Using Adobe My Sketch, I can no longer upload pictures from my Library. Why?

Based on the title of your post, seems like the application you were using was "My Sketch". This forum is for Adobe Photoshop Sketch: Adobe Photoshop Sketch on the App Store on iTunes. If you have not tried Adobe Photoshop Sketch, please give it a try. Hopefully, it will be a better fit for what you want to do. You are allowed to select any of your images from your photo gallery.

When I had iphoto I was able to upload pictures form my events onto shutterfly. Now, with this new prgram, photos, I am unable to down load photos into shutterfly. Can someone help with this issue?

You should e able to see the Photos Library in any file chooser dialog panel in the sidebar.
When you select files for uploading on the webpage, scroll the file chooser panel down, until you are seeing the "Media" section in the sidebar. Click the "Photos" icon and select the "Photos" library. That will work, if your current Photos library has been enabled as the system Photos Library. The option to make it the system photo library is in the Photos Preferences > General. If this option is disabled, your library is already the System Photos library.

My wife can no longer transfer music from her library onto her iphone 3gs. When I click manage music manually it says she has another library, nothing has changed and everything is up to date. Help!

We have seperate profiles too, on our windows laptop, and seperate music libraries, and mine works fine... Managing music manually says she has another library connected, but this is simply not the case. When I check in preferences, it has the correct filepath... So now nothing from her library with transfer over. Using iTunes 11.01 but this happened on 11.

Why have Apple made this so bloody annoyingly complicated. She bought a downloader from the Apple store and downloaded music on her phone which I subsiquently downloaded to our laptop. I placed this music into the iTunes Folder. I even went ot the correct location to see if it was there, and it was! But now, nothing in her library will transfer, even purchased music. Clicking on the Manage Music Manually button only makes it say that she has more than one library and her phone will be wiped if she goes any further. What is the bloody story with iTunes!!? It looks lovely but works like something out of the dark ages. No wonder people are moving to Android in droves...
Anyway, any help, ideas or criticisms will be welcomed. Nothing I have tried (updates etc) has worked. I have checked the files in question, the format is fine, they even play in iTunes which means they must exist. I have physically checked this too, so what's the story???

After upgrading my OS from Snowleopard to Yosemite, I can no longer upload photos from iPhoto to Facebook.

IPhoto worked great; with Photo I can no longer import pictures from my camera. Why?

I never had a single problem importing photos using a USB connection between camera and iMac. Since the new Photos was automatically installed with the latest OS Yosemite update, I no longer can import photos...the screen automatically opens, it shows all the photos on my camera, it allows me to choose which photo(s) I want to import and then I click "Import" and I get a nasty message that my photos to be imported are NOT in the correct format. Well, what the heck format are they supposed to be in? I see nowhere on my camera where I can change a format...
HELP!!!! I need to import photos of my granddaughter's First Communion for my entire family and the photos are stuck on my camera!!

In order to import as before you have to solve the problem that you have
In irder to solve the problem you have to read and follow directiopns
Simply posting crazy comments and not fooling directions will not resolve your problem

With the Firefox upgrade I can no longer download pictures from my camera to my iMac osx. Please help.

Before i upgraded to the latest Firefox, I could easily download photos from my Lumix to my computer, an iMac 24 inch with OSX 10.4.1.
Since the Firefox upgrade, my computer does not accept the camera.
No icon appears on my screen.
Neither is there a connection when I directly insert a memory card to a stick and then to the computer. That used to work on the previous Firefox.
I tried disabling and then again enabling the plug in, iPhoto Photocast 7.0. Makes nodifference.
What can I do to correct this?

Ever since I did the iOS 7.1 update I can no longer download pictures from my iphone 4s to my PC?!

I have downloaded tons of pictures before the 7.1 update by pluggin in my phone via usb cable and hit "trust" and my camera roll came up. Move pictures of and it worked fine before... now it won't! What's the deal? Ready to throw this phone in the trash. Why can't you make your stuff compatible with the rest of the real world?

OK, I finally got an agreement screen with an accept button. I went to add the iTubes Radio app and it came up and I accepted. So I am in business again!

Can no longer see photos from my library

I wanted to point iPhoto to a different (older) library and this is what I did:
I renamed the "iPhoto library" folder to "iPhoto library_new" (because these are newer pictures) and then I moved the older library folder into "Pictures" and renamed it "iPhoto library". When I opened iPhoto, however, there were no photos at all.
Ok, so reversed the whole process, moved the library with the older photos out of "Pictures" and named "iPhoto library_new" back to "iPhoto library".
However, when I now open iPhoto, it still is empty. I know that all the photos are still in the library and I haven't changed anything else other than the library folder name.
Why doesn't iPhoto "see" my pictures in the "iPhoto library" folder anymore?

Name both libraries "iPhoto Library" but, of course, keep them in different locations. Hold down the option key while opening iPhoto and select one of the libraries. Quit iPhoto and follow the instructions in:

I can no longer save pictures from MMS texts as jpg.

In 3.6.6 we could save a picture within an MMS text as a jpg. Since 3.6.7 it recognizes the picture as a jpg but will only allow you to save it as HTML.

Ah yes school boy error there out of frustration and discontent..
My issue is with music/apps/films etc not downloading from iTunes / App Store.
They initially fail and message is displayed stating unable to download / purchase at this time, yet if I retry it says I've already purchased (?) or alternatively I go to the purchased section and there they are waiting with the cloud symbol..
However some items get frozen in the download window and cannot be retried or deleted. Message appears stating to tap to retry, but even if you stole every bath and sink in the uk you'd still not have enough taps.
I post here as the iTunes guys are useless in there 'help' and have only advised posting here or phoning apple, at my expense, to explain a problem that could be rectified by forwarding my original email to a techie. However the tech team apparently don't have an email address as they're from ye olde Middle Ages..!
Anyways I digress.
So I tried sync to pc, but instead of showing the file as ready to listen/use/view, the iCloud symbol shows and I'm back to square one as the item is unable to download..
At frustration station waiting for a train from pain...
All my software is up to date, and had all worked fine prior to the last big iOS update that resulted in all the changes in display and dismay.

I am now getting the device uses too much power error when trying to upload pictures from my Nikon Coolpix. It had worked fine using the Apple camera kit, but just started giving this error. What changed?

All the monitoring is done through your sound device, not Audition. When you updated your PC, the sound device playback settings would have been reset. One of them includes input socket monitoring, and it's this that you need to reinstate. Since we don't know what sound device you are using, that's as much as we can tell you, except that if it's an internal device, you'll need to open the volume control options and alter it there. This varies between OS versions though...

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?
