User Exit manually created, needs to be activated

Dear All,
I am a PP consultant and in the absence of ABAPER here needs to do the following. Please provide your inputs.
For MRP run material selection, I have created a user exit manually in PP-config. The help of this transaction says "User exist must be activated in the SAP externsion concept. The name of the extension is M61X0001."
Please let me know what is this, where do i activate this and what are the codes that i write to choose the materials having certain MRP controller(MARC-DISPO).

Hi Summet,
See sumeet, u see the definition of user exit in Tcode SMOD.
So goto Tcode SMOD->M61X0001. Once u enter into it, click on components on application toolbar. Then u can find 2 Function modules.
EXIT_SAPLM61C_001
EXIT_SAPMM61X_001
Goto Tcode CMOD to implement the user exit. So goto Tcode CMOD->ZM61X0001->create and add M61X0001 to ur implementation.
Now write the required code in these function modules, and then click on Activate Project to activate the user exit.
Try this and get back to me incase of anu queries.

User exit while creating delivery (VL01N)

Hi Experts,
Is there any User Exit, While creating Outbound Delivery with reference to Sales order using VL01N,subitem cannot be created without the related H.Level item.
So my requirement is:
Check Higher Level Item (VBAP-UEPOS), If Higher Level Item value is set for an item, ensure that the related item that the Higher Level Item value refers to is also on the same delivery. If not, then issue an error that sub item cannot be created without the related HLI item.
How to achieve this, Any user exit ? Help will be appreciated.

User exit for creating/deleting vendor master

Hello Gurus,
I have this task that to update this customized transaction we have for the certification list of the vendors. What they want is every time that there is new vendor master to be created or deleted in XK01, the customized transaction we have for the certification list of the vendors should be updated. I am thinking to suggest link the table LFB1 and LFA1 to the custo tcode we have to satisfy the business needs. Or any other suggestions? What are the user exits that can be use and link the creation /deletion vendors to my customized program? Technical team is asking for the user exits but not aware of them

We have this customized tcode where we input the vendor and materialu2019s expiration date manually. Then client wants to enhance that custo tcode with features when creating and deleting vendor in XK01 transaction, the new vendors data will also be automatically updated the custo tcode we have before. Its like everytime there is new vendor created, the custo tcode we have before will be updated with the new vendor data(not automatically input) then if the vendor is deleted, the vendor entry in the custo tcode we have before will also be deleted.
I found the user exit SAPMF02K but according to the technical team it is not applicable to our issue. Any suggestions or comments or other user exit that we can use to develop this new request wanted by the client?

User Exit to Create Production Order when creating of Purchase Order

I want to create the Production Order when creating the Purchase Order. i want to know is there any user exit exists for that??
My scenario is as follows.
we are converting the Purchase Requisition to the Purchase Order , while doing this we want to create the Production Order.. Is this possible??
If possible how can we do that???Please suggest me the possible solution.

P1- Manufacturing Plant
P2 - WareHouse Plant (Procures Material from P1 using STO)
When we run the MRP in P2, it creates a Purchase Requisition, that Purc.Req is going to be convert as STO (Stock Transport Order) in P1 Plant.
When converting the Purchase Req to STO, we need to create a Production Order in P1 Plant.
we know that system will creae the Purchase Order only, is there any possibility that,For creating the Production Order is there any user Exit/BADI or any other procedure while creating the Purchase Order????

PA30 User exit for Creating work tax area

Hi all,
I have a requirement to create a work tax area for personnel with allocation percent is allowed more than 100% for two particular tax areas.
For this I tried to use the user exit EXIT_SAPFP50M_002. In that user exit I have written the condition if the tax area is one of the two areas and the allocation percentage is greater than 100% then skip the validation it is doing currently. But this user exit is not called when I run the program. I ran in the debug mode to see if it is called. But it is not called.
Currently if I enter allocation percentage greater than 100% then it will fire a dialogue message box saying Work percentage cannot be greater than 100% Change existing records.
So I am wondering if it is the correct user exit to use. Can you help?

1. ideally, this is the correct exit.
2. for all infotypes, on saving,
   this is called.
3. to check,
   just give some MESSAGE statement
   (without any If or without any logic
   and without any checking of infotype)
4. From that we will come to know,
if this is really getting called or not.
5. Also make sure, the PROJECT (CMOD)
is activated for this enhancement.

I have a requiriment on T/C XK01 & XK02 when customer is creating or modifying Vendor; it is when user put value on screen field "Payment Terms" (LFB1-ZTERM) this values must be same on next screen "PURCHASING DATA" on screen field "Terms of paymnt" (LFM1-ZTERM).
Which user exit do I use for this ( RFKRRANZ/SAPMF02K )?
Where to check value on screen field "Payment Terms" ( RFKRRANZ/SAPMF02K ) ?

Why do you need user to input if you can copy automatically the value ZTERM from screen purchasing data into ZTERM in accounting screen? You can also pop up a message if user's selected value in accounting screen is different from purchasing data.

Hi,
There are a number of techniques SAP have used over the years to implement user-exits.
The most recent exits will be found in CMOD. Using CMOD (or SMOD), you can list all the enhancements available, that use this technique. As usual in the SAP world, the later the version of SAP you are using, the more exits are available.
Other exits do not use the enhancement technique. For example, in Sales Order Processing (SAPMV45A), SAP have provided empty forms, such as USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE that can be used to provide customer functionality. With one client, this was used to set the blocking indicator on a sales order, if a manual change had been made to pricing. The requiredscript is written in between form and end form.
Another technique is the use of validation and substitution rules in the financial modules.
The best way to find the user exits available is through the IMG. The relevant nodes will take you to where the customisation can be performed. Usually, the associated IMG note details the use of each exit, though there are gaps.

Follow the below steps to find out what all BADI's are called when you press any button in any transaction.
1) Goto se24 (Display class cl_exithandler)
2) Double click on the method GET_INSTANCE.
3) Put a break point at Line no.25 (CASE sy-subrc).
Now
4) Execute SAP standard transaction
5) Press the required button for which you need to write an exit logic, the execution will stop at the break point.
6) Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
7) This way you will find all the BADIs called on click of any button in any transaction.

Hi,
Any userexit asks the access key for first time.(Not the case with customer exits). So no probelm. Get the access key from your BASIS team and implement the exit. I wonder that MV50AFZ1 is not implemented yet in your system. Is your SAP system new?
This is the most busy exit (Locked by some one at any time) in most of the systems:)

Bapi or user-exit to create warning in invoice

I was askes to create a warning whenever someone pushes delete within an invoice (mir7). The problem is that our users are not aware, that they are really going to delete not only the marked position within the invoice but the whole invoice.
I´ve tried to find a bapi or user-exit to place my coding but so far was unsuccessful, can anyone tell me if there is a badi or user-exit?

It's help says:
"You can use the business add-in (INVOICE_UPDATE) to further process the following functions or, if necessary, forbid them:
Creating invoices (invoices, credit memos, subsequent debits, subsequent credits) in Logistics Invoice Verification
Parking documents in Logistics Invoice Verification, and making changes to these documents, for example, deleting them"

Accessing address in user exit EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 (create/change customer)

I'm trying to access the address given for a new customer in user exit EXIT_SAPMF02D_001. I need Street4, which is not available on the i_kna1 object, and therefore I'm trying to play with the i_addrhandle parameter.
Can this be used with function module GET_ADDR to read addresses before the customer is saved, the following code gives me exception 1.

Address handle is used for internal communication in standard program..for the customer creation let's say it would store value like "KNA1                          ADRNR" and for vendor "LFA1                          ADRNR"
Please use address number in ADDR_GET function module
