Using a single application that now indicates my trial period has expired
Greetings - I've been using and paying for a single application PS and now it indicates my trial period has expired. How do you get this resolved? If I wasn't supposed to be paying during the trial period, how do I go about getting some credit for that frame of time. Not so worried about that as I am to getting the application that I only use about once each week running again...when I want it to run . Thanks

Two things for you to explore
a. When you get the expired message, do you see two options, one Buy and the other License This Product? If you see the option license this product, then click on that and insert your purchased serial number when requested.
b. You can contact Adobe via Adobe Chat to work out the activation details (it is the only one who can). Click on the following link and, when it opens, click on the statement "I still need help" to bring up the Adobe Chat to discuss "Serial Number Issues or Activating My Product".

I transferred a pages file from ipad to mac (also pages) via email for editing. It opened normally. However, after editing, received message that cannot save edited document to the mac because "trial period has expired for iwork"! I have purchased pages for both machines separately and presumed they would work without a hitch. Am I missing something?
It used to be that to update the trial to the licensed version with the box, you just inserted the DVD & ran the installer to convert the trial to licensed. This changed with Snow Leopard. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip. -
Hello, I have Acrobat XI Pro for which I pay by monthly subscription. Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. Would you please advise and assure me that this matter has finally been resolved and that I will no longer receive these notifications each month..
I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription. -
Here tonight I tried to get my PS CC and LR started. The programs then told me, that my trial period had expired and that I have to buy the programs ! The problem is that I have already bought the programs !!!!!!

After update to 5.7.1 I get a message that my "Develop module is disabled." It asks me to please renew my membership. When I open Creative cloud I don't get an option to enter my existing serial number and am told my 30 day trial has expired. What can I do?
You downloaded the creative cloud update by mistake. It will be necessary for you to uninstall Lightroom and then install using a download from this website:

This will not do anything to your catalog for your images. So after you install the appropriate version you should be able to start right where you left off. -
I own the suit of Adobe Programs which I have been using for years. They are paid for and registered and I have serial numbers.
Today, I cannot open the programs. The message is: Design and Web Premium Trial. Expired. I do not want to use CC. I tried it for a day quite a while ago and decided just to buy the programs.
What can I do?

Sep 1, 2014If you see a trial screen, click on "license this software". I forget if you have to sign in with your Adobe ID/password before or after, but it will give you a serial number option. That is you would see a button, "I have a serial number" or a screen where you input your serial number.
Once accepted, your software will go back to its' licensed state.
Also if you still have problems be sure you are still not on any 30 day Cloud plan that you must cancel. Uninstalling CC may not be enough.
Contact Customer Care to cancel your trial or plan.

I need to generate a still shot from from a video I made with my camera. I would like to accomplish this task using a single application. If this is not possible with my MacBook Pro as purchased from Apple, please recommend which applications I can purchase that include this feature. Thanks in advance.
For FREE do the following:
When you get to othe part of the video you want a still shot from, put the video on pause.
Take a screen shot: Apple>Shift>4 - which will produce a cross hair so you can manually select which part of the video you want.Check inside either your Applications or Utility folder for an app called Grab. Will do the above with just a single click.
If you still want to purchase software, suggest that you do a Google & MacUpdate search. This way, you can find exactly what you want. -
I use an online application that doesn't work with FF, but I had been able to use an IE plugin within FF and it worked fine. After the last update (3.6.12), it says plugin is not compatable with version. Help

I recently had my account expire, and need to utilize the trial to finish a project. Even though my account says 'free trial' the applications will not open. How do I get the APP to recognize that I'm in trial and not expired?
I had a year long CC membership that expired at the beginning of the October.
After realizing that, I attempted to start a free trial of photoshop to work on a project. My Adobe account states that i'm on a trial, but my (Mac) dashboard CC app won't allow me to start the program. I have reinstalled both Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC but still get this message. -
after my 1 month trial verion expired, i paid for the Adobe XI month to month sub, downloaded the trial version again from the cloud and now when i try to use the month to month paid version it says my trial version has expired, an clues on how i access my paid version?

I have iPhone 4s. I downloaded iTunes to my PC and when I connected my iPhone to the PC iTunes showed a message that my device's time limit has expired. So iTunes doesn't allow me to transfer files from my iPhone to my PC .

When I've had a similar problem, it was because I was accessing the iTunes store from a device I hadn't used before, such as when I upgraded from an iPad 1 to the iPad 2. It was a little confusing to me until I figured it out.
All I had to do was use the ID of my existing account and play along with the iTunes store. As I recall, it asked for my password twice, and the security code from the back of my credit card. After that, downloads proceeded as before.

I bought the creative cloud and downloaded a trial version of indesign 2 days ago. Now after reconfigutring my PC it tells me the trial version has expired! How can I reopen it?
If you paid for a subscription you don't need the trial. Log in with the Adobe ID associated with your subscription to activate the program.

Illustrator argues that the trial period has ended, although it belongs to my creative cloud annual subscription. It asks me to confirm again and again, but when I do come across the same problem as soon as I try to open the program.
That isn't help me. My problem is:
1. When i try to start illustrator it says validating software license
2. Then it says Your trial has expired
3. Then i sign in required with my Adobe ID
4. It says thank you and ask me to click continue to enjoy the licensed software
5. When i try to open illustrator it starts again asking validating software license….
I've removed already oobe and reload software but it doesn't help. What i have to do?
