Using a Master Prepaid Card for iTunes

So i use my prepaid card to link it on my account on iTunes to buy songs and apps. Now my friend created a new account but he can't complete the verification of the account because of the part where it ask for a Credit card which my friend doesn't have. So what i did is i removed my card from my account ( From MasterCard to None) then gave the Prepaid Card info to my friend but iTunes keeps denying the card as he said. I don't know why it kept denying it even though it works on my account. (Note: i gave him my card without any money inside. technically it has 19.25PHP which is less than a dollar)

Apple used to have a specific listing of valid payment forms for countries but now just has a vague statement about it must be a valid payment form.
One thing I recall is at some stage in the process in the USA Apple makes a $1 charge against the card to verify it is functioning. You may have inadequate funds for it to work there.

To the best of my knowledge, Windows is not capable of setting a specific sound card based on the app being used, it's all or nothing.
Try a google search or search the Microsoft site.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Use of US-prepaid card with german iTunes account

I'm from Germany and vacationing in the US right now and I'm thinking about buying a pre-paid card for the iTunes Music store.
I like the US-store much better (much bigger selection)and I was not able to set up a us account without a us credit card.
Does anybody know if I will be able to use the us prepaid card with my german music store account.

Sorry, but no, you can't. A Prepaid card can only be used in the country of purchase. The record companies won't allow cross-border sales and so require Apple to have such restrictions.

I want an iPhone 5g SUPER bad! I was wondering if I can just pay for the Walmart prepaid cards that are Verizon and $10 and gives you unlimited texting. (Note: I'm only 15.) 1. Yes, you can go right now and use a GSM SIM card in your Verizon iPhone 5. Note that you will have a different phone number when you do this.
You are not using a SIM card for CDMA in the US. The SIM card in the device is used for LTE in the US.
CDMA and GSM are different types of cellular technology.

You can't tell which device a purhcase was made on, but if your family members each have their own iTunes account to which your card is linked then you can check the purchase history on each of those accounts via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes - that should have 'purchase history' section with a 'see all' link to the right of it

iTunes doesn't allow a credit card that was issued by a bank in another country (possibly because it's a way of confirming that you are able to buy from a country's store) - you will only be able to use a credit card issued by a New Zealand bank. Or you could use iTunes gift cards as your payment method, as far as I can see they are available in New Zealand.
