User Usage Tracking History Link not visible in Reports

Hi All,
I want to create reports based on user usage login details by using the user usage tracking history link in report section.But presently i do not find the link there.May i know what can be the problem behind this issue?

This is only available in historical subject area. If you cannot see this please ask your admin to turn this on within your role.

In the info cube, the data is not visible for reporting, How can i make it available for reporting,
When i select the Manage option from the context menu of the cube and select the Requests Tab, i get a pop up message that tells
" There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
There is data in the InfoCube/ODS object that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.

How do i find out the inconsistancies?
PS: All the requesta are delta upload

Use the RSRV transaction and check the inconsistency of the cube ..If any inconsistency is there repair that with the repari option in the toolbar..

Problem with creating new user in portal = portlet is not visible

Hi,
I've got a problem with creating new users in portal. In the Administer tab of the builder is the user portlet not visible.
How can I make this portlet visible?

Hi..my problem slightly similar.
I created one new user, and didn't select anything from "Public Groups Assignment" and "Privilege Assignment" for him.
I expect the user will be a public user.
But, when he try to logged in the portal,
He cannot see all the PORTLETS related to database values..
All he can see just LINKS -that all in my portal right now beside the report from database that the user cannot see :)
So, what did i do wrong?

Personalize link not visible in MastHead area..

I need users to change their pwds, but the personalize link is not visible in the MastHead area?

Hi Peter,
check the masthead par file....and enable the personalize link in the par file....
then deploye it again to the potal server
and add this par file to the standard user role under the content provided by sap....
now log off and log in again.......

Go to Content administration -> Portal content-> Content provided by sap -> End user content->Standard portal users -> Worksets-> Portal personalization to the role of the user
You can also assign eu_role role to that user to enable the personalize link in masthead but this brings iviews too in the content area.

OBIEE Usage Tracking Table Is Not Populated

OBIEE Usage tracking table (s_nq_acct) is not populated correctly for last a few weeks. I have no experience on configuring / managing usage tracking jobs, so I do not know where to start to solve this problem. First of all, which log file should I go to find the problem? And also which parameters should I look? Can you help me please.

Check that the absolutely correct and precise connection pool information contained in your RPD matches what your entries in the MBeans which then get written to the NQSConfig.ini.
Check that your UT physical model in the RPD physical layer isn't and old (11.1.1.5) setup running on a 11.1.1.7 env where the column definitions don't match.
Several log files. NQServer.log and NQQuery.log to begin with.

CRM Users Created on ABAP Stack not visible in Portal...........

I have WAS with ABAP + JAVA [EP7], Hence using <b> dataSourceConfiguration_abap.xml</b>. as a datasource file in UME.
As per my knowledge i cant create users from Portal hence I have created users in ABAP Stack but I am not able to view these users from Portal ?
I have chaecked the entry in Configtool this file is maintained as Datasource.
Please Guide me what may be the reson for this ??
Is it possible to add Users from portal if Datasource is ABAP Stack ??

Html link not visible as table header in jsp

Hi,
I am not sure if this question belongs to JSP forum, since it's happening in JSP page I am posting it here.
I am seeing this strange problem, in my JSP page all the link are looking fine except some links in Table header. Here is the code snippet:
<th align="left" width="30%"><html:link action="/myAction.do?sortBy=org&all=${param.all}">Organization Name</html:link></th>
ENV is struts, jstl, html.
Now the problem is the text Organization Name is not visible, although it's there and I can click it. If I click and drag mouse over it I can see it.
Also if I put this link anywhere else e.g. <TD> I can see it.
I am not sure why it's happening.
Please help me.

Sounds like a style issue - is it the same colour as the background for some reason?
What styles have you got applied to your <th> columns? The text in them?
Are you using css?

Info Link Not Visible in DefaultFileStore filestore provider UCM

HI, I have a strange issue, where "Info" link is not visible under Providers--> DefaultFileStore.
I can see the Test link, but not Info. Could you please let me know if this is some kind of admin functionality that I was not able to vew this.

OIM11gR2 DBAT User recon - custom UDF value not visible in User detail page

Hi,
I have configured DBAT connector for OIM11gR2 for user recon.
Have created and mapped few custom UDFs in the GTC.
User is created successfully in OIM, and has all the values correctly in USR table for all the custom UDFS.
But when i search a user in OIM, i can not see the value of custom UDF, even though it is in the database.
I have created and activated a sandbox and also added the custom UDF in the user details page using the Design option of ADF.
Is there something I am missing related to display of custom attribute and its value on the USer details page.
Kindly suggest.

Yes, your UDF should be available under Manage Users->UserVo1. It is working fine with our env. make sure you have the latest version of R2 release, because Beta release had an issue for same. You can create aonther UDF and and try gain.

Hierarchy in properties of characteristics item is not visible in report

Hi,
It has been observed that the Hierarchy name in u201Cproperties of characteristics" of an infoobject for example 0GL_ACCOUNT is not visible in BEx output report. The report shows complete hierarchy with all nodes / subnodes but NOT HEADER description!
Also whenever you change the hierarchy (by changing global / local view), Same problem exist.
This is one of the high priority problem users are facing since they canu2019t see hierarchy name (Key / Text) causing confusion.
Please advice.

Make a duplicate header above all the levels and show text in the BEx output
Level 1 -> Hierarchy name -> Level 2 ( Initially Level 1) -> Level 3 ( Initially Level 2)

New objects not visible in report objectpicker

Hi, I'm new to SCOM so please forgive me if I say something wrong.
We are using SCOM 2007 R2.
In Operations Console I've created 2 new Web Applications in Authoring view.
In Reporting view I open Availability report from Microsoft Generic Report Library
Click Add Object
Search for Web Application I've created and get nothing
For some reason I see only old objects when search or view all available in report. I tried to use old Management Package and created my own (I thought the problem was in sealed MP, but my new is unsealed). Found similar problem in "Missing Objects
in Report Objectpicke" question, but we have less than 100 monitoring agents.
So I have no idea why objects are not visible, could you please help?

Verify from Group {contain all computers that you want} that using in Reporting.

Current Quarter not visible in Reports

Hi All,
User X needs to see not just the opportunities of those who report directly to him, but all opportunities for any accounts in his Sales Region. So, the Admin changed the Reporting subject areas to Team visibility and his Historical reporting area to Full in his personal profile.
This enables him to see what he needs but now X with role 'Sales Management' does not see the 'Current Quarter' as one of the drop down value for 'Timeframe' field while a report located in "Shared Custom Analyses >> Sales outlook >> Sales Outlook By Region" is run.
As a workaround, Gwen assigned Steve with temporary new role which lets Steve see all the opportunities (even out of his region) and also can see the Current Quarter as Timeframe value."
This doesn't seem to be a Look In selector issue, since the Admin can see the correct data when selecting "Steve Schroeder" in the Look In. And this shouldn't be related to privileges either.
Any suggestions would be of great help.

"View JNDI tree" link not visible under monitoring tab of myserver?

Hi,
The link "View JNDI tree" as mentioned in chapter 18 of administration guide is
not visibile on my installation of 6.1 beta.
Is there some configuration setting that i need to do to make this link visible.
I am having problems with installation and running of my resource adapter. I wanted
to check whether the JNDI name is registered properly and there i ran into this
problem of no link available.

They moved this into a popup menu that you get to using a right click
in the tree view in the left frame. There are lots and lots of new
admin goodies available by right clicking on nodes of the tree. It
took me a while to discover this myself. :)

Hi Nikhil,
When you assign the eu_role to all users , then both home tab and
personalise become visible, that is the default behaviour,
To hide the home workset, Content Admin> Portal Content>Portal User> Standard Portal User> Standard Portal User role
Right click the home workset and then change either of the property
like entry point or make it invivsible in navigation.
