User exit to prevent setting status , if there is no budget allocated to WBS
Hi PS Experts,
Is it normal to experience unlimited purchases if you have forgotten to add budget $$ against WBS?
Customer has following steps
1) User create Project & user status is CREA which prevents most traxn
2) User will allocate budget to WBS & set user status to OPEN which will allow Release of project.
3) Release project & create PR/PO
under step 2, if they forget to add budget any amount of procurement can be done against that WBS.
We are looking at any user exit to prevent release of WBS which doesn't have budget $$ assigned to it.
Are there any?
Thank you so much for help,
Jatin
Hi Shishir,
I am experiencing unlimited PR/PO allowed for WBS without budget/forget to add budget(Blank entry).
Is there a configuration which treats 'Blank' as 0. We are experiencing 'Blank' treated as unlimited( 999999999)
In MM-Physical inventory, there is 'Radio' button to mark 'Zero Count' to make sure user whats to decelare 'Zero' instead of 'Forgot to enter'.Much in similar way , something like this is happening here.
This is probably system reading 'Blank' field as non-zero. is there a way to alter this behavior?
Best Regards,
Jatin

User exit for Production Order status
Hi all ,
Pl tell me about the : user exit for Production Order status
( i want CLSD status after settlement of the Production order .)
regards,Hi,
for production order you have exits PPCO0001 - PPCO0023. In transaction SMOD you can see the documentation for all this exits. Actually I think exit PPCO0007 could be a possiblity for you. This exit is called by saving the order.
But maybe it would be better for you to use a special status profile? A user status is set if settlement status is set.
Also BADI WORKORDER_UPDATE could be interessting for you.

User-Exit for document changes (status)
Hi!
I'm looking for an user-exit where I can check if the status of the document has been changed. Therefore I found the exit "EXIT_SAPLCV110_004" with the include "ZXCV110U04" which is triggered when a document (transaction CV02N) is saved. The problem is that there is no structure of the document provided so I cannot check the status of it! The interface if this exit is just
FUNCTION EXIT_SAPLCV110_004.
""Lokale Schnittstelle:
*" CHANGING

Is there another exit or how can I check if the status has changed for each document?
Thanks,
KonradYou can code in EXIT_SAPLCV00_001. Write your code in the program ZXCV001U01. This has DRAW structure valeus and also DRAZ Item details.

Enhancement /User Exit for logic setting call date / Horizon
Due toe planning in IP10 we have a horizon set by the system for (eks.) 80%. This is working OK for small planning intervals (i.e. up to 24 mth intervals).
However when intarval exceeds this limit we will set the call date to be maximum 30 days (for instance) ahead of the sceduled start date of the order.
Thus we need a user-defined way to manipulate / set the call date by a user exit (logic in ABAP - or by IMG settings if possible) that differs from the standard SAP setting for this date.
The question is then how we - in best practice - can do so.
Please advice if you need mor information on this issue.Hi

User exit to prevent delivery while creating (VL01N).
Hi Experts,
Is there any User Exit, While creating Outbound Delivery with reference to Sales order using VL01N,subitem cannot be created without the related H.Level item.
So my requirement is:
Check Higher Level Item (VBAP-UEPOS), If Higher Level Item value is set for an item, ensure that the related item that the Higher Level Item value refers to is also on the same delivery. If not, then issue an error that sub item cannot be created without the related HLI item.
How to achieve this, Any user exit ? Help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ranjith.Hi
I think that creating your own VOFM copying requirement from SO to delivery and setting it in copy rules (tcode VTLA) you can achieve. Take an standard as a template and develop the algorithm.
I hope this helps you

EXIT_SAPLEBND_002 of M06E0004 User exit to Reset Release Status if PO
Hi All,
I have implemented a user-exit EXIT_SAPLEBND_002 of M06E0004, as advised, which can reset/cancel the release status of a certain PO document when a certain field has been changed aside from the quantity and price fields.
I would just like to ask if how woud the exit know if something in the document has been changed by the user if he goes to me22n? Basically, the requirement was that everytime a user changes the partially released PO in the header data and other fields aside from price and quantity, the release status should be reset to start all over again.
I have this code, but this should only be ran if a partially released PO has been changed in most of its fields (header/item).
DATA: wa_ekpo TYPE ekpo,
wa_bekpo TYPE ekpo,

<fs_ekko>-frgzu IS NOT INITIAL.
<fs_ekko>-frgke = '2'.
<fs_ekko>-frgzu = space.

Kindly send some recommendations.

How to implement user-exit based changes for incompletion status?
Hi,
I have to implement changes to incompletion procedure using user exit. I have found the following user exit for controlling header status.
User exit in Program RV45PFZA
In this user exit you can store a specification for the reserve fields in VBUK (header status). Reserve field UVK01 could, for example, be used for an additional order status (as for rejections status, etc.).
The following workareas are available for this user exit:
VBUK (header status)
FXVBUP (item status)
FXVBUV (Incompletion)
Please help, how to implement changes to incompletion procedure using user exit?
Regards,
ChamandeepDear,
Go to CMOD and enter the enhacement number there. U can find the enhancement number through table MODSAP. here u can enter the enhancement object which is in ur case is Program name. Then you can use the enchacement number in CMOD and create a project and export it.

User Exit in the Sales order create BAPI
Hi,
Can some one help me in telling if there exists a user exit for the BAPI '/AFS/BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATE'.
This is urgent. So, pls. throw some light on this.
Thanks in advance.Hi
User Exits In Sales Document Processing
System modifications for sales document processing affect different areas. Depending on the modification, you make the changes in the program components provided:
MV45ATZZ
For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
MV45AOZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
MV45AIZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1
For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.
User exits in the program MV45AFZZ
The user exits which you can use for modifications in sales document processing are listed below.
USEREXIT_DELETE_DOCUMENT
This user exit can be used for deleting data which was stored in a separate table during sales document creation, for example, if the sales document is deleted.
For example, if an additional table is filled with the name of the person in charge (ERNAM) during order entry, this data can also be deleted after the sales order has been deleted.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LOESCHEN shortly before the routine BELEG_SICHERN.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
This user exit can be used to modify the attributes of the screen fields.
To do this, the screen fields are allocated to so-called modification groups 1 - 4 and can be edited together during a modification in ABAP. If a field has no field name, it cannot be allocated to a group.
The usage of the field groups (modification group 1-4) is as follows:
Modification group 1: Automatic modification with transaction MFAW
Modification group 2: It contains 'LOO' for step loop fields
Modification group 3: For modifications which depend on check tables or on other fixed information
Modification group 4: is not used
The FORM routine is called up for every field of a screen. If you require changes to be made, you must make them in this user exit.
This FORM routine is called up by the module FELDAUSWAHL.
See the Screen Painter manual for further information on structuring the interface.
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document header level. It is described in the section "Transfer of the customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAK_FUELLEN.
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document item level. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAP_FUELLEN.
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at the level of the sales document schedule lines.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBEP_FUELLEN.
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields for business data of the sales document. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBKD_FUELLEN.
USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
Use this user exit to define the number ranges for internal document number assignment depending on the required fields. For example, if you want to define the number range depending on the sales organization (VKORG) or on the selling company (VKBUR), use this user exit.
The user exit is called up in the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
Use this user exit if you want to include and assign a value to an additional header field in the communication structure KOMK taken as a basis for pricing.
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
Use this user exit if you want to include or assign a value to an additional item field in the communication structure KOMP taken as a basis for pricing.
USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT
You use this user exit if further additional tables are to be read when importing TA01 or TA02.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LESEN.
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
Use this user exit to fill user-specific statistics update tables.
The user exit is called up by the FORM routine BELEG-SICHERN before the COMMIT command.
Note
If a standard field is changed, the field r185d-dataloss is set to X. The system queries this indicator at the beginning of the safety routine. This is why this indicator must also be set during the maintenance of user-specific tables that are also to be saved.
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
Use this user exit to make certain changes or checks immediately before saving a document. It is the last possibility for changing or checking a document before posting.
The user exit is carried out at the beginning of the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
User exits in the program MV45AFZA
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKD
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional header fields in the communication structure KOMKD taken as a basis for the material determination. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for material determination".
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMPD

USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKG
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional fields in the communication structure KOMKG taken as a basis for material determination and material listing. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for listing/exclusion".
USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMPG
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional fields in the communication structure KOMPG taken as a basis for material determination and material listung. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for listing/exclusion".
USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT
With this user exit, you can reset certain customer-specific fields as soon as processing of a sales document is finished and before the following document is edited.
For example, if the credit limit of the sold-to party is read during document processing, in each case it must be reset again before processing the next document so that the credit limit is not used for the sold-to party of the following document.
The user exit is executed when a document is saved if you leave the processing of a document with F3 or F15.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_INITIALISIEREN.
User-Exits in program MV45AFZB

You can use this user exit to influence billing status at header level.
User exits in the screens
Additional header data is on screen SAPMV45A 0309, additional item data on screen SAPMV45A 0459. These screens contain the Include screens SAPMV45A 8309 or SAPMV45A 8459 as user exits.
Fields which are also to be included in the sales document for a specific installation should be included on the Include screens for maintaining. If an application-specific check module is needed for the fields, this can be included in the Include MV45AIZZ. The module is called up in the processing logic of the Include screens.
For field transports, you do not have to make changes or adjustments.
Example
A new field, VBAK-ZZKUN, should be included in table VBAK.
If the check is defined via the Dictionary (fixed values or check table) the field must be included with the fullscreen editor in the Include screen SAPMV45A 8309. In this case, no change has to be made to the processing logic.

What are you trying to do in the user exit? Here's a list of some of the user exit function modules. You can easily retrieve the project from any of them.
But - the list may not help you. It depends on what you are trying to accoplish. Notifications has some excellent user exits and there are follow up actions / action boxes that can be used as well.

User Exits In Sales Document Processing
This IMG step describes additional installation-specific processing in sales document processing. In particular, the required INCLUDES and user exits are described.
Involved program components

Hi guys,
I have a problem with the calculation of packaging cost.
Let me explain my scenario:
I create a sales order.
After that, I pack the order and deliver it. In this step I add a packaging material and pack the items into it. For the packaging material there is an additional amount to pay. So after packaging, the header condition for packaging has to be updated with this amount. The code for this calculation is already available, but I don't know the right user exit I have to put it in.
I tried these ones of include RV61AFZB:
USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN_O_KONP
USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN
USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_INIT
USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END
But these user exits are only getting called in VA01/02 if I'm right.
So after I have finished the delivering, I create the billing but there is no update of the header condition.
But if I go into VA02 and save the existing sales order before I create the billing, the above mentioned user exits are getting called and the header condition will be set correctly. If i now create the billing, it is also correct.
So is there a different user exit I can use, or is there a logical error in my mind?
Would be great if someone have an idea.
