Using a jscript file?

Question

hey,
I am using a template that i purchased for my website. Within
the folder there is a flash movie that shows all of the flash
effects that the site is supposed to do, including the intro. I
noticed a file inside of my "scripts" folder. It is a jscript file.
will this file make my site behave as it should? with the flash
behaviors? If so how can i apply those rules? Do i paste the code
into the pages? the code looks like this:

There should be a link between the <HEAD> </HEAD>
files that
links to this JS file. Yes you could put the JS into the page
with the
appropriate <script> tags, but why would you want to do
that?
