User-exit / BADI to control BP replication from CRM into R/3
Hi,
I have a scenario where besides the entries maintained in PIDE for replication from CRM into R/3, I need to control the replication or not concerning another field in CRM BP Master data.
It's something like this:
I need to replicate CRM prospects to R/3, but not all of them. This should be done only when a specific field from the BP master data is filled.
I have to set the entry prospect --> ZXXX (account group in R/3) in PIDE transaction. But them I need something more to check the field in BP master data and prevent the "not prepared" prospects to be sent do R/3.
Do I have any option to filter the replication from CRM into R/3 based in this field?
Another possible option could be the development of a user exit or BADI that controls the BP replication to R/3. Does anybody knows a user exit where I can do this?

Let me add my thanks to Sukant as well. My requirement was to exclude certain Business Partner Groupings from being uploaded to R/3. I was hoping that the filters applied in R3AC1 would actually have some effect, but they didn't. I don't understand that part yet. SAP must have had something in mind when they allowed filters for both directions of data transfer in R3AC1.
Anyway, as Sukant suggested, I created a ZBUPA_MWX_BDOC_CREATE_MAIN function module and simply added the following code snippet:

Of course I had to create a copy of the function group, copy the includes and global variable declarations from the main program etc. But I was hoping that SAP would make such a simple filter more configurable rather than require coding, no matter how simple. If someone else with more knowledge comes across this thread in the future, please update it to let us know if we are asking for too much to have the filter option provided in R3AC1 actually work (for CRM --> R/3 data transfer).

User exit / BADI to control the Approved Purchase Requisition
I have configured the Release procedure for Purchase requisition with classification. The Release procedure should be applicable to the manually created Purchase requisitions which are having the total value (USD/ EURO/GBP) .The Release procedure is working well. But at the same time it will not have any control over the PO .We dont want the buyer to change the PO Price above the total value of the Approved Purchase Requisition. I am looking for a User exit or BADI. We want to generate a message as hard core when the PO total value exceeds the PR Value .This is in ECC 6.0.
Can help will be highly appreciated. I already tried with the couple of BADI.

We are still on V4.7 but hopefully these user exits still exist in EEC6.0.
You should be able to use EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 which is part of enhancement MM06E005.
This is specifically to Check Customer-Specific Data Before Saving but we have used it to check that a PO for a one-time vendor is not greater than $10,000, so it should be suitable for your purpose too.
The PO header and item records are all available in the tables that are passed to the FM.

User exit/ badi needed for planned order create/change,collective ATP check
Dear All,
I'm looking for a user exit/ badi which can be used for planned orders at the stage of
mass collective availability check (COMAC tcode) update; or at some other relevant stages of mass update of planned orders.
I need after collective availability check to perform the following:
1) to copy date from "total comitment" field on header tab of planned order and paste it (replace old date) to order finish date on header screen
then
2) to start a scheduling.

Or use the function module MD_SET_ACTION_PLAF for Schedule planned order.
and the transaction MDAC Execute action for planned order
This function module includes the following actions:
Explode BOM
Explode BOM, check availability
Check availability, only explode BOM in the case of a requirement
Check availability, do not explode BOM
Reset availability
Change planned order data
Schedule planned order
Delete planned order
Assign the key for the respective action control to the materials in the material master (MRP 4 view).

Cass shipment type (VTTK-ADD03) field needs to be required and should be automatically populated upon creation of the shipment document. The rules for populating the value (SO, ST, PO and RA) are as follows:
If any of the orders on the shipment are customer order types, then the CASS shipment type should be a SO,
If all of the orders are STO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "ST",
If all of the orders are PO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "PO" , and
If all of the orders are customer return orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "RA".
I have to find out proper user exit / badi to do this.I have tried with many userexit but it won't work.

Could you please guide me to advice the User Exit/Badi which can be used for changing Quant Data during TO Creation.
User Requirement: Using "Recepient Field" in MIGO as a Key Value for FIFO in WM during goods issue. Receipient is copied into TR and TO (Standard SAP Functionality). For the purpose of Stock Removal based on Receipient Value, we need to copy this value into Quant Data field named Certificate Number ("LQUA-ZEUGN").

Hi all,
i am facing problem finding enhancement when creation of sales order of Valuation price with user exit/BADI/Enhancement Spot (In valuation variant)
For refferenece:
When going to t.code VA03, select one item and go to extras in the menu bar and select costing then you find some amounts calculation i.e valuation price automatically.
So when creation of sales order i am giving material and that material price automatically takes from material master and creating sales order.
My customer requirement is to get the valuation price of the input material from Z-table during the sales order cost estimate.
This Z-table contains the material code, plant , grade of the material.
Ex:
Material Plant Grade Price
A 1000 XYZ 25000
A 1000 PQR 35000
A 1000 BCD 45000
Suppose it depends on sales document type and which grade price i have to take.
So first of all i am unable to find enhancement where to change this code to get change the valuation price.
Does anybody have any idea , is there any user exit/BADI/enhancement for this.
So please help me in this issue.

HI
Can someone tell me which user-exit/BADI to be used which lets one change mseg during MIGO. There are some user-exit/BADI during migo but everywhere mseg is an import param. Actually for certain cases I want
to change the amount in local currency field (dmbtr). I can always forcibly do it from an update-module called from MB_DOCUMENT_BADI but this would lead to inconsistency as the same won't be passed to
accounting document.

i've also tried using the BAdI mentioned to change for some changes required for price during goods movement.
after discussion with developer, we found out that the when the program reach the BAdI mentioned, it is already too late as the standard program has already populated the accounting document structure to be posted.
to change the amounts to be posted to the accounting document can be managed with enhancement spots in inlcude program of LRWCLF01.
but requires heavy logic to restrict to specific scenarios and intensive testing, not recommended as it is not within the boundaries of standard SAP allowed changes.

After saving newly created Asset from As01 we need to send a mail to the person for whom the Asset is assigned.
i have tried all this.But no one is triggering after saving the As01 transaction.

This is my requirement:
"Copy the Pricing Conditions from the Shipment Cost Document (VI01 / VI02) to the automatically generated Purchase Order".
I'm using the enhancement V54U0002 (Function Module EXIT_SAPLV54U_002) to EXPORT the values of the Pricing Conditions to memory and I have used the enhancement MM06E005 ( FM EXIT_SAPMM06E_006, 007, 012, 013, 014, 016, and 017) to IMPORT the values from memory and store them in TKOMV. But, when the PO is generated the values don't stay, they are always changed with the standard PBXX pricing conditions.
My question is: Does anyone know the User Exit / BAdI that I can use to change the Pricing Conditions of the Purchase Order?
