User(s) not able to sign in

I have a couple of new users that are unable to sign into the lync client.  The message they get is "You didn't get signed in. It might be your sign-in address or logon credentials, so try those again.  If that doesn't work, contact your support
team."  I installed Lync debugging tools on the machine and from that I am seeing the following failure:

I have verified that they are able to sign into OWA, so it's not a password issue.  I tried removing the user from the Lync server and then adding them back in.  That did not resolve the problem.  
Strangely, they are able to sign into Lync externally and only get these failure messages when on our internal network.  This made me think maybe it was DNS but I have confirmed the DNS entries are correct and no other users are experiencing this problem.
 I made sure the users computer trusts the certs, which it does and I have removed and re-installed the Lync client, including removing the Lync settings under appdata, but this did not resolve the problem either. 
Any suggests? Ideas? Point me in the right direction?  

I'm just chiming in, I'm still not as knowledgible as I'd like to be.  I usually run into a problem where users change a parameter in AD (Name, location, phone) and AD sometimes likes to duplicate the account causing log in issues.  I know you
have new users but it may be worth it to check what AD has to say on the account and cross check it with the control panel in Lync. 
I also force my clients to do web lookups which take a lync policy modification and ensuring that the users client computer has the right windows policy/firewall settings to facilitate that.
You've already taken most of the steps I would have and I hope you find a resolution soon.
Also, here is a post that also had 401 sip messages on sigining in, not much help but you could stem from there.  The sip message is what sticks out to me.

    I just noticed the same. Looking at the following error message it seems to do a version check and based on the results of that check I would think that it's not supported yet.
    System.ArgumentException: User agent string ("Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.4; Win64; x64; Trident/7.0; MSAuthHost/1.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko") does not contain match for Windows version regex pattern ("Windows NT (?<Version>6\.2|6\.3)").

    Not able to sign into Blackberry Protect.  Backup and Restore function not working. Message is: "Your device isn't associated with a Blackberry ID."  My Blackberry Messenger and Blackberry World is working fine so I am sure its not an ID issue on the phone.  I can sign into Link, Blackberry.com and Protect.  I see my device in Protect but cannot send messages or view it on a map.  Times out with cannot reach device message.  BB Protect on Device has a swirling circle beside the on/of switch.  Cannot turn off.  
    I have deleted Link and re-installed.
    I have reset phone to default(factory) and signed in. 
    OS level is 10.2.1.3062
    BB Link is 1.2.3.56

    I managed to figure this out myself. I had to delete the device from the Blackberry Protect website.  protect.blackberry.com.  I wiped my device again and signed in with my Blackberry ID.  I dont know if the step of wiping was necessary as I did not try my backup with the current configuration on the device following the delete.  Restore is in progress for me!

    I have recently upgraded about a day ago from windows 8 64-bit to windows 8.1 64-bit but I am experiencing many problems but those problems are the same as when I first installed the windows 8 64-bit version and so I know how to solve those problems such
    as graphics card driver issues etc. but now I am facing a bigger problem... I am not able to sign in into any of the xbox games I have downloaded .... its strange that the games which I downloaded and signed in when I was using windows 8 have signed in
    automatically the first time I open the game after downloading and installing a fresh copy in my new windows 8.1 OS and that too without asking a prompt about the permissions to xbox live account but the games which I have downloaded for the first time such
    as Project Spark which only works on windows 8.1 asks for the prompt to allow access to xbox account but as I hit the yes button the games throws an error that it cannot sign in into the xbox account and asks me to sign in into the xbox.com and then restart
    the app to sign in but I have did this a lot of time but it didn't work also I reinstalled the game it also didn't work and I also checked for the integrity cmd->sfc/scannow ... that method also didn't work its not only with project spark its also the same
    thing with asphalt 7,big buck hunter, crash course, reckless racing etc. which I have never downloaded or played when I was using windows 8..... so basically all the games which asks for a prompt to allow access to xbox live is not signing in and throwing
    the same error to sign in into xbox.com and try again.... I am not willing to switch back to Windows 8 because I really wanna play project spark game and I know its not problem with that game and it is only with windows 8.1.. but I am able to sign in with

    Can you navigate to the C:\Drivers\ folder and run the setup.exe under the Synaptics\17.0.6.8 subfolder to install the driver manually.

    If you still get the "no appropriate driver to be installed" error, you most likely have an ELAN Touchpad and not a Synaptics. To verify, navigate to the Device Manager and post the hardware ID here (see this guide).

  • End users are not able to save interactive pdf form created with designer

    I am new to using LiveCycle Designer and have created a pdf form but my end users are not able to save edited form. Does this have something to do with whether the form is static or dynamic. If so, I am not exactly sure how to use the restorestate option to convert it back to static. I also tried to enable the "user rights access in adobe reader" under the advance menu and had no luck.
    My end users have acrobat reader 9 - do I need them to download anything else, maybe professional.

    In my Adobe Pro I don't see the option Reader Extend rather I enabled "Enabled Usage Rights in Adobe Reader" amd I figured this was somewhat the same. So if I enabled this option in Adobe Pro already and they are still not able to edit the fillable text slots or save it what other option do I have in figuring this out.

    We are using WebLogic Server 10.3 Default Authenticator as Authentication Provider.
    I found few change requests related to multi-byte from the link: http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs103/issues/known_resolved.html
    Am I missing some configuration? Has anyone else tried authenticate multibyte username?

    Can you provide more information on the use case?
    1. Is this using Basic or Form authentication?
    2. If the user logs on from a web-based client, do you get the same failure with Internet Explorer as with other browsers?
    3. On which operating system is the WebLogic AdminServer running?
    With WebLogic Server 10.3, I am able to authenticate with multi-byte (French and Japanese) usernames. (My environment: form auth, Firefox 3.0.5, WLS runs on Linux RHEL 4.0.)

    1. As you said you are in coexistence step , so for now all endpoint already point to Exchange 2010 right?
    2. Check legacy owa redirect that you already configure
    3. In Exchange 2010 , Make sure that you already configure "Autodiscoverinternaluri" by this command set-clientaccessserver -identity "servername" -autodiscoverinternaluri
    https://autodiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml. and don't forget to create autodiscover record in DNS
    4. in Exchange 2010 , Make sure that you already configure "EWS" path by this command set-webservicesvertualdirectory -identity "XXX\Default web site name" -internalurl
    https://yourinternalurl/EWS/Exchange.asmx -externalurl https://yourexternalurl/EWS/Exchange.asmx
    5. don't forget to replicate freebusy from Exchange 2003 to Excahnge 2010 via public folder.
    You error look like client cannot get autodiscover process please check it again.

    Because Report Builder in the Report Manager is a ClickOnce application, the error message means that one or more of the files listed in the application manifest cannot be found on the server, so the application cannot be started. Based on my research, frequently
    this means that the application is somehow corrupted, or that the ClickOnce store is corrupted.
    To fix this issue, we can try to refer to the following steps:
    If Report Builder is corrupted, we can update the Reporting Services to repair this.
    Check that the Report Builder application is existing
        Open the Report Server folder. By default, the folder is located in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.<X>\Reporting Services\ReportServer\ReportBuilder
        Make sure the file "ReportBuilder.application" is existing in the folder mentioned above.
    If it is existing, please use the following URL to access the Report Builder directly:
    http://<server>/ReportServer/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder.application
    And this issue can also be caused by browser. Because not all report functionality is supported by all browsers in Reporting Services. So please use IE browser to start Report Builder to try it again.

    Unpower it.  If it still  happens on a restart give it time - Apple's servers sometimes have glitches.

    You can only create an iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) or Mac.  If you don't have one of these, you will not be able to create an iCloud account.

    I have three email ids with hotmail.com. I am not able to sign in to my email which I opened last, a few days back. Until yesterday I could log in and see the inbox etc of the said id. But now when I try to sign in, it gives error message

    Surprisingly when I try to open my two other emai ids with hotmail, I can open it easily and everything is normal with the other two ids. I wrote to hotmail help center, they have asked me to get in touch with firefox as I am using this browser. Please note I was using Internet Explorer and two days back I shifted to Mozilla Firefox.   • Users are not able to save pdfs after editing - Adobe XI. They do not use the Win7 explorer preview pane.  If they completely close the Win7 explorer window, they can save - Adobe XI thinks the preview pane is open when it is not.

    Users are not able to save pdfs after editing.  Product is Adobe XI, OS is Win7 64-bit.  When saving, an error pops up that the file cannot be saved, it is in use.  If they save as a different name, it works.  Found several forums/blogs/etc that suggest the problem can be solved by closing the Window7 explorer preview pane.  They don't use the preview pane.  I figured out that if they completely close the explorer window, they can save.  But this means they have to open and close explorer for each file.

    Hi, I would like to chime in and say that this problem has not yet been resolved. It is extremely annoying when all I do is highlight a document in the file explorer and I get 5 errors (evenly spaced out about 20 seconds apart telling me that "Microsoft
    Word Cannot Start (24)". These errors persist even after windows explorer and word are closed. And I don't want to start terminating processes just to make them stop every time.
    I'm a little frustrated with this problem and the other problems I've encountered with MS Office 2013 with file corruption, crashing, 2010 compatibility issues, and the whole host of errors when trying to actually do WORK with Word.
    I do work with long, complex reports in Word because that's the best way available for myself (and my coworkers) to use. However, I sincerely regret upgrading to Office 2013 because of it. I love it, all of its features, and its interface, but I simply cannot
