Using Calculate tab in a field. Not letting me choose fields to use.

I am trying to make one field calculate a few other fields into a sum. But in the Calculate tab it seems I can pick all of the fields on the sheet or none at all. It's not letting me pick and choose. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. It's a bug in Acrobat. When you select a single field use the
space-bar to select/un-select it, or click a bit off to the center of the
check-box next to its name.

Good question. That's the main way it's supposed to be installed. You shouldn't even need to choose a partition. You purchase Mountain Lion through the App Store, it downloads to the Applications folder and automatically begins the installation on the drive where Lion or Snow Leopard resides as soon as the download is complete.

if this is happening apple is trying to help you not exceedd your data limit. That only works is if the person you are trying to contact has imessage.

Adobe Muse will not let me choose text

All of a sudden I am unable to choose and format text in a text block in Adobe Muse. There seems to be a bug that won't let me choose parts of the text, only all of nothing. The cursor won't insert itself into the text.

Also make sure that layer is not Locked. It will have a Lock symbol next to it if it is locked.

I have a simple calculating field using Adobe Acrobat 10.1.5. I am multiplying one field by another. I have double checked the spelling of the field names. It calculates but when changes are made to the source fields, the calculated field does not automatically change until I go to that field in user input mode and delete the existing entry. The calculated field will then change to the correct amount. I have locked the field. Other calculated fields on the form do not behave this way. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

New features are great, but why not let us choose to not use them?

For example, would it be so difficult to allow us to turn off the wallpaper?
Or per my other thread, how about making it so it doesn't show us every email account twice? Once is enough, no?
Seriously, do Apple development teams not think about these things before pushing them out? I know Apple is used to it's sycophants, but not everyone likes the same things or works in the same way.

I love my iPad. The whole family uses it.
I would love to be able to pin protect any app I choose on my iPad. My nine year old daughter uses my iPad regularly and I would love to be able to prevent her from using any app I choose. HBO Go is awesome, but I don't want her to be able to use it. Same with mail and netflix and many others.
Please, please please let us pin protect apps on the iPad!
It would be awesome if they implement this.

Why does FF 9 work part of the time and others I can't even get it to load a webpage. When I open it, it says about blank and Tab on the tab bar. Will not let me go to any websites. HELP Please!!

After FF 9 installed every little while I lose whatever page I am on and it goes to about blank. When I tried to reload my pages it just sits there. Yesterday I was about to uninstall it and it started working fine again. This morning it decided to stop again, I have uninstalled it, rebooted and reinstalled and it's still doing this.
I never had this problem with any of the other versions. It all started with FF 9. It downloaded itself after I told it ignore update. I am getting very flustered with this happening.
It acts like it has a mind of its own when it comes to when it is going to work for me or not. I need to fix this somehow. I even tried reinstalling 7 again and it did the same thing as 9 does now. I took it back off and put 9 back on since neither want to work properly.

Perhaps I'll ask them about it next time this problem occurs, although carrying the thing through a mall that is only about a mile away is the least of my worries. I'll do if it is both free (I don't make enough at my job to pay for such a service) and relatively speedy, although I'd hate for them to come over and for the computer to work properly (as bad as that sounds). It'd be a wasted trip and nothing would get fixed.
I'm contemplating videotaping myself performing my "fixes" on it the next time I have this problem.

4.7 Desktop SW Update does not let you choose what drive to install onto

I have my 4.7 Desktop SW installed on my D: Drive. Today I checked for updates and it came back & told me that there was an update available that came out yesterday 6/5/2009 consisting of 111 MB. I clicked on the update button and let it install. It changed my application to be installed on the C: Drive. I do not want the BlackBerry Desktop Software to be installed on the C: Drive. I want it to be on the D: Drive but the update installation process does not give you the option to customize where you want it to be installed.
Is there a way to download the update and then choose where you want it to be installed?

HT1918 I need to take an expired CC off my account. I click NONE and entered a gift card. I have a $14 balance but under EDIT PAYMENT iTunes will NOT let me choose NONE for method of payment. All I get is "try again later" for 3 days!!

My laptop is up and the Internet is fine. I can search in the iTunes store all I want. I cannot update any purchase nor make new ones because the CC on my account is not good. I bought an I tunes gift card so I had a balance available. But everytime I try to take off that bad CC it says "Try again later." It's been 3 days! I need to update my apps. I'd make a new apple ID but I don't want to lose my gc $$ nor all my purchases. When will the store "be ready??"

The iTunes Store has no phone support and never has. Contacting them has always been via web form. Go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

If this is a camera wherewith you're not totally familiar, make sure you're reading the dial correctly. A few weeks ago we had a user with a complaint similar to yours, and it turned out that he was reading the dial 180 degrees out of phase because he didn't understand where the mark was.

Installation failing because Akamai will not let me choose a download destination on computer

I agree to Akamai's terms and agreements in the installation software, then it asks me where I want to download Adobe Pro on my computer, and I can't click anything and I can't press continue. Please help. I am very frustrated and I have not found any help whatsoever.

After Adobe Akamai Download Assistant is installed, you can start it at any time and select a product to download at the bottom of the window. The list updates as new products become available to download with the Adobe Download Assistant.

It will not let me choose to NOT choose anything and just get out of site and sTOPn popping up everytime I log onto firefox

I do not want to do all these add ons from the site that pops up with firefox when I open firefox. I tried to stop the site or delete this site from popping up when i open firefox but i cant get it to stop and now am stuck in it to add ad-ons and there is no way to cancel or get out of site without downloading things I have no idea what they are and do not want them....how can i get out of this and stop it from popping up when I sign onto firefox?

Windows 8 acrobat pro xi cannon pixma 8220 not letting me choose the type of scan

I have scanned documents before with no problem, but today, when I choose Create, From Scanner, it grays out all of the choices except Custom Scan. I want to do a black and white document. Anyone have any ideas what I need to do? Nothing has changed since the last time I used this setup. I have rebooted both the computer and the printer/scanner. The printer/scanner shows up in Device Manager as the default.

This happens when your scanner is set to use WIA drivers. What scanner is listed in the "Scanner" drop down when you click on "Custom Scan"?

I have the same exact problem. I have literally done everything that everyone says works but it hasn't solved mine. I went to the Recieved at and It has my number and my email right under neath it but I can not select my Number. My Email is clickable but my number is like a super faded grey not like you can't see it but it is not close to black.
