User Rights Regarding Voicemail Deletion

Question

As Microsoft has decided without our approval or notice, to prevent our deletion of and hold onto our personal and business voicemail for an indefinite period for their own direct access and review, I have decided to register formal complaints with the FCC, OfCom, CRTC and the ACMA. I will also be creating a Facebook page and Twitter account to raise awareness of the issue.
Actively removing our ability to control our own voicemail, a basic fundamental right and capability on all technology since the 70’s, without our authorization, strongly suggest that Microsoft is using voice recognition technology to sell our private data to third parties for financial gain.
If like so many others you are concerned about your personal & business voicemail being kept indefinitely by Microsoft and further analysed for the purpose of resale without your permission please file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory body in your country.

to_char is not required here because it is already a string.
And make sure that the value in the variable VNAME is same as the values in your table (object_mas.object_name).

END;It is not checking into the database whether user has a rights or not ,bassed on condition, it should display and hide to the button.May be use upper() around the your where clause and see if that is the problem. +(for both user_id = p_user_id and object_name=p_page_id)+
Finally debug your database function and troubleshoot where is the problem yourself.
