Using a guest wi-fi network with changing username and password

I am trying to access a "guest user" wi-fi network at my office. For security purposes, the guest network username and password are changed periodically. The connection worked fine until the username and password changed. Is there any way to access the setup of a specific wi-fi network on the iPhone and update the user name and password? I would like to be able to do it without resetting ALL the networks used?
I tried to use "Forget Network" and then restored the connection, but it appears the iPhone retains the old username and password in memory.

Well, I tried to duplicate what you talked about. I have my wireless here at home, and I chose, "Forget this network" and when I went to rejoin, it asked for a password. Many public networks take their username and password through the browser. Have you tried to open Safari to see if it will default to the username/password screen? I've used mine at hotels that change their access every 24 hours and if I try to log back on after the time, it defaults back to the login screen. That is the only solution that I can think of. And yes, if you go to settings and reset network settings, it will clear all of them.

Contact the University's IT dept, they may be able to set something up on the network to allow the ATV to connect without the need for a user name/password.

There should be no need to zero the hard drive.
Using the Restore discs that came with the iBook when it was new, restore the system software using the appropriate instructions which you can find through a link contained in this Apple Knowledge Base article:

Thanks, this solved my problem. Network kept demanding username; I guess it's different from the computer ID I use. Whatever, it wasn't easy to find the network listed, but by trial and error, I found it, highlighted it, and pressed delete key. Now the network only asks for password, which I knew, and I'm on. Great advice. But why computer was configured to do that in the first place is why I prefer PC to my wife's inscrutable macbook pro.

Getting into Avenue5Consulting members only area, I mistakenly used my other username and password. A message came up asking if I wanted to save it and I pressed yes. This didn't open the site, but brought me back to login page. Realizing that I logged in with erroneous username and password, I checked and logged in again with the right username and password, but these were not accepted. Please help! That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Printers do not work with networks that require a username and password to communicate on the network. Sorry.
The only way you will be able to use the printer wirelessly is through an ad-hoc connection. This means the computer will not an Internet connection while it is connected to the printer's ad-hoc network unless the computer has two network connections available (2 wireless or 1 wireless and 1 wired).
The top of page 138 of the manual details how to connect to the printer's ad-hoc network.

Lately I have been getting a rectangular screen titled Login Setting, with my Username and Password and asking me to Login. This screen shows up on opening the computer and has never been seen before the last month or so.

It has one box titled Login Credentials with a username and password field and a second box titled Login Status at the bottom where it says "Profile not found" in red. I've never seen this before and ignoring it does not effect any operations. Is this legitimate or some kind of identity fishing?

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

This is about Adobe Digital Editions. I have multiple accounts with different usernames and passwords. I don't remember any of them. I contacted Adobe and they reset my username and password. I simply reinstalled fire fox 3.6.19 and I can login no problem. Seems like it could be a compatability problem between 5.0 and windows 7. One other thing that happened often was lag while playing mmorpg games. Not sure if this fixed it or not, but I can update this thread when i find out.

I am not sure how the folder is protected with username and password, Are you talking about folder is at restricted access and rest it ask you to punch window credential. In that case you need to run the ssis package with account which have access to that
folder or use a proxy account to run under.
If it protected from third party software then it need to decrypted by that third party software only. SSIS won;t be able to help here.
