Question

Dear All,
Now, we have different plant sections, Maintenance work center & Planner Groups for Plant Maintenance Module. Can i restrict the users for creating Maintenance Order on equipment of other work center ?? On planner Group its possible....but can we strict them on Maintenance work center ???
One more thing can we strict the release of order on material issue basis?? Like if there is any reservation created in maintenance order then there should be a restriction,,,,if no reservation then no checks????

Try with this . for restriction objects thro work center is not possible in my knowldege. But the same could be work in differently thro cost center since that work center has costcenter.

VALUE : COST CENTER OF THE WORK CENTER
T code: IW 31
and give this message to Basis.They able to do or advice accordingly.
2nd questions  ur enq is not clear. But the i think u r asking the materail availablity check . For this while creating and realesing times  the order u can restrict if material, manpower,prt is not available.
For this go 4 configuration mTC PROCESSING-FUNCTIONS & SETTINGS OF ORDERSAVAILABLITY CONTROLAVAILABLITY CHECK FOR MATERAILPRTCAP-CREAT THE CHEK RULE 
then goto OPJJ here u select as like reservationpopr +stock
THEN the same assign each orders at OIOI you will suceed.
