaded Pandora and opened it, my account info was saved and I auto-logged in.
I researched and found the FULL ERASE option inside the iPhone settings. So I performed the full erase, which takes about 2 hours. Then it restored again.
After that, I went into settings --> App store. My old account email was still there!! I changed it to a new email address and logged in. Then I downloaded Pandora again. SAME PROBLEM! AUTO-LOG IN!
So app store and pandora both had my old user info saved.
To say that I am frustrated, upset, and ready to die, is a gross understatement. My iTunes randomly lost it's entire music library as well. (All 13,000 + songs were missing and could not be found, yet the files are perfectly fine.)
This is never ending. How do I just wipe my phone?? Please help ;-(

-Carlos-Visited the Apple store today and they replaced the phone. They could not explain what was going on except for being a software issue.
They said if after restoring I have the same issue, you would have to restore the phone to new and re-install all apps and information manually from scratch.
I restored the phone from my backup, and all went well. No more slow LTE speeds, plus a new device.
The only thing I can think of that may have happened is updating carrier settings while updating the iOS at the same time. I thought it was normal because iTunes popped up the carrier update notification a few seconds later after starting the iOS 8 update.
The carrier update did have an option to cancel. I will definitely wait for the iOS update to complete before I update carrier settings next time.
I'm just wondering if my phone was out of warranty, and this happened, would Apple still replace the device? -
FAGLFLEXA and BKPF data missing

End user unable to print the accounting document since data missing in FAGLFLEXA and BKPF table for the ledger type OL.
Transaction code "/SOL/FI_CN_VOUCHER", I guess it is an program issue we have to include the OL .
Please advise how to fix this issue.

Check whether scenario has been transported to the system properly. If you have scenarion missing in the configuration, you will have data inconsistencies. It is depending upon your Document Spiliting conditin and no of parallel ledger etc.
If all customization are correct, then I don't know if it is usefull for you or not but it may be correct all data.
FAGL_DELETE_RELOAD_LEDGERS, run it in SA38 and everything will be all right.
There are other programs you can find usefull RGURECGLFLEX and FAGL_DELETE_DOCUMENT.

All Data Missing After App Store Update to MPG Program....
I've been using a program from the App Store Called MPG. It tracks your automobile fuel usage, cost, miles per gallon etc. I"ve been using the program for three weeks and had a lot of data stored.
This weekend I was notified of a program update... the update completely deleted all of my data. I found info on the forum about this issue ( the app developers are not writing the applications in a way that preserves previous user data ) so when the update is done the program is essentially reinstalled as a new app.
I have iTunes backing up my iPod Touch during each sync but I see no way of doing a restore. How do you restore? I synch'ed this morning, so is the backup that was just created which does not contain my missing data overwrite the prior backup which may have contained my data?

Users contacts missing after failing over and then failing back pool
We have 2 Lync enterprise pools that are paired.
3 days ago, I failed the central management store, and all users from pool01 to pool02.
This morning, I failed the CMS and all users back from pool02 to pool01.
All users signed back in to Lync and no issues were reported. A user then contacted me to say that his contact list was empty.
I had him sign out and back in to Lync, and also had him sign into Lync from a different workstation, as well as his mobile device. All of which showed his contacts list as empty.
We have unified contacts enabled (Hybrid mode with Office 365 exchange online, and Lync on prem). When I check the users Outlook contacts, I can see all of his contacts listed under "Lync Contacts", along with the current presence of each user.
If I perform an export-csuserdata for that user's userdata, the XML file contained within the ZIP file shows the contacts that he is missing.
I've also checked the client log on the workstation too, and can see that Lync can see the contacts as it lists them in the log. They do not appear in the Lync client though.
Environment details:
Lync 2013 - 2 enterprise pools running the latest December 2014 CU updates.
Lync 2013 clients - running on Windows 8.1. User who is experiencing the issue is running client version 15.0.4675.1000 (32 bit)

Thanks for your reply. I've doubled checked and can confirm that only one policy exists, which enables it globally.
I believe this problem relates to issues that always seem to happen when ever our primary pool is failed over to the backup pool, and then failed back.
What I often see is that upon pool failback, things like response group announcements don't play on inbound calls (white noise is heard, followed by the call disconnecting), and agents somehow get signed out of queues (although they appear to be signed in to
the queue when checking their Response Group settings in their Lync client. I've also noticed that every time we fail back, a different user will come to me and report that either their entire contacts list is missing, or that half of their contacts are missing.
I am able to restore these from backup though.
This appears to happen regardless of if the failover to the backup pool is due to a disaster, or to simply perform pool maintenance on our primary pool. -
Error " Data missing for the entry check while creating a new waste code
Hi all, While setting a new Waste code I get the error " Data missing for the entry check, correction:". while filling the NAM- WASTECOCAT - LER item.
This sould look for the catalog's name included in the phrase set but for some reason it doesn't find it giving me this error.
I am changing original Characteristics, phrase set, classes, and value assignment type. Just to have my own estructure with Znames for all of them.
I have also change the enviroment parameter "WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG" with the name of my phrase set.
I have checked everything several times watching for typos or looking for a missing step.
I have even tried including my new Z's characteristics in the classe and living the original SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CATALOG. (changing the enviroment parameter WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG to SAP_EHS_1024_001_WASTE_CATALOG) and it works.
I will like to change this characteristic by Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG
Phrase set to Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG.
enviroment parameter WAM_PHRSET_WACATLG= Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CATALOG
After matching up the master data It should work fine but I might be missing something to get it running ok.

1.I have duplicated and changed class SAP_EHS_1024_001. to Z_EHS_WA
2. Create a copy of the 5 characteristics included in this class.

SAP_EHS_1024_001_WA_SUBCATEG
SAP_EHS_1024_001_WA_CATEGORY

change the name by

I checked the funcion C14K_WASTECATLG_CHECK is in the value of the Z_EHS_WA_WASTE_CODE characteristic

The phrase for the catalog is EWC in english and LER in spanish.

In release note of 9.1 it is mentioned that :
Display of all OIM User attributes on the Step 3: Modify Connector Configuration page
On the Step 3: Modify Connector Configuration page, the OIM - User data set now shows all the OIM User attributes. In the earlier release, the display of fields was restricted to the ones that were most commonly used.

Attributes of the ID field are editable
On the Step 3: Modify Connector Configuration page, you can modify some of the attributes of the ID field. The ID field stores the value that uniquely identifies a user in Oracle Identity Manager and in the target system.
Can anyone please guide me how to get both things as I am getting only few fields of user profile in OIM-USer data set and also not able to modify ID field.
