User exit in ML81N

Hi,
I need a user exit for ML81N that could work at saving of an entry sheet, I tried but I haven't found. Is there anyone who knows if exist?

Scenario: Track employee id wise payments using SES ORDER field
A.     To track employee Id in Service Entry Sheet (SES)
Payments such as Mobile bill, OYC allowance is made against Service Purchase Order.
1)      In SES, user will enter employee Id in field AUFNR i.e. Order.
2)     Create z-table to maintain Expense GL A/c
3)     While Save, get Service POu2019s GL A/c, validate in Z-table. If exists, then validate entered employee id.
Is there any user exit which we can use while SAVING ML81N.

I would advice you to use the user defined fields in table ESLL instead, like
ESLL-USERF1_NUM   User-Defined Field
ESLL-USERF2_NUM   User-Defined Field
ESLL-USERF1_TXT   User-Defined Field
ESLL-USERF2_TXT   User-Defined Field
and develop a custom solution with the help of customer enhancement

I am looking for user exits for T code ML81N, where in I want to validate 2 fileds i.e. net value inclusive of tax ESSR-NETWR and
PRsp. Intern ESSR-SBNAMAG.
I have tried all the exists available in SMOD for the develoment class.

Try to check any BADI's Available.
to find the user exits & Badi's for the T-code..
go to table TSTC>enter T-code and execute> get the Program for the t-code..
and go to-se38-->get the package attached to the t-code..
next go to t-code Se15>expand the enhacement tab>enter package under userexit and
                                                     execute you will get the list of exits
                                                     available...
                                                  -->enter package under Badi's tab and
                                                     execute you will get the list of Badi's
                                                     available...
All the User exits are stored in Table MODSAP..

Should able to do it with FI substitution:
Transaction Code: OBBH
1. Create a substitution
2. Create a Step and Define the pre-requisites eg: document type
3. Create the substitution rule. You can create an exit and use it

I am having similar problem with ML81n. I need to add tab (along with few fields) on ML81N and need to pass the data in ESSR table.
I am using enhancement - SRVEUSCR, thru which i am able to display tab on screen.
But i am not able to capture value enter on screen in function modules:
exit_saplmlsr_020 AND exit_saplmlsr_021.
I have added fields in structure - CI_ESSRDB and using the same fields in new customer screen in SE51(Screen fields named as ESSR-Field1 (field1 is added in CI_ESSRDB )).
Please assist and let me know where i am going wrong.

User exit for ML81N after SAVE

I need a User exit for Service Entry Sheet change after the user has Saved the release. I need to update a customized "Z" table when a Service Entry is released from ML81N. I need to ensure the Service Entry is saved with release status. The user-exits such as SRVESSR are triggered during creation of the Service Entry but not after Save. For e.g. if I used that exit to update my Z table, the Service Entry release may not have actually saved (say due to some error), but my Z table would have been updated. Is there a solution for such a requirement?? I saw some previous threads similar in request, asking for a User exit after SAVE, but it seemed to relate to WorkFlow.

Problem on Deactivation of a User exit

Hi all,
SAP Gurus, I would like to seek for your help regarding an error I encounter upon transporting the deactivation of a user exit to Q00. We activated a user exit EXIT_SAPLMLSR_001 (user exit of ML81N) and transported the changes up to Production. However, we encounter a problem that leads us to deactivating the said user exit again. In the development landscape, we had successfully done this by first deactivating the project in CMOD, deleting the user exit in there then activating the project again. We tried and ML81N works fine. Service entry sheet are editable in D00. But when we transported it to Q00, the entry sheets are non-editable. We check table TFDIR in D00, the status of the said user exit is Client = blank, while in Q00, Client = 'C' of the said user exit. Can you help us on how to solve this issue and what cause the problem? Thanks and regards.

Hi Madhurao,
I cannot delete the entire project because there are othe user exits that are in there. This problem has been solved by a workaround. Here's what we did, create a dummy project, put the user exit in there, activate it, deactivate then delete the project. The user exit status in TFDIR became Client = blank already. But I still don't know why the problem happens. We want to know the root cause so next time, we would not encounter this again.

I have created a Custom tab at header level in ML81N. In this tab the user enters the data which is to be stored in Ztables once the entry sheet is successfully saved. I am searching for BADI or user exits for saving the data. Can anyone tell me user exit or BADI which is triggered after saving the data?

SRVKNTTP,SRVLIMIT,SRVMAIL1,SRVMSTLVSRVPOWEB,SRVQUOT,SRVREL,SRVSEL.My requirement is i have to send Service entry sheet no and posting date and some fields to .net application (after save the transaction) I tried the above enhancements using break point. But no enhancements are fired after save. Some enhancements(SRVDET, SRVESKN,SRVEUSCR,SRVSEL) r triggered before save. But i need the enhancement and user exit which is fired after click on save button in transaction. Is there any other enhancements there? Plz help me any one familiars this one.

User exit ML81N.....Name of user exit to trigger 'Release Strategy'..urgent

Hi Guys,
ML81N work in a manner such that if the net amount for any PO/Service entry is less than $2500 then its 'Release Strategy' tab is not active.
I have a requirement where i have to make that tab active and select the Lowest Release Strategy when the amount is less than $2500.
Can anyone please tell me the name of the user exit that controls the 'Release strategy'.

Your settlement rule says "Settle to Cost Center" only.... I dont think any user exit can help in this case, if you want to settle occasioanlly to 2 cost objects
Try with these options
Option A
1. Remove the 100% validation tick in the settlement profile...
2. Maintain 2 settlement rules... i.e. One with Cost center and another with PSG... If any warning comes, ignore it
3. Execute settlement now
Option B
1. Maintain settlement rule with PSG as settlement receiver
2. In the same Settlement rule, Menu GO TO > DETAILS and maintain Cost Center also....
3. Now execute settlement...
Option C
1. Maintain settlement rule with PSG as settlement receiver
2. In the same Settlement rule, populate Cost Center also as a Valid Characteristic
3. Now execute settlement...

User-Exit / Badi for ML81n (create service entry sheet)

Dear experts,
I am looking for a User-Exit / Badi for ML81n (create service entry sheet), which will enable me to compare its date with the referenced PO's item's delivery-date, befor saving , and send an error message (with no update) if the check is not OK.
Remark : I have tried MB_DOCUMENT_BADI but with no success because you can't send an error message from it.
