I want to make some operation after PGI and I want to find out the user exit to triger after PGI... I dont know How to find out that exact .. Can any one help me on this ...

How to block PGI(posting good issue) only!

Hi,
when end-month closing, we want to block PGI(posting good issue) and can not let warehouse person to do PGI.
How we can do? block Vl02N? or block move type:601? because we just want to block PGI, other Tcode and operator can be used.

Another alternate method beside as i said earlier, you can write the following coding in user exit MV50AFZ1 , FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.
Before writting prog ,customise one entry in Z table .
SELECT SINGLE * FROM Ztable CLIENT SPECIFIED
WHERE MANDT = SY-MANDT AND Ztable-fieldname = 'ABC'.
IF SY-SUBRC = 0 AND SY-UCOMM = 'WABU_T'.
CHECK NOT SY-TCODE = 'VL02N'.
CHECK NOT LIPS-BWART = '601'.
ENDIF.
So , whenever you want to block the PGI , you need to maintain the entry in Ztable and when u do not want you delete the entry in Ztable .
Take a help of ABAPer and add this , your problem will be solved 100%.

Exception in CRM system after creating post goods issue in ECC

Hi Folks,
We are facing an issue in CRM system. I will tell the scenario in details so that it would be helpful to understand,
We are creating sales order in CRM system and it got replicated to ECC correctly. We have maintained action definition to trigger email to the customer.
Then we will be creating delivery and then post goods issue(PGI) for items replicated to ECC systems. After PGI system will update the status in CRM sales order and here configured an action definition to trigger an email to customer.
We have created custom badi implementations for action definition execute badi to send email. Emails are triggering correctly but after PGI creation while replicating the changes from ECC to CRM we are getting an exception in standard code because PPFTTRIGG table does not have entry. We have failed entry in CRM inbound queue and then did some debug and come to know the place of issue. Help me out with some inputs here.

I have identified one thing here, if the action definition does not have start condition system is not updating that entry in PPFTTRIGG table. Here i got 2 questions my mind
1. Why system is not updating the table with all the action definitions available in action profile
2. Why system is looking for the entry which was not updated in PPFTTRIGG table?
I do not understand problem with updating table or with action profile itself. Please give some input here. If we deactivate all the definitions which does not have start condition then there is no error.

Badi or User exit to modify MSEG data during Goods issue

I have a requirement to modify the field plant MSEG-WERKS while doing goods issue of outbound delivery via transactiona VL02N.
Can anybody suggest me which BADI or user exit should i use.I have searched the SDN and all the previous threads on this haven't yeild any solution for this.
I have tried with below listed Badis and enhancements which wont work.

I am facing a similar issue of updating the MSEG-DMBTR field when Post Goods reciept is done in VL02n.
I hav tried to update the value in LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT BADI and tried to modify the structure .
eg in this way

The value gets updated in the structure but when the material document gets created then the table MSEG has the amount DMBTR field not changed.
Also, I tried doing the updation in the Function eXit : EXIT_SAPMM07M_001 by the method mentioned in different threads:

Problem with PGI (Post Goods Issue).......?

hi Experts,
i have taken 5 materials in my sales order, and do PGI via VL01n for 3 materials.
after that we got some error in my Delivery Documents, so i reverse my Delivery document by using Tcode VA09,
after reversing, we have an option to change the Quantity of material or reduce the number of material,
but the problem is that, now i want to include the remaining 2 materials in my same delivery document.
can i do this, if YES then how?

In the delivery you can use userexit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE to make your checks and send an error message to the user in case they fail.
You can find this user exit (form routine) in include MV50AFZ1.

Hi Sai,
PGI (Post Goods Issue) is done after picking.
Picking is done after the delivery.
Once PGI is performed the stock of the material get reduced.
So in the sales process,
Sales Order -> Delivery -> Picking -> PGI.

below are the steps to create test data.
1)create a sales order based on your condition from va01(OR,RO Etc..) then save the order.
2)Now from va02 go to inside of the va02 then from menu bar sales document-->deleiver.
3) Now From vl01n eneter the shippment point band save now delievry number will come.
4)from vl02n u click on POST GOODS ISSUE TAB.

I have one SO, Item xzy, Qty = 300 but I would like to Post Goods Issue from different Storage Locations (Qty = 100 for each locations)
E.g I have 3 storage locations: A, B, C and need to assign Post Goods Issue authorizations to 3 users U1, U2, U3:
- U1 can Post Goods Issue from storage location A only (but cannot from B, C)
- U2 can Post Goods Issue from storage location B only (but cannot from A, C)
- U3 can Post Goods Issue from storage location C only (but cannot from A, B)
How can I assign the Authorization for users?
How can I create Outbound Delivery:
a. 1 SO --> 1 outbound delivery --> Post GI 3 times
b. 1 SO --> 3 outbound delivery --> Post GI

For Authorization check for storage Location
1. GO to the following Menu path
Spro>Material Management> Inventory manangement and Physical Inventory>Authorization Management>Authorization check for Storage Location.
Here you have activate authorization tick for storage location and plant combination.
--> Done
2. Set authorization for Authorization object MM_MSEG_LGO thro Basis for the combination of movement type and storage location
for each user.
--> Done
There are 3 storage locations(A,B,C) in one outbound delivery, and when user 01 tries to Post GI this outbound, it means that the system will Post GI for all line items in this outbound, but user 01 has not authorization for location B, C.
How can user 01 Post GI from only location A in this outbound???
And then user 02 will Post GI from only location B in this outbound,
user 03 will Post GI from only location C in this outbound.

I want to stop printing of delivery chalan from a replinshment delivery before post goods issue /actual goods movement.Can anuone suggest me for some user exit or routine that stops printing of delivery chalan from a replinshment delivery(VL10B) untill the post goods issue takes place in stock transfer scenario?
Is there any possibility to put some routine in the output of delivery chalan which displays a message that printing of delivery chalan is not possible since post goods issue has not taken place & system do not allow the printing from replinshment delivery unless PGI tales place in stock transfer scenario.

when i will press this button,all my data for this delivery ,should be downloaded to a text file.

User Exit for "Serial Number" in VL02N before "Post Goods Issue".

Hi Friends,
Current Scenario:
End User has to scan "Serial Number" for Main Unit (Item CAtegory - TAN) while doing "Outbound Delivery". But, sometimes he forget to do this activity of scanning "Serial Number". And do "Post Goods Issue" without "Serial Number".
Requirement:
When End user will click "Post Goods Issue", system should first check "Serial Number" for Main Unit (Item Category - TAN). If he will not find "Serial Number" then system should give warning message for "Serial Number".
Please suggest the suitable "User Exit" that can be used for above purpose.
Or if there is any other way then let us know.

I'm using version 4.6c.
When I click at Post Goods Issue, I need to insert the customer number at MSEG for certain documents that the standard does not use this field.
