Using App Store in China

I recently bought an iPad thru the Chinese Apple website. When I try to buy apps in the App Store, I get a bubble saying I'm not allowed to do this; I must enter thru the US Apple website. However, even if I start in the US website, as soon as I hit "buy now" I go back to the HK website. How do I do this? I have no problems with the App Store on my Chinese iPhone.

Get a charge card from a Chinese bank with a local billing address. Create a new iTunes account with a new Apple ID using your Chinese charge card and billing address.

I can't install yosemite, got the error message, that i have to use App Store to download it

I have been reinstalling OSX, but now i can't update to yosemite or install iMovie and iphoto again. I just get the message, that I have to use app store t download the programs, but i'm already using app store, any one who knows what to do? I already have the Mavericks installed.

OS Recovery
Boot up from your computer by holding down the command+r keys. This will take you to the recovery drive.
Select Disk Utility & hit Return.
In Disk Utility select the HD on the left & click on Repair Disk (bottom right).
When done, go back to your desktop by restarting your computer. Try the AppStore again. If still not working see if Yosemite can be downloaded from Apple's Download website.

I did not have a pet, favorite dish or remember schoolmate's name: how can deal with security question and continue using app store? I is stupid from Apple to assume everyone's life is similar. And it is stupid to start inventing answers to these idiotic questions. I hate it when some people take the right to impose things on me.

When you say you "had it once", how did you get it then? The App Store has only been around for a few years, so there are lots of apps out there that you would once get from the developer, but now they're only available on the App store. Which app(s) are you referring to?
