Please follow the process hope this help you: ST03N>Workload(First selection> your application server->time Period(day ,week month)-> click on that>Analysis view (lowe part of left hand side of screen)>Trasactional profile -> standard-> double click any transaction.

1. In the transaction go to : system->status-> <PROG. NAME>
2. after getting the program name go to SE37 , type EXIT<PROG NAME> and press F4 to get the list of function exits available.
once you get the exit you should also be able to find the include name using the where used list, just select the exit and click where used list.

Want Transaction History for Particular Transaction for Particular User. .

Hello Friends,
I have one query.
I want to get detailed Transaction History for Particular Transaction for Particular User_Id for particular Time/Date period, with his/her Terminal ID info ,also.
One USER_ID in SAP Server is shared among 6-7 people to do their work.
So, I want to know that from which terminal that user has run that transaction to do its work on particular Date/time.
I tried STAT, STAD, ST03N, but did not help me very much to get deep level information.
May be, i am missing something to get the solution for this kind of situation.
Any Solution for this kind of Situation ?

ST01 will give you the Result after switching on the TRACE. I want to get Transaction History for a particular DAY/Weeks/Month .
e.g.
One User Id is shared among 6-7 people. One of the person did something using FB08 transaction on last 08/07/2008. But, as the User ID is shared among several User, How can i know the person who did that change and from which place/Terminal.

I have the following information to fire the search.
-> User Id information
-> which transaction he/she used to do that work
-> When he did the change for something (means i know the exact date)
But , I want to know ,from which Terminal he/she executed that transaction, as the User ID is shared among several people.
You tell me the way ,so that i can have total required information for this kind of situation.

Goto TADIR table give program id as R3TR ,Objec type as CMOD and execute.
You will get all active exits in system.
Exits related to SD may be in ZSD package.

Restrict the badi for particular transaction code

hi, i have implemented BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS01 and in the subscreen area 10 i attatched my own module pool program and screen number. my requirement is for FB60 only. and it is working for FB60 fine. the problem is also working for FV60.
Is there any possibility to restrict for particular transaction code say for FB60.
Please reply me soon....

Hi Praveen,
Since this is a single use badi you have the option to create a new filetr of your own. You can create a filter of type sy-tcode and in your implementation assign it a value of your transaction. Thus if someone else also wants to use it for some other transaction can have a implementation of his own for some other transaction.
The other way which is though not the recommended way buy easy to use is to put a check before your code on SY_TCODE = your transaction.

While running a Custom Transaction I m getting error that user is not authorized for that transaction.

Try using FM C160_TRANSACTION_CALL. Let's see if this works.
OR
Create a custom program that calls your custom transaction code.

However I'm looking for an user exit that is called at the time of 'Save'. I'm looking to make some changes
so that no entry can be posted in the above transactions until a document has been attached. None of the User exits above seem to be available at the time of 'Save'.
Is there any OSS note for a User Exit/BADI that can be used at the time of 'Save' for these transactions?

Hi Deepika,
for your requirement you can use FI substitutions (entire document). Check transaction GGB1. They allow to change fields from FI tables (BKPF,BSEG,BSIK,BSAK, etc...)

User Exits for FBZ1 Transaction

Hi , Can anyone provide me the userexits available for FBZ1 transcation. (Posting of Incoming Payments) ...
Actual situation is : We created a screen variant for FBZ1 . Now we want to throw error message on screen when user exters a particular Profit Center. As we can't restrict that by using screen variant , we are looking for other options...We assume finding userexit which triggers at selection screen is possible ... Please suggest us if anyone have info reg this...

Validations are created by functional people (in this case the FI Consultant), I think you have to talk to one and he will do it for you.

User Exits for Vendor Transaction

In Vendor Master Display XK02, for Payment Transactions there is a Checkbox for Double Invoice. If the Invoice is already made, I want to raise a error message. Is there any User Exit for that Vendor Transaction to achieve this functionality.

If there are no available user exits you could go for badi's.
To search for a badi, go to se 24 display class cl_exithandler. double click on method get_instance, get a break point on case statement. execute and start the required transaction in new session. look for variable exit_name. It would show the available badi's.

User Exit for ME51N Transaction

Hi folks,
     I have a requirement regarding ME51N Tocde. If the user enters the internal order number in ME51N, while creating Purchase Requisition, the corresponding cost center should be displayed in the cost center field by default. I have found one user exit which will be useful for this. I wrote the code and feteched the Cost Center value in the exit EXIT_SAPLMEREQ_005. But i dont field any paramet for sending the Cost center value here. Could any body suggest me how to proceed now...How can i display the cost center value, using this Exit....

Hi Shyam,
You can find the user exit using the following method:
1. Go to the TCode SE24 and enter CL_EXITHANDLER as object type.
2. In 'Display' mode, go to 'Methods' tab.
3. Double click the method 'Get Instance' to display it source code.
4. Set a breakpoint on 'CALL METHOD cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface'.
5. Then run your transaction ML81N.
6. The screen will stop at this method.
7. Check the value of parameter 'EXIT_NAME'. It will show you the BADI for that transaction.

do not coppy the tcode into zreport. it is the biggest sin you able to do. if there is no explicit user exit look for BADI (put break point inside SXV_GET_CLIF_BY_NAME fm, execute tcode and u ll get all BADI related with CAT5) or you could use implicit user exits. there are spots in standard SAP code (each reports subroutine has them so you could add your custom code there), but you have to ensure that your code will not make any damage.

User exit for AS01 transaction

Hi,
I need your help, please.
I am doing a validation of the fields ORD44 vs. STORT in AS01 & AS02 transaction, but I can't find the correct user exit. Somebody could suggest to me which user exit i can use to do this? please.
