User id who has posted FF68

Hi all,
Can anybody tell in which table will I get the user-id who has posted the documents through FF68 transaction. I also wanted the details like to which customer the document has posted etc.

Don't be lazy and ask for table names in this forum. Use ST05 and find them yourself.

Hi,
Open MIRO document and then click on option-follow-on documents. it will directed to accounting number then , in the account details ,Click on Goto > Document Header (F5) ,it will give you the name of person who have created MIRO
Or if you want to find out user names against multiple MIRO's then open FB03 ,click on document List and document type as "RE" ,give required inputs and then EXECUTE ,system will give you the name of person who have created MIRO in system along with time of entry.

How can I find out user id who has deleted payment order

Issue : After payment run, the required information has been sent as Idoc to the bank. So, we know the payment order number. We observed that another payment run also has picked up this vendor invoice and made payment.
Usually Payment Sent will be marked X until the related information comes in the form of bank statement upload and this amount gets cleared.
We noticed that bank has made two payments for this amount to this vendor on different dates :- a) when the payment order supposed to be paid as per the payment terms and b) when second paymnet run paid the amount [ this time it got paid directly as there is long due amount ].
From SAP APP angle, both the payment run worked fine and also the calcaltion of payment terms as well.
So, we come to conculsion that someone has deleted the payment order from the system. Thats the reason this invoice got picked up by 2nd APP and paid the amount.
Where we could not find the related entry in REGUH/REGUP tables for this payment order and no document changes.
Question: How can I find out user id who has deleted payment order. Appreciate any clue / answer for this issue please.

What if an error occured during the first payment? Have you checked sm13 to check if any update termination occured in the payment program?

How to find the user ID who has deleted the Cycle count document?

I am interested in knowing how we can know the User ID who has deleted the Inventory Cycle count document deleted using LI02N. I have checked the table LINV and also in the storage bin Inventory data. But in storage bin inventory data only counter name is captured if it is assigned during activation of inventory cycle count document. But it may not be necessary that counter has to delete the inventory document.
Kindly advice me how can I get to know who has deleted the Inventory Cycle count document.

Hi All,
Need a report with following details:
1.2. Sales order punched by-user name who has created.
2. User name who has released sales order from credit block.
3. release Date and time of order released.
Please suggest. As I could not find any standard report.
what tables should I join to get the report.

You can get the user name from table VBAK-ERNAM Pass the sales order number in to VBAK-VBELN
> 2. User name who has released sales order from credit block.
> 3. release Date and time of order released.
From the report RSSCD100 enter the object class as VERKBELEG and T code as VKM3 and execute
Or You can use the table CDHDR
User Name CDHDR-username and for release date and time
CDHDR-UDATE
CDHDR-UTIME

You can know the user details with version management.Please find the
below procedure to know.
Go to table->Utilities tab->version->Version management->Compare the previous one .

It is very simple, go to any transaction which posted through F110 that specific payment run, double click on the transaction, then click on 'display document header' icon looks like 'hat' in the icon bar in the panel you will get the information entered by, entry date and entry time.
Try once and assign points if useful.

launch query builder from the admin launchpad
enter this query
select * from ci_systemobjects where si_parentid=19
this will give you a list of all the members of the administrators group.
You can experiment with query builder and possibly ask for help in the DEV forum if you need to write a more complex query.

Is there a way for an end user to see who has membership in a security group

I am looking for a way that my end users can look at a folder security tab and then discover who has membership in the security groups listed.

Based on my research, other than viewing group membership in ADUC, we can use this PowerShell cmdlet
Get-ADGroupMember GroupName and Net Group GroupName to view members in a group:
However, these commands can only be used on Domain Controllers or when connecting to DCs remotely. That’s because accounts and account membership are stored on Domain Controllers, therefore we can only view group membership on DCs.

From a database administration and monitoring traffic point of view we want to know who has logged into our web tools web site for a given period. Is there a easy way to have this information. basically user ID , date and time are info we need. (need all users - with or without orders)

The easiest way to accomplish this is by creating a report.
Use the SQL query
SELECT     UserID, LastVisitDate
FROM         Users
ORDER BY LastVisitDate DESC
And a template that looks something like this:

however, i need to filter out users who has not logged in for 3 months or around 90 days, how can i do further filtering?
i understand dsquery has an -inactive <xweeks> , however i am doing it for local accounts
