User id duplication error

Hi,
I have created two users A&B in OIM 10g 9102 BP17. Now when i try to see the user resource profile of one user A is showing another user account B in manage user page. I do not know wither this is a bug or provisioning error?

This is probably due to the setting of value for
ume.usermapping.unsecure
in the UME configuration.

Duplication Error while loading data in write optimized DSO

Hi Experts,
I have an issue.In BI7 I'm trying to load the data in a WRITE OPTIMIZED ODS from the controlling data source 0CO_OM_CCA_10. I'm getting the data properly in PSA, but while loading it into my WODSO i'm getting the duplication error although my keys fields and data fields are properly placed in my data target(WODSO).
pls let me know what is the solution to load it successfully.

    During loading, there was a key violation. You tried to save more than
    one data record with the same semantic key.
    The problematic (newly loaded) data record has the following properties:

    o   Data package: 000006
    o   Data record number: 101
Although i have selected the key fields which identifies unique record,then also i'm getting the duplication error.
Even i have reffered to the BI content for this data source and found that it has the same key fields as of mine.
Debjani: i need unique records without duplication and i'm doing a full load in DTP.
What is to be done pls help

Problem in primary key column where user does typo error.

Hi all,
I have a primary key in the table that some part of it was the current date. For example if today date is 3rd May then it will contain xxxxxx-0503 (where xxxxxx will be unique for this day). In order save time needed to enter the data, I achieve this by having another (non database) item in the datablock where the user type the xxxxxx part and use a pre-insert trigger to add the '-0503' part to the actual primary key item in the datablock.
This works well if the user enter the xxxxxx part in the non database item correctly. But the problem show up when the users have typo error in the non database item that break the uniqueness of the primary key. Form as usual will tell us that it cannot insert the item but when I try to fix the error, it will report that records has been inserted before. The only solution is to clear form and retype the xxxxxx part.
Anyone have any idea on what is the best method to implement this in form? Thanks in advance for your help.

I cannot reproduce this in version 10.1.2.2. We did not "fix" this, although changes in the runtime might have fixed this "silently". I suggest you upgrade to 10.1.2.2 and see whether you still get the error.

Wireless users getting ACL errors when no ACL is in place

We have around a hundred users, many using Powerbooks and MacBook Pros via a third-party wireless. Recently, a few users are reporting errors when connecting saying that they are not on the Access Control List, but we don't use one. I think these users may have updated to the Airport Extreme Update 2007-001, but that is the only possibly similarity I can find. Any ideas?

Users getting 1460 errors

Some of my users are getting sporadic connectivity to our Border Manager
VPN server. When they cannot connect, the log shows a 1460 error. The
error states the following:
User name miscellaneous error (-1460)
User is rejected
User name miscellaneous error (-1460)
User is accepted
User name miscellaneous error (-1460)
User Access is rejected
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot it as the problem is sporadic?

The problem is that the SharePoint server will
function just fine for a week or so and then suddenly when a new user tries
to log on they get an error message indicating that not enough resources areavailable to
log them on and also user will to credential prompt while accessing share point site .

According to the error message, please use performance monitor to diagnose if it is a memory-related bottleneck and you can use the counters of the memory part in the article below:

In addition, it may be due to thousands of open connections to the server are in a TIME_WAIT state. You can run "netstat -an" command on the affected server and client. If you see mutiple connections in the TIME_WAIT state, you can follow the article

Furthermore, if you are running windows server 2003, please make sure that you have installed the KB 948496 and stop all services that you don't need.

APO DP - fcst strategy 56 with user defined fcst error

I am using APO DP V5.
I am using fcst strategy 56 in combination with a user specific forecast error defined by BADI /SAPAPO/SDP-FCSTERR.
The system is not choosing the fcst model with least error (for constant model) - rather it seems to be choosing the model with the 'initial value' of alpha specfied in the fcst profile.
Has anyone had problems in this area?

Hi Bob.
Not the answer, but maybe a clue.
Check the entries in the table /SAPAPO/FCST_56 using SE16 after running the forecast interactively to see the alpha optimisation error values. User Exit values should be included.

User-exec 3 error in Nokia 5233

I have installed games in Nokia 5233 & played on it. But I have used App Manager to remove unwanted softwares which i have installed & with that some problem has occurred & now when i start the game it shows "Application Closed: Main USER-EXEC 3 "error. Please If someone can help me in solving this problem.

Try re-installing the game... It seems some software attached to the game also got un-installed with some other application..

Watch ESPN - User not authorized error

I'm a U-200 subscriber, I get all of the ESPN channels on u-verse. I recently moved to Kansas City from Chicago, and since the move I haven't been able to access Watch ESPN online. I've tried from my laptop, phone and two different tablets. I just get the User Not Authorized error. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't have time to spend an hour on hold waiting for tech support.

I'm a U-200 subscriber, I get all of the ESPN channels on u-verse, and also BTN, NBCSN, etc.. I recently upgraded from Internet U-verse only to U-200 and Internet, switching from DirecTV. Unfortunately, when I try to use TV network apps on my iPhone and iPad (like ABC, Watch ESPN, NBC Sports Live Extra, Fox, BTN2Go, etc), after selecting ATT U-verse as my participating TV provider and entering my U-verse credentials, I just get the User Not Authorized error from every single app. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't have time to spend an hour on hold waiting for tech support, and I am about to switch back to another provider after only three days with U-verse. Examples of errors: NBC Sports Live Extra: "We're Sorry it looks like you're not a subscriber to this channel. Please contact you're provider."ABC: "Error code:400-1. Unfortunately, you cannot access this content. Please contact your TV provider for further assistance."BTN2Go: "User is not authroized to this content."Watch ESPN: "Unable to play video. You are not authorized to play this content. Please contact your provider." Can someone please help??? Talked with two techs who have basically thrown up their hands saying they cannot help. Update on 6/9: So I sent a PM to ATTU-verseCare and quickly got a response from SadathCS. He called me and noticed that when I upgraded from Internet Only Uverse, the database they use to authenticate TV subs on these apps was not properly synched after my upgrade to the TV/Internet account bundle. Seq Header Duplication error when trying to burn dvd

I am using DVD Studio Pro 4
Mac OS 10.49
I imported a 36 minute QT video edited in FCP to DVDSP. When I try to burn a DVD, I get an error message that reads, " Seq Header Duplincation. I cannot figure out the problem.
Incidently, the 30 minute DVD seems to contain 7.4 GB on my hard drive, but DVDSP converts it to 3GB automatically. Does this sound customary?

ocfilmmaker, I hear you. I am trying to run DVD Studio Pro on my new Mac Pro under Leopard and I am having nothing but problems. It always worked fine on my G5 iMac. First, it won't recognize my DVD burner (there have been several posts about that) and now I'm seeing the "Seq Header Duplication" error, with no further explanation. My video is already encoded. I don't know whether it is the Xeon, Leopard, or the latest build - but this thing is useless right now.

One thing to look at is this message: Check that the environment manager is
installed at that location. If it is, then check to be sure that there are
enough system resources available to support this partition.
Particularly the enough systems resources part of it. I've seen this message
before, but it's been awhile, & the problem was we didn't have enough
virtual memory on the server & also we needed more tcp/ip connections. If I
remember right our Unix guy had to change some of the configuration
parameters in the kernel on the server.

Okay, so I've found something:
Until now, there have been many, many Apple product users who've created AppleIDs associated with external email accounts, including Gmail. Now that iCloud has been released, many of them have turned on portions of iCloud or perhaps gone so far as to create iCloud email addresses/aliases under their primary AppleID.
Here's where it gets weird: there's a setting in iCloud calendar preferences turned on by default called "Use iCloud for incoming invitations". What this does is, if an invitation is sent to that primary AppleID (which is most often an external address) or its associated, newly-created iCloud address, it'll get routed to iCloud, preventing (blocking) the invite from being forwarded to that external address.
For example, a user's primary, pre-iCloud AppleID is [email protected] iCloud is opened to the public, he enables it on an iDevice or Lion OS X and it asks if him to enter his AppleID credentials ([email protected]) and asks if he wants to create an iCloud address, which he does, [email protected]
From now on, let's presume he's continuing to use his [email protected] account, because he's not really sure yet that he wants to make the switch to iCloud for email, etc. At this point, if another iCloud user sends him a calendar invite at his primary email, [email protected], Apple has decided it'll route this invite directly to his [email protected] iCloud alias, never letting it send out to his Gmail account.
So, assuming he's not yet using iCloud email/alendar, he'll be clueless as to why he never received the invite OR, if he is using iCloud email/calendar alongside his primary Gmail account, he'll probably wonder how in the world an invite sent from a friend to his Gmail account is now showing up in his iCloud inbox/calendar.
Why Apple's enabled this by default is beyond me. At this point, it's preventing me from going to iCloud full-time because I can't be sure invitees will get my calendar events!
