trying to use iCloud to send and recieve email.error message 'cannot get mail- the user name or passoword for iCloud is incorrect'.
how can I reset this - no reset option is being offered. NB the password I'm using is the correct password

How do you change user name for Icloud

We were having problems when I changed a password in Itunes and found user name on my Ipad and Iphone were old email addresses. We changed user name on Ipad and Iphone and Icloud woks fine, howerver we also have a Iac that had the old email address as the user name and now it will not sync with the Imac. How do I change user name on the Imac so it will agree with the other 2 devices?

There is no application. Go to System Preferences>iCloud, click 'Sign out'.

I migrated to OS5 this weekend. After installing iCloud, I went into System Preferences/iCloud. I noted that under Account Details, the user name is someone from my contact list. When I change the name and exit and re-enter, the name appears again. Email/Calendar and contacts are all syncing fine, but this is annoying. Any help would be much appreciated.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

In this code as you see I can run the SUBMIT program with a specified user. But the creator of the job always becomes SY-UNAME. So is there a way to specify the user name for a job creator? I don't want to use SY-UNAME.

Using a single user name for RADIUS

I have a WLAN with 5 1200 Series AP (A/G) configured for Fast Roaming using the Cisco supplied documentation. Can I use one user name for all of my devices to connect to the Internal Radius Server? This would be similar to having a passphrase for WPA. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I understood you have autonoomus/standalone APs wiht WDS (Wireless Domain Server) configured for FSR. right?
You can use same username from multiple devices if your Radius does not prohipit more than one session per username.
Make sure that your RADIUS server allows multiple sessions for the user you want to use and it should work.
Note please that using same username with multuple users is not the same of using PSK (talking from security perspective). using 802.1x is usually more secure.

You are only as young as you feel......
This is an example of how you can select the exact content that you want to sync to your device. You do not have to sync the entire iTunes library. You can pick and choose the music, apps, books and so on that you want to sync. This is using music as an example.
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Music Tab on the right.
Click on only the albums or playlists that you want to sync.
Click on the Sync Music Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
You can do this with apps, books, movies .... Whatever .... You have the freedom to sync whatever you want.

When you go into iCloud there is an option to delete the account. The help desk advised me that using this option only deletes it on the phone and not the actual Apple ID. If you delete it you are given an option to keep content associated with this ID on the phone, which may be a good idea unless you want to completely refresh your phone.
Once you delete the account, you can then enter a new Apple ID.
I've just done it and it worked fine, leaving the original Apple ID intact and working on another phone.

Do you mean the name of the iPod? For example "John's iPod touch"
If you have iOS 5 or later, you can change the name from "Settings --> General --> About. Tap on "Name" and enter a new name.
With iOS 4, connect the iPod to iTunes, and click the name for the iPod in iTunes in order to change it.
