Using a camera connector how do i get pictures off computer and onto the iPad please.

I need to get pictures from a compter to my ipad. i have a camera connector kit but it does not seem to support a USB stick.. Ideas please, Thanks.

Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

I have successfully done I tunes, I think (it has taken all day), and I have managed to get a cd recorded onto the computer, but how do I get it onto the i-pod? There are different ways to load an iPod, if it is set to update automatically then the will load on without you having to do anything. If you want to be more precise about what goes on then set it to either manual update or to sync a selected playlist. In manual mode you can drag and drop what you want from the library to the iPod. Syncing selected playlists is just like syncing your whole library only on a smaller scale and more "selectively". When your iPod is is set to sync selected playlists it automatically picks up any changes you made to the playlist(s) you have set up in iTunes since you last connected. Anything you added to the playlist(s) will be added to the iPod, anything you deleted from it will be deleted from the iPod. In other words the iTunes playlist and the iPod are kept "in sync":

I suspect that since your iPod is showing the do not disconnect message that it's probably set to manual update (in automatic mode it disconnects automatically once it is finished syncing). When using an iPod in manual mode the "Do Not Disconnect" message will remain on the display until you physically eject the device. In that case use the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the Windows system tray on the desktop and check this link for alternative methods: Safely Disconnect IPod

I don't have a gmail account, but according to this page if you set up the account as an Exchange account (not as gmail) then you should be able to sync your contacts from it.
(You can get the iOS version of your iPad via Settings > General > About > Version, and the model is whether is it a wifi-only model or a wifi+3G/4G model.)

The photo part is rather self-explanatory. as long as your photos are in the right format and with the right naming convention they should import right over. The video may be a bit more tricky. So you may want to do some more research and make sure your camera records a format the iPad will import and whether or not you need an app such as iMovie

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you updated your Apple Id and password but now you are being prompted for the old information in iCloud. You are on the right track by changing the Apple ID back to the previous email address temporarily so that you can sign out. You should not need to verify the email address. After you edit the Apple ID back to the old email address and then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, edit the Apple ID back to the address you would currently like to use. There is no need to change the password again, only the email address, unless you prefer to update the password again.

Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

You can also use ALTER TABLE MOVE command, or if you are on 9i you can use DBMS_REDEFINITION package.
If you have a maintainance window the easiest way would be to use alter table move.
