User-wide internal error

When I try to start Adobe Reader as one user, I get the message "An internal error occurred." After I click OK, Windows Vista Problem Reports and Solutions tells me that "Adobe Reader 9.1 has stopped working."
However, when I try to start Adobe Reader as a different user, it starts correctly.
What's the issue here, and how do I deal with it?

Yes, the Adobe PDF printer is set as default and I have High Quality Print selected. Yes, I can created PDFs out of Work but realize that a different driver is involved. I was able at one point to bring up files in FM9 and print but now that is hosed. I remember a similar problem back in the FM7 days but then I could do the MIF trick and get FM to settle down and work.

Help...The get this error message (Internal error 10014, 7686536,7686826, 10069773) whether I use the Print | Acrobat PDF or the Print Save as PDF. I am using the latest FM10 update (10.0.1.402) and Acrobat X Pro (10.1.0). Book was new and created entirely in FM10. I was having this error when I first used FM10 but the Acrobat update appeared to fix the problem. A week later, I am unable to print the book after making changes. I also am unable to print to PDF with books created in 9 and converted.
My work environment is XP SP3 but I am also encountering the same problems on my box at home with Win7 SP1. I have tried all the setting suggested in the thread but still no-go. I exported the doc back to Word as RTF, stripped all the formating, and reimported back I have tried saving as a MIF and resaving as a new FM file.
Don't know what else to try.

That we have already researched earlier but we are trying to find out exact solution as per second argument ...is taken. Because for first argument a bug already exists and it is resolved if we apply the interim patch .What is the bug/patch number you are referring to?

Getting error The user could not be registered at this time due to an internal error in R11

We created new Organization (that had alpha numeric value e.g. 7777A) using Customer Online to be used in iStore i11 version.
The user account and password was also created for the organization. When we tried to login to istore the first time the registration screen (jtftmplh.jsp) was displayed. After filling the needed information and submitting we get the error:
"The user could not be registered at this time due to an internal error Please contact the system administrator if this problem persists.
Note to System Administrators: View source for more information about this error."
But if we created new Organization with numbers only e.g. 7777 we don't have the issue. Yet we already have large number of organization with alpha numeric and they work fine. (believe they were pragmatically loaded).
The profiles "HZ: Generate Party Number" and "HZ: Generate Party Site Number" are set to Yes.

I have installed Adobe Lightroom CC. In the process of launching, a popup appears, that says: "AN INTERNAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED. Cannot create the required folder: /Users/(my user name)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Develop Presets." So even though Lightroom CC is installed, it will not launch. What do I need to do to allow it to launch?

The problem was solved today. Here's the full story. I'm a Mac user. At first I installed Lightroom CC on my iMac (desktop). I had this problem so I called Adobe, and was referred to a "special unit" . After about an hour the tech solved it for me ... we did a screen sharing and she took control of my computer for a loooong time. Because of language difficulties, at first I wondered if she knew what she was doing but she eventually solved it. Although she couldn't explain exactly what she was doing, she summarized it by saying "it was a permissions problem." I asked if I would have the same issue later when I installed it on my laptop (Macbook Air). She said probably not.
But I did. The same internal error popup arose on launch and launch did not complete on my laptop. I tried chat but no joy so I eventually called Apple Care. I had noticed that on my laptop (and the iMac for that matter), that there was no Library folder after my user name. The Apple tech explained that the Library folder is actually there but it is hidden because it's very easy for users to do some very nasty things to their computer by going astray while in the Library folder. The folder is actually there, but they hide it. I did remember seeing that the tech helping me with my iMac had typed the work "Library" while she was controlling my computer. Basically she had activated the hidden Library folder so she could open the path that Lightroom was trying to follow to create that "Develop Presets" folder. For some reason, the inability to create that folder in the launch process was preventing launch from being completed. The Apple tech said she didn't actually have to do that and activated the Library folder by use of the Go selection on the menu bar. Anyway, once that complete path was replicated and opened, the next step was to go to the Lightroom Permissions field and add my user name to the user categories already there and enable "read and write" permissions to my user name. Once done, I shut down my laptop, and then rebooted. I launched Lightroom and then boom, voila, heavens to betsy, etc. it launched and suddenly a dismal weekend turned into a great one.
I am not a geek, so I hope this makes some sense. I also hope Lightroom launches again tomorrow and beyond!

Prime Infrastructure 2.1 - User add failed : Some unexpected internal error has occurred.

Setting up Prime Infrastructure to manage 2504 WLC, trying to add Lobby Ambassador and I get this error message:
User add failed : Some unexpected internal error has occurred. If the problem persists please report to the Tech Support.
Technically, this is my second attempt at setting up PI. I set it up initially with the wrong version of PI and created a lobby ambassador. I followed the instructions from the forum with a similar problem that said to remove the trap receiver on the WLC from my first attempt at installing PI.

I'm now able to add a Lobby Ambassador as long as its not the same username that I created on the previous PI setup. So I suspect this Lobby Ambassador username is somewhere on the 2504 WLC, but I can't find it anywhere to remove it.

I have just been struggling with a similar issue on a fresh install of Prime 2.1 Upgraded to 2.1.1.
If I try to create the user with lobby ambassador role it just fails with "unexpected internal error".
I eventually found that by creating the user as a normal admin user first - the user is added. You can then go in a remove the admin role and change the role to lobby ambassador. This works with no internal error and the lobby admin user is working fine.
I would say it is just a bug.

Internal error in SAP user exit

i am working on the SAP user exits in SD module for Free goods enhancement, if customer buys 100 goods in 'X' material we have to provide 'Y' quantity of goods as free. i did coding part under the standard program "MV45AFZZ " in the form" user exit_save_document_prepare", its working fine in creation of sales order in VA01 transaction the free goods are getting added correctly.
But, while changing the sales order in VA02 transaction the free goods are not getting updated after changing the order quantity. its just displaying the following error "An internal system error occurred. See note 442831."

but this includes n :1 relationship free goods.so we need to develop code.in that only during execution only am getting this internal error.

It seems my issue is due to the streams admin user. The streams replication was setup on the objects under these tablespaces. The streams replication was removed and strmadmin user is also dropped. I have enabled trace and got the below message in the trace file. Does any of you face the same issue?.

Hi Gurus
We have created a custom oracle report and concurrent program and when we ran the concurrent program it is error out with below error
Enter Password:
REP-0004: Warning: Unable to open user preference file.
REP-0300: ORACLE error occurred.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-300: ORACLE error occurred.

I resolved the issue.
The problem is indeed a permissions issue with the Adobe Application Support folder.
First, in MAC OS Lion the ~/Library/ folder is hidden by default. You must unhide it in order to proceed. (if it is already visible in your ~/User/ folder, proceed to Step 4.)
Next launch the Terminal application.
At the command line, paste the following command line: chflags nohidden ~/Library/
Go to /Users/youruserid/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Get info on the ~/Adobe folder and reset your permissions to read/write and apply to all enclosed folders

User Managed Back-up : ORA-00600: internal error code

Hallo!I was trying to assess whether I can implement a user managed Oracle 10g database backup of an orcl instance (for testing purposes).I know how to use RMAN but I am just curious about a user-managed back-up and recovery solution
My idea was to copy the db files (controlfiles,datafiles,redo log files)in the oradata/orcl directory to a different disk partition,delete the orcl folder,return the copied orcl folder to the oradata folder and startup the instance.
After doing this,I tried to startup the instance but it could only reach the mount stage.When I typed the alter database open command,the error below resulted
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr1_lastbwr], [], [], [], [],[], [], []
I am aware I can use the recover database command in RMAN but for curiosity purposes,I would like to know if an alternative option exists to recover the db assuming a user managed backup without RMAN.

a. SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE/NORMAL before you did the copy
OR
b. in Backup mode with ALTER DATABASE BEGIN BACKUP
You need either of a. or b. (Oracle cannot stop you from copying files when the database is open but needs to know that they are copied in a fuzzy state and that is one of the several things that the ALTER DATABASE BEGIN BACKUP does).
If you used method b. you also need an ALTER DATABASE END BACKUP, ALTER SYSTEM SWITCH LOGFILE and a backup of the ArchiveLogs generated between the BEGIN BACKUP and END BACKUP.

Error while creating SC: Internal Error - termination type TH_RES_FREE

Hi I encountered this error while creating a SC. All attributes for this user are maintained and the "check user" transaction does not give any error.

What can I do?

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server PUNHJWSAPSRM_SSS_00 in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server PUNHJWSAPSRM_SSS_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

First of all the sicf transaction is to be used only if you use the internal ITS.
Now you have to put an external breakpoint in the source code of the ABAP Program or FM you want to debug , one of these in your case :
