User Exit/BADI on Invoice Block

Hi! Does anyone know of any user exit/BADI that are called when an invoice is created and blocked? We would like to trigger an email notification to inform user of any blocked invoice when an invoice is saved. I wonder whether BADI INVOICE_UPDATE will help.
Also, I want to know whether the BADI will be called by BAPI BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE so that it can also take care of any invoices (electronic) that we post using this BAPI.

Just to let you know I did a test and confirmed that the BADI BADI INVOICE_UPDATE is called by the BAPI BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE.
However, would appreciate comments if anyone knows of any other badi which we can use for the email notification.

User exit / BADI for billing block in VL01n

Hello Techies,
Through custom transaction we are creating delivery notes. We run a background job to pick up these delivery notes & create return deliveries using BDC call transaction method calling VL01N (We also create order of type return for same). Though i can not see any place where billing block is filled in custom program but still there are some deliveries with billing block. Could you please let me know if there is any User exit / BADI for billing block or any configuration setting for same?

Just to add more details:
Our program sets memory id field.
We call transaction VL01N.
program clears memory id field value.
all this happens in loop for number of deliveries.
In VL01 user exit overwrites LIKP-FAKSK value to 05. However we have written code here which imports value from memory id. by this we come to know that we have created this delivery using custom transaction & billing block should not be set.
From this we can conclude that only when sy-subrc for import memory id is not equal to 0 then billing block is set.
what could be the reason for sy-subrc for import memory id is not equal to 0 ?
can it be because of number of deliveries created at a time where memory id export / import is causing problem?
we are not able to replicate this issue in Dev/Quality systems.

I have a similar requirement. My Sales Order will be generated in SAP
CRM and it flows back to ECC through CRM Middleware.
Once Order Flows to ECC, I have to set a Delivey Block for the
whole order if the order is for a particular company code
and if the order has a Varinat Configurable Material.
So should I be using the same logic suggested by you?

User exit/BADI in MIRO that would trigger invoice quantity block.

Hi,
Is there a way to enchance MIRO so that an invoice quantity block will be set automatically through user exit/BADI?
My requirement is that if an invoice is to be posted onto a PO line using an IO, the invoice needs to be processed onto the PO line up to the total of the PO line. And if the invoice goes above the PO line and there is still some budget on the IO, the invoice should get a quantity block.
Also, the quantity block should be set before posting the invoice.

To find out user exit/ badi for the VT01n transaction triggered in Save

Hi Friends,
I have the following requirement and for this appropriate user exit/ badi should be needed which will trigger during saving of the shipment.
Cass shipment type (VTTK-ADD03) field needs to be required and should be automatically populated upon creation of the shipment document. The rules for populating the value (SO, ST, PO and RA) are as follows:
If any of the orders on the shipment are customer order types, then the CASS shipment type should be a SO,
If all of the orders are STO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "ST",
If all of the orders are PO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "PO" , and
If all of the orders are customer return orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "RA".
I have tried with the 3 badi available and 7 to 8 user exit, but it won't work.

User Exit/BADI/Enhancement Point in VF01 before new document no assignment

Hi Expert,
I am looking for a user exit/BADI/Enhancement point which will trigger in VF01 before the new document no (Billing document no assign).
I need to cross check few things in Billing via VF01 at billing document save and give error message accordingly. The problem is if new number assign and there is error due to my code then when user save the document next he get a new no. its mean a no skip.
Example: The invoice no is 1000. User start creating a billing document with Vf01 and he get an error message due to my code at exit , at this point of time the next number assign to billing which is 1001 but document not save due to my error message. Now after applying correction user save data and billing document created with no 1002. So there is no skip.
I tried BADI BADI_SD_ACCOUNTING but this will trigger after no assignment. Can someone provide me a user exit/BADI/Enhancement point in VF01 which trigger before no range assignment and contain at least Billing header data to use in my code?

BRED is right. I check few user exit normally all of us have that list or easily available on net.
BRED: my question is: I need to check the billing date VBRK-FKDAT of document should not be less than the sales order plan billing date VBAP-Oldate.
If this check fail then won't allow the user to create billing document. The problem is I used one user exit SDVFX001 already define previously that's work fine but issue is that user exit trigger after the billing no assignment. That's why when user get that error message he correct the document and create billing this time he get a new number which is skip of one no.
That why I need a User Exit/BADI/Enhancement Point which trigger at save but before document no assignment.
Please update more about your comment "Why not use a header level copy requirement routine to perform the checks and log the messages? This is the standard process." .
Suggest user exit USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP trigger before save. I need at save the reason is VBRK-FKDAT this can be change.

User exit / BADI to add the condition type in PO

Hi Friends,
The scenario is like user will be creating the Sales order & after that user will create the PR & immidiately after that PO will be created from PR no.
I will be checking for some Z* condition type in sales order & if its present in sales order I have to add that condition type in PO.
So for this I am searching for user exit or BADI.
Please help me out with this.
I have already tried following user exits & bADIs
1. RV61AFZA - cant use because i dont get the PR no or SO no in this exit.
2. RV61AFZB - cant use because i dont get the PR no or SO no in this exit.
3. also tried the enhancement MM06E004 - if I add new condition type in XKOMV table condition type is not getting updated in PO.
4. MM06E005 - if I add new condition type in XKOMV table condition type is not getting updated in PO.
5. ME_PURCHDOC_POSTED - this BADI dont allow us to add the new condition type to std internal table.
If you know anything apart from this then please do let me know.

Automatic posting (user-exit, BADI, BTE...)

Hello, saperos (as we are known in Spain).
We have a requirement from our customer in order to post automatic documents (with call transaction or BAPI) just after the posting of another. I have doubts about the mechanism to do this, maybe a BADI, BTE...? The full business process is like this:
1) Post of down payment.
2) Post of invoice (same vendor). Just after this document is saved, we need to post "automatically" a clearing document to the previous down payment (F-54).
Do you know about a user-exit, BADI or BTE to do this?

User exit/BADi to populate the header text in MIRO transaction

Hi all,
I am searching user exit or badi to populate the header text in MIRO transaction.
My requirement is, before post the invoice I need to populate the some text in Header text field (MIRO -> Details tab -> header text field). I need to populate this field in the MM document as well as FI document (Accounting Document). I have tried all the user exits and BADi's related to MIRO/MRRL. Doesn't work. If anybody knows please share.

I am not sure whether a suitable exit / BADI exists to update the header text in MIRO directly.

Hi Yoav,
The LIV invoice posts a MM based document and a Finance document.
A Validation in Finance will affect the posting for the Finance document mentioned above, even though it comes from LIV - MM.
If you want to affect the MM document, then I would suggest you post this thread on the ABAP and MM boards as some of the users there may know a user exit that can be used to validate the values posted.

from the various buttons on top of the screen like Fields, table, breakpoints, watchpoints, calls, overview and settings.
