Using an infocube as a infosource to another info cube

Hi,
We are unable to create a link between two infocubes, one as a source for the other.
We have used the option of "Generate Export Data Source" option on the source inforcube. While generating itself, it gives an ERROR msg below:
"DataSource 8<srcCubeName> does not exist in source system <systemName> of version A."
Unable to trace what could be the problem. Both cubes as of now are Basic and Non-Transactional.

Thanks for an early reply, however my problem did not get resolved. I shall try to state the problem again:
I have made a cube, which must act as an infosource for another. In another case, I am trying to create another ODS Object also to act as a Data Source. This Object while activation itself raises problems related to this client. From a few observation, our assumptions is - the client has a mismatch between Objects it hold and the Metadata it is maintaining, or somehow related to Generating and Data Source within the SAP BW System.

I know that the community developed Exchange Mail IP lets me do this but the activities available from that IP is not as powerful as Exchange User IP.

To the best of my knowledge, Windows is not capable of setting a specific sound card based on the app being used, it's all or nothing.
Try a google search or search the Microsoft site.

My Photoshop CS 5 has some strange actions when I copy a portion of a photo using the clone stamp to transfer to another part of the image. It carries the entire layer (not just the stamps selection) across the screen and I cannot place it where I need to. It appears as if I selected the entire layer on purpose (which I did not)
The below items appeared when I opened Photoshop CS 5:
“Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and has temporarily disabled G & U enhancements. Check the video card malfunctions website for latest software. GPU enhancements can be enabled in the performance panel of preferences.”
(I believe this started after the automatically updated Windows was applied. It was coincident with the before mentioned problem . . . but I don’t really know if it had anything to do with it. )

For the Clone Stamp problem, check the Clone Source panel and Clipped is probably unchecked.
If so, check Clipped and see if that makes a difference.

As to the video card problem:
Which version of windows are you using?
What is the make and model of your graphics card?
Do you know which update windows installed?

How to use type, packages, functions, and procedures in another schema ?

I have two target schema in one OWB project, such as A and B. In a mapping of A, I would like to use some types, packages, functions, and procedures from B. I have tried the method of synonym as suggested, but I could not find the metadata of these when importing ... The only type of synonym I can import is the synonym for table. Is there a bug for synonym?
If I cannot use synonym for this issue, is there another way to solve the problem?

Now, in some instances you will absolutely need to create the second module as Carsten describes, however it should also be noted that you can reference objects in things like Expressions even if you have not loaded up the metadata. It is only when you need strong binding that it becomes neccessary to import objects. For everything else, as long as the reference will resolve at compile-time then you are good to go.
For example, I have a function in one target schema (S1) and a private synonym to it in another(s2). A mapping in the S2 schema has an expression object that uses the synonym to the function in the expression property for a couple of the output attirbutes. The synonym has not been loaded into metadata - indeed OWB has no knowledge of its existance. But it resolves at compile time so the mapping validates and generates successfully.

You can do this, but you should make a new volume on your external disk. Time Machine needs a volume that is only used to store backups, so you can't store other data in the same volume as the one you are using for making backups.
If you want to create another volume on your external disk, use Disk Utility to do this > http://pondini.org/OSX/DU3.html Anyway, you should get another external disk to store other files, but if you don't want to, you can create another volume in it

It's clearly not impossible, just different than you expect. Create your playlist as you want it to appear in the Current tab (meaning don't dump every single song from your library in there, just the ones you want) and then save the playlist.

Using the nav bar to link to another page.

It is possible to use the nave bar to link to another page such as a blog?
Example:
Welcome About Me My Photos Blog (linked to external blog such as blogger)

If you want the link to the external page to appear in the default navbar then do the following:
1 - create a blank page and name it the way you want it in the navbar.
2 - add an HTML Snippet to that page with the following code in it:
<script type="text/javascript">
parent.window.location = "URL TO THE EXTERNAL PAGE"; </script>
What this does is automatically redirect the viewer to the external page when the link in the navbar is clicked on.
My Demo Sites are setup this way. The Contents page for each site is redirected to a separate Contents site which contains the index of all the pages in the three demo sites. That way I only have to change the index on the Contents site instead of doing it for each site individually.
If you want the other page to open in a new window you'll have to create a separate text based hyperlink and use the Inspector/Link pane to link the text to it and check the open in new window option. If you need to have that in the navbar you can create a texbased navbar, hide the default one and set your links as needed in the Inspector/Link pane. This is a demo page of a Text Based Navbar.

I want to use 0BWTC_C02 Infocube in BW System for getting the information about BW Statistics and OLAP Analysis.
I activated 0BWTC_C02 Data Source and Installed 0BWTC_C02 Infocube.
I checked Data Source in RSA3, but is is showing 0 Records.
Please can anyone tell me, How to use this Infocube in BW.

In 7.0 sys this cube is obsolute, they are replaced by 0TCT* ICs.
If in 3.5,
The BW Statistics u2013 OLAP(0BWTC_C02 ) InfoCube contains the data that is generated as a result of executing the queries. The reporting authorizes for this InfoCube, for example, how often certain InfoCubes or queries are used. In addition, detailed information is available for runtimes and data volume, for example.

you can activate and de-activate individually the processes for saving and transferring data. This keeps the time it takes to transfer and save BW statistics data to a minimum and avoids using memory space unnecessarily.

Your subscription allows you to use ExportPDF from a supported web browser on any device--you don't need a separate subscription for separate devices. When you say you can't get it to work on your laptop--do you mean you're unable to log in? Do you get a particular error message? Please let me know what's happening on your laptop, and we will take it from there.
