Using an Earlier Version of Flash with Robohelp 7??

Hello There,
Does anyone know of any issues with embedding flash movies -
i.e. swf files - created with Macromedia Flash MX (flash 6.0) into
Robohelp 7? can they be viewed OK with the latest version of the
Flash Player?
I don't want to upgrade to the lastest version of flash if I
don't have to....
Thanks in advance...

There is no 'earlier' version that supports XP. iCloud launched with Vista/7 support only.

  • This photo was adjusted using an earlier version of Apple's RAW processing

It is May 16 2012. A couple of days ago there was an update to OSX. I am now at 10.7.4. My Aperture version is 3.2.3. Digital Camera Raw 3.12.0 build 615 and a bunch of zeros.
Last night when I imported a slew of photos, everything seemed to go well, but when all processing was complete all of the photos changed to a deep green hue. I finally found the message in the title line: "This photo was adjusted using an earlier version of Apple's RAW processing" and somewhat resolved the problem by individually reprocessing each master.
Does anyone know what has caused Aperture to act this way and how the problem can be fixed? From a timing perspective, I feel that it was the OSX update, but I cannot be sure.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I am on a MacBook Air (mid 2011) running Lion 10.7.4 and Aperture 3.2.3 with Digital Camera Raw 3.12.0.  I have the exact same green photo import problem described above.  I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF3 and I shoot RAW.  Sometimes (I can't seem to determine what triggers this), when I click on the photo and Aperture brings it up in the Split View, Aperture briefly re-processes the photo and displays it without the green tint, but now the photo is over exposed.  If I right click->remove all adjustments, then the photo finally displays correctly.
Sometimes, Aperture tells me "This photo was adjusted using an earlier version of Apple's RAW processing".
The fix suggested by Snoop Dogg at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3942768?start=30&tstart=0 took away the green tint.  But now the recently imported photo is still over exposed.  By default, I turn on "Auto Enhance" on on my imports into Aperture.  I still have to right click->remove all adjustments, then the reapply the "Auto Enhance" quick fix before my photo finally displays correctly.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.  Thanks.

  • Could you please let me know if Flash Player will inform a user that his system requirements are insufficient when trying to use a given version of Flash Player?

    Hi,
Could you please let me know if Flash Player will inform a user that his system requirements are insufficient when trying to use a given version of Flash Player?
    Regards

It depends, but in general, no.
The guidance on minimum system requirements is mostly about what we will and won't fix bugs for.  Flash Player probably works on Windows Server 2000, and we're not going to intentionally break it or prevent you from installing it, but we're also not going to fix it if it breaks.  In instances where it's going to crash on launch or have some other horrendous out-of-box experience, like attempting to install on a PowerPC Mac, then we'll prevent the installation outright.

  • Using two different versions of  Flash Player

While I realize that Flash Player is up to 10. something and a security update is available for it, one program I use over the net will not recognize anything over version 9x.  It seems like that internet application has trouble with version numbers over 1 initial digit.  Thus 5.x, 6.x, up to 9.x is recognized fine, but 10.x is not!
So, my question is:  While I would like to run the latest version of flash player with the security update, unless I can run version 9 or lower on the same computer, I will not be able to run verison 10 since I really need that program that only recognizes up to 9.  IS IT possible to have both versions on the same computer and if so, how would one direct the computer to use the lower one when necessary?

We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
#Press the following shortcut to get a Run window: [Windows] + [R]. This should bring up a window that contains a text field.
#In that text field, enter %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
#From that explorer window, double-click on the ''Mozilla'' folder, then double-click on ''Firefox'' and then on ''Crash reports''. Double-click on ''submitted''.
#Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to ''View'' > ''Arrange Icons by'' > ''Modified'' to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
#Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
#Paste each ID with '''bp-''' into the reply window on the forums.
    Thanks in advance!

  • How To Uninstall Earlier Versions of Flash Player???

    Can anyone help?!
I recently installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
    V. 10, and the instructions said it would be best to uninstall any
earlier versions of the Player. I have 3 installations of Adobe
Flash Player V. 9, and 1 installation of Macromedia Flash 5.0 on
this computer, and haven't the foggiest notion of how to uninstall
them! They are all located in the Windows i.386 folder which I've
been told is dangerous to play around with. The new installation of
    V. 10 went directly to C:\Windows\System32\Macromedia\Flash, which
is right where it should be.
Anyone have a clue as to how to uninstall these earlier
versions and if it's necessary to do so at all?
Also, when running Flash Player V. 10, I've been getting an
error message when on IE 6.0 that says, "it's encountered a problem
with an Add-On' and need to close - The following add-on was
running when this problem occurred: File: Flash10a.ocx - Adobe
Flash Player, Adobe Systems". Does anyone know what could be the
problem with this "add-on", and how to fix it?
    Many thanx,
    Lida :-)

I have a similar problem with version 9c. It has left an
entry in my registry pointing to a file that was appearantly
uninstalled during an upgrade. The result is an incomplete
uninstall. I think that earlier versions of the program had bugs in
the uninstall or upgrade work that left these nasty messes in our
computers. There is an uninstall program available on the website
for version 9(x) that may work for you. Here is how to get to it:
    Go to this page:
    http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/
Under "Windows 2000/XP/Vista" there is an "Uninstaller"
Click on it and either save it to a download directory and
run the uninstaller from there or,
click the "run" button and run it from the web site (like I
did). In either case this will uninstall the version on your
computer now. In my case it did not clean up the registry issue
though. It did permit me to do a clean installation of the current
    version. I hope this helps!!

  • Had to install an earlier version of Flash Player

Flash Ver 10.3.183.7 is crashing in all three browsers that I use,
    Firefox 6
    IE9
    Chrome
I had an older version od Flash (10.0 r22) hanging about in my Downloads folder so I installed that after uninstalling the new one.
The old version works in all three browsers but there are some vids here and there that call for 10.3 and refuse to work.
I can't even get to try deselecting the "Hardware Acceleration" box with ver 10.3.183.7 because a soon as the Flash starts the browser freezes and I have to go to Task Manager to End Process.
    This is all most unsatisfactory.
I see many others are having trouble with 10.3/
    I hope it's fixed soon.

  • Trying to fill out the fafsa report for student entering college and they say I must use an earlier version of firefox, either 3.5 or 3.6, for vista, how can I download this?

Just need to download an earlier version of firefox, either 3.5 or 3.6 for vista operating system. How do I do this?

The fafsa.gov site does not currently support Firefox newer than version 3.6.x. That is their choice.
You can install Firefox Portable version to use only on that site and use your installed Firefox 5 for everything else. Firefox Portable installs in a separate folder on your hard drive so that it does not interfere with your Firefox 5.0.1 settings or personal information (bookmarks, passwords, etc.). You can also install Firefox Portable on a USB/thumb/pin drive.

  • "This photo was adjusted using an earlier version...." on new imports

Aperture version 3.0.3, Nikon D300 shooting RAW.
I'm getting the Reprocess prompt on images I imported right into the current version, so they've not been anywhere near an earlier version. How can that be right?

Try this, it may fix your problem...
dont credit me, it was from a post in this thread...

    =============================================================================
When I selected one image, the “Raw Fine Tuning” menu on the left side of my screen, in the Ajustments tab, was gone and there was one message telling me that the image was processed with an earlier version of aperture and it needed reprocessing. Even if I select “Reprocess” nothing has changed.
I spent one week seeking for a solution and that's what worked for me:
    1) I read in many forums that the solution was to delete the file "Raw Decode Presets.plist" in ~/Library/Application Support/Aperture. I checked but didn't found that I don’t that file. This file is where Aperture stores the raw decode presets that it uses every time you make an import. A didn’t have this file because I had never saved my presets.
    2) What I did to solve the problem was to go to another project that I had previously imported before upgrade to version 3.0.2, and selected an image.
    3) Aperture showed all right the “Raw Fine Tuning” menu in Ajustments tab. Then I clicked on the ajustment icon on the right corner of “Raw Fine Tuning" menu and selected the option “Save as Preset”. I gave the name of my camera to the file and saved it. I also selected the option “Save as Camera Default” in the same location.
    4) I closed and restarted Aperture.
    5) After that I went to the project where my dark green photos were. I selected one of the images and clicked on the “Reprocess” button that appeared in the place of “Raw Fine Tuning” Menu.
    6) Voila! The “Raw Fine Tuning” re-appeared and the image was recovered.

  • How do i load and use an earlier version of firefox

I need to reject V8 and load an earlier version please?

    Hi shutters,
There is a Knowledge Base article called [[Installing a previous version of Firefox]] that should have all the information you need to roll back to an earlier version of Firefox.
Out of curiosity, what is your reason for rolling back? The developers are always interested in hearing about user's experiences with Firefox. You should consider leaving [http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/feedback feedback] for them so that they can continue to improve the product.
    Hopefully this helps!

  • Am I allowed to continue to use the student version of Flash CS5.5 if I no longer qualify as a full time student.

My mom bought me the student version of Flash Pro CS5.5 a few years ago, but I am not taking five classes any more so I don't qualify anymore. Am I still allowed to use it?

If you own the license you are allowed to continue to use it.
