User Name Question

Question

In Web Console, under Reports | Systems | By Machine/Login Name, there is
information under the headings of Machine Name, Login Name, User Name, etc.
Under User Name, some workstations show a real name such as Jones, Bobby
or Smith, Mary. Some workstations show the Machine Name + MAC Address,
which is how ZENworks is setup to import workstations.
Why is there a difference? The real name is the preferred information.
What adjustment do I need to make?

I am not able to change the PrimaryUser to Always, unless I am in the
wrong spot. I'm in the Default Option Set | Collection Editor |
Workstation Tab - Configure...
