User Limit Exceeded?

I am getting familiar with Adobe ConnectNow and I am told
that the user limit has been exceeded. Yet everyone has logged out
and the meeting ended and restarted. I am using FF3 on a Mac. I
have cleared private data.
This is on the free version that has a 3 person limit. Yet I
have ended the meeting and the three participants have closed their
computers.
Now, when the program has been started again and a person is
invited, the invitee gets a "user limit exceeded" page after
attempting to log in.
Great tool though with only minor bugs.

If this is an Adobe Hosted meeting, then you need to call Adobe Support and advise them the complete meeting URL. If this is on your own Adobe Connect Server, then you can try rebooting the server to see if that ends the meeting. Again, Support can assist with this as well. Please understand that Acrobat is not part of the name since last year. The product is now called Adobe Connect.

  • Mails to 1 particular user is getting bounced - Command time limit exceeded

    I've about 100 mail clients. Since yesterday morning, I've had one user whose incoming emails have been getting bounced. I've run a "mailbfr -m user" w/o success. The server is current on updates and has been restarted. All other users are functioning correctly. Notes:
    -IMAP account
    -This user has a 4GB Sent folder. All other folders are under 2GB.
    -This user has recently starting syncing Notes from a Blackberry.

    Solved. This person was in-process of moving Blackberry notes to the imap account. There was an interruption during the transfer phase and the server's Notes folder became bad somehow. When Mailbfr hit that particular folder, it stopped the rebuild process.
    I removed the Notes folder and ran Mailbfr again. The Notes folder was recreated and the rebuild function completed.
    Mail delivery has been restored to this user.

  • License.Limit.Exceeded with 4x150 users licence and only 300 real users

    We have 4x150 users licence, set to unlimited bandwith.
    We get these messages in event viewer:
    Connection rejected by server. Reason : [
    License.Limit.Exceeded ] : (_defaultRoot_, _defaultVHost_) : Max
    connections allowed exceeds license limit. Rejecting connection to
    : our_app_name/.
    It appends a lot since the last few days, even before last
    update 2.0.3
    At the same time, when we check the administration console,
    the number in the _defaultVhost is much lowe than 600, the maximum
    number of user that is allowed.
    Licences are all OK in the administration console.
    We have to restart the Flash server service to correct the
    problem.
    Please help...

    Thank you for your interest in this problem.
    We restrict multiple access to the same application instance
    on our service.
    We operate a chat using fms. We experience, from time to
    time, an application instance failure which results in the entire
    room participants being disconnected. The application instance
    however still shows the connections to the room at time of this
    failure. The problem starts to compound itself as people try to
    access the room ( connect to the application instance ). After the
    start of this problem when we look in the admin console the live
    log for the application instance does not show any new connection
    attempts nor accept or failure to connect but the application
    instance registers the connection against the total connect to the
    application instance. People are unable to connect to this room. As
    they continue to try they increase the connection number registered
    for this application instance until the point that the application
    instance total connected takes us past our license limit. The
    application instance seems to register and collect the connections
    even though there is no connection to the application instance. We
    then start to see the logging of the license limit exceeded.
    Please note that there are no error/warning messages
    generated in logs that indicate anything has failed. We can only
    determine that a failure once we start to experience the symptoms
    described for the application instance.
    We have experienced this issue in the past with fcs. It was
    not until the last update of fcs that the probem went away.
    However, fms 2.0.0 onward has always had this issue for us.
    The problem with this issue is that it is difficult to create
    and study. We can go 1 hour and crash or we may have success for
    over two weeks.
    In an attempt to search for a solution to the problem we have
    started focussing on this comment in Adobe –TechNote:

    “In Server.xml, find the ResourceLimits node (around
    line 181). It contains the Connector node (around line 203). Within
    the HTTP node (around line 205), create a new line and insert
    MaxConnectionThreads and give it an appropriate value:

    The default is 10.”
    We have found that by adding the change to our HTTP node that
    we have lessened the frequency of our problem. Also, we have taken
    all remoting away from the time of connection. We now accept all
    connections and then do our work after connection.
    Another step we have taken to minimize the impact of this
    problem is to define the scope as “inst” in the
    application.xml. By creating a separate fmscore.exe for each
    application instance it gives us the ability to correct a problem
    with a faulting application instances without disturbing our entire
    server traffic.
    Any further insight into this problem would be greatly
    appreciated.

    My company is running Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials. I receive the error:
    Domain user accounts limit exceeded
    Alert details: Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials supports a maximum of 25 domain users. If you want to upgrade your server to Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, please follow the steps in resolution.
    I am aware that the Domain User limit is set to 25. However, we have created, and have less than 25 active domain user accounts. The rest are 'system' users that are either disabled, or active but not real user accounts, and they became active within the system
    themselves; in other words, we have less that 25 real people who have been created an account to use the domain.
    Can someone please tell me what they count? 25 user accounts? Or 25 real, active users?
    If it is 25 accounts in total, then it is slightly unfair as most of the accounts are therefore already taken before we add a single domain user.
    If it is 25 real, active users, why do I receive the error message in the logs?

    I’m a little confused with this sentence. Would you please provide some details of system users and let me
    understand it clearly? Did you mean some Administrator accounts or any other?
    Regarding to how count 25 user accounts, “Any user that appears in the dashboard counts against your total

  • Short dump "Time limit exceeded" when searching for Business Transactions

    Hello Experts,
    We migrated from SAP CRM 5.2 to SAP CRM 7.0. After migration, our business transaction search (quotation, sales order, service order, contract etc) ends with the short dump "Time limit exceeded" in class CL_CRM_REPORT_ACC_DYNAMIC, method DATABASE_ACCESS. The select query is triggered from line 5 of this method.
    Number of Records:
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H: 5,115,675
    CRMD_ORDER_INDEX: 74,615,914
    We have done these so far, but the performance is still either poor or times out.
    1. DB team checked the ORACLE parameters and confirmed they are fine. They also checked the health of indices in table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX and indices are healthy
    2. Created additional indices on CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDER_INDEX. After the creation of indices, some of the searches(without any criteria) work. But it takes more than a minute to fetch 1 or 2 records
    3. An ST05 trace confirmed that the selection on CRMD_ORDER_INDEX takes the most time. It takes about 103 seconds to fetch 2 records (max hits + 1)
    4. If we specify search parameters, say for example a date or status, then again we get a short dump with the message "Time limit exceeded".
    5. Observed that only if a matching index is available for the WHERE clause, the results are returned (albeit slowly). In the absence of an index, we get the dump.
    6. Searched for notes and there are no notes that could help us.
    Any idea what is causing this issue and what we can do to resolve this?

    Thanks. Yes we considered the note 1527039. None of the three scenarios mentioned in the note helped us. But we ran CRM_INDEX_REBUILD to check if the table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX had a problem. That did not help us either.
    The business users told us that they mostly search using the date fields or Object ID. We did not have any problem with search by Object ID. So we created additional indices to support search using the date fields.

  • Static credit check: credit limit exceeded for consignment issue delivery

    We are encountering a credit limit exceeded error in delivery creation for a consignment issue.
    In SPRO config "Credit limit check for order types", no credit limit check is assigned to the order type. However, there is one assigned for the delivery type. Also, for CCAr/Risk cat./CG combination in OVA8 (Auto Credit Block Delivery), static credit check has been activated with error message reaction. Open orders and open deliveries were also activated. Customer exceeded credit exposure but user cannot release the order in any VKMx transactions as no credit limit check is assigned to the order type.
    Given that this is the current setup, and the following conditions:
    1. Credit limit for the customer cannot be increased
    2. Oldest open item cannot be cleared just yet
    Is there any way that we can proceed with delivery creation for this customer? The other order types have credit limit check so credit management team was able to release them. However, we are unsure on how to proceed with this consignment order. Kindly advise and thank you in advance for your help.

    Looks contradictory and it may need to run report RVKRED77 to reorganization of open credit values. Try to run the report in test system and then run in production system. After running the report, the use must be able to release in VKM* transaction.

  • PI 7.0: IDOCs struck in IDX5 with error "Time Limit Exceeded".

    We have a File to IDOC scenario in PI 7.0. After mapping the IDOCs are posted from PI to ECC System.
    On a normal day this interface works good, yesterday we received a huge file which resulted in the creation of about 25000 IDOCs from one single file. The mapping went fine, however the IDOCs created were not posted into ECC System. When we monitor the IDOCs using transaction code IDX5 in PI system, we found the error message as "Time limit exceeded", the user shown was "PIAFUSER". To overcome this error, we increased the time limit of PIAFUSER from default to about 1500 seconds.
    Now, I want to push these IDOCs from PI into ECC System. Could you please let us know, how to push these IDOCs sitting in PI system to ECC?
    We do not want to reprocess the file from the beginning. Please let us know if it is possible to push the IDOCs without processing the file? If yes, how to reprocess?

    tRFC calls which transfer IDocs use the function module IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS at reception (before release 4.0: INBOUND_IDOC_PROCESS).
    If an IDoc in the sending system has been passed to tRFC (IDoc status "03"), but has not yet been input in the receiving system, this means that the tRFC call has not yet been executed.
    Activities
    To check the status of the tRFC calls, choose Tools ® IDoc Interface/ALE ® Administration ® Monitoring ® Troubleshooting ® RFC Queue (SM58) and specify any additional selection criteria.
    The program RSARFCEX restarts unsuccessful tRFC calls.
    You cannot choose the option is being executed in background processing.

    SMTP Error: 4.5.0 error opening file/URL reference by alias
    and
    Search failed with: netscape.ldap.LDAPException: error result (11); Administrative limit exceeded
    Here is my configuration:
    Windows 2000 server (without Active Directory)
    SP4
    Iplanet Messaging Server 5.2
    Netscape Directory Server 4.16
    IPlanet Messaging Server 5.2 Hotfix 1.09 (built Jan 7 2003)
    We have a group which we use to flash messages to all the users of the mail server. Till last week it was working fine but now I am not able to send messages to this group <group-name>.
    There are around 800 (Eight Hundred) E-mail id the messaging server and the flashed message is supposed to go to all 800 + users.
    Note: I have another group of 300 users and I am able to send an E-mail to this group of 300 users.
    I am using Dynamic Group for Members list.
    The error message I get while trying to send message to this group is
    SMTP Error: 4.5.0 error opening file/URL reference by alias.
    The corresponding error in mail.log file is

    I have increased the various limits but I still get the same error when I send mail to that group or do a LDAP Test:

    Sizelimit: Default 2000 New 10000
    Timelimit Default 3600 New 3600
    Lookthroughlimit Default 5000 New 6000
    The corresponding error entry in access log of slapd is:

    My problem has been fixed.
    Your suggestion was to increase the lookthrough limit. As you would have noticed in my posting that I had increased this limit to 6000 but that did not solve my problem. Today I increased this limit to 10000. And after that I did not get "administrative limit exceeded" error. Also I do not get "error opening file/URL reference by alias" error while sending E-mail to a particular group of 800+ ids.

    I am running an ABAP program, and I get the following short dump:
    Time limit exceeded. The program has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime and has therefore been terminated. After a certain time, the program terminates to free the work processfor other users who are waiting. This is to stop work processes being blocked for too long by
    - Endless loops (DO, WHILE, ...),
    - Database acceses with large result sets,
    - Database accesses without an apporpriate index (full table scan)
    - database accesses producing an excessively large result set,
    The maximum runtime of a program is set by the profile parameter "rdisp/max_wprun_time". The current setting is 10000 seconds. After this, the system gives the program a second chance. During the first half (>= 10000 seconds), a call that is blocking the work process (such as a long-running SQLstatement) can occur. While the statement is being processed, the database layer will not allow it to be interrupted. However, to stop the program terminating immediately after the statement has been successfully processed, the system gives it another 10000 seconds. Hence the maximum runtime of a program is at least twice the value of the system profile parameter "rdisp/max_wprun_time".

    In EKKN we have 200 000 entries. 199 999 entries have value of 00000000 in column ps_psp_pnr, and only one has a value which identifies a WBS element.
    I believe the problem is that there isn't any WBS element in PRPS which has the value of 00000000. I guess that is the reason why EKKN is read sequantially.
    I also tried this one, but it doesn't help at all. Before the SELECT statement is executed, there are 594 entries in internal table p_lt_proj_sel:
      DATA p_lt_proj_sel LIKE p_lt_proj OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
      p_lt_proj_sel[] = p_lt_proj[].
      DELETE p_lt_proj_sel WHERE pspnr = 0.
      SORT p_lt_proj_sel by pspnr.

  • Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError : GC Overhead Limit Exceeded on SOA server

    Hi All,
    We are facing to this java.lang.OutOfMemoryError : GC Overhead Limit Exceeded on issue and we have increased the physical memory of the server to 16GB.
    Modules running in this machine are,
    Oracle DB
    Weblogic Admin server - 10.3.6.0
    Imaging - 11.1.1.6.0
    UCM
    and SOA server
    We can see all these components using only 50% of the memory. But when we trigger BPM instances it triggers above error and system gets really slow.
    PermGen arguments are,
    USER_MEM_ARGS=-Xms1024m -Xmx1536m -XX:PermSize=1024m -XXMaxPermSize=1024m
    JAVA Memory arguments: -Xms1024m -Xmx1536m -XX:PermSize=1024m -XXMaxPermSize=1024m
    This is our Development Environment and planning to give a user demo on this week... ;( but system is really slow....
    What we are to do???

    You have misspelled the max perm parameter. -XXMaxPermSize=1024m should be -XX:MaxPermSize=1024m
    Not sure if that's the whole issue though.
    Also take a memory dump and see what type of objects that fill upp your memory.
    jmap -dump:format=b,file=$heap_file $proid
    Also look at the parameters for generating a dump when OutOfMemoryError occurs:
    -XX:HeapDumpPath=domain1.hprof
    -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError

  • Trouble with PIX 501 user limit?

    I have installed a Cisco PIX 501 at a client's site, and now a couple of weeks later we are having an issue where some computers cannot access the Internet. The PCs can ping the internal interface of the firewall, and can resolve hostnames. But about three of them cannot ping public IP addresses. I thought the arp cache might be corrupted on the switch, so we restarted that to no good effect.
    I suspect that the client has somehow run up against the 10-user limit for their PIX 501 license.
    The site has eight PCs and a server, so it doesn't seem like they should be going over the 10-user limit.
    I'm not much of an expert when it comes to the PIX, so I wonder if someone can tell me how to determine whether this is the case, and maybe give me some tips on how to resolve the issue?

    Hi I am running a number of DSCC 11.1.1.3.0 LDAP instances
    within those instances I have configured the 'size limit' to unlimited (and restarted the server)
    when an authenticated user does an ldapsearch they get the full search returned but when an anonymous users does the same search
    they hit the 'Administrative limit exceeded' error.
    what am I missing that would allow an anonymous user to return the full search?

    I assume you are connecting direct to a Directory Server and not via a Directory Proxy instance.
    Have you checked if your bound users have any of the the following operational attributes set on them?
    nssizelimit
    nsTimeLimit
    nsLookThroughLimit
    Also take a look at the error code in the logs, it may be that your search is failing due to time or indexes rather than size of result.

    Your LDAP server has search limits for the user you're logging in as (or, more likely, it has default limits, and you haven't made exceptions for that user).
    If you're using Sun Directory Server, you can remove these limits by setting 'nsLookThroughLimit' and 'nsSizeLimit' both to -1 for that user.
