Using Chromes device emulator as iPhone does not redirect to /tablet/ or /phone/ content on BC website

Anyone know how to get chromes device emulator to load the /tablet/ or /phone/ content?
I published a Adobe Muse website to BC and i get my /tablet/ and /phone/ content when hitting the website with a physical iPhone or iPad, but the chrome device emulator does not.

It does send the user agent. If you change the user agent it recommends refreshing the page. When i refresh the page i am not taken to the /tablet/ or /phone/ content folders.
This is what they send when you choose iPhone iOS 6

I connect my iPhone to iTunes on a mac book and click on sync as it will not start by it self when I connect it to mac book.
The mac book recognise the phone and ,yes I always sync phone here on this device-my last sync was in June this year.
The screen for photo sync comes up and after photo sync at step two of eight it just keep on synchronising and nothing happens.
I have tried some community advice and deleted previous backups and restarts . Even tried iCloud sync and it does not work just stopped.
Some of the errors I have received:

To eliminate software issues
Reset
Restore with backup then as new if required .
If still no better take to an Apple Store genius bar for hardware evaluation

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with your iPod nano and iTunes. Based on your symptoms, you may find the following resources helpful in resolving this issue:
Windows
iPod appears in Windows but not in iTunes
iPod not recognized in 'My Computer' and in iTunes for Windows
iTunes reports that "iTunes cannot recognize this iPod at this time"

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings.

I've tried several pass codes and now am locked out for an hour after being locked out for 5 minutes and then 15 minutes. It said that I had tried 7 pass codes prior to these, but I don't remember ever trying to get into restrictions before.
I've looked up other posts on this, and my phone was purchased in the US and does not have an AE in the model number.

Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps I would recommend going through when your device is not recognized on a Mac.

Follow these steps to resolve your issue:
Ensure that your Mac meets the minimum system requirements for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Install software updates on your Mac.
Note: If an iTunes update is available, apply the update.
Check USB connections. iOS devices require USB 2.0 to function properly. If you're not sure your Mac has USB 2.0 ports, refer to the computer's specifications.
Disconnect other USB devices and connect your device directly to a USB port on your Mac.
Restart your Mac.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. I could do that, however when I select the icloud button (or whatever the heck it is) I am asked to enter the apple id and password. So if you are suppose to create another one for icloud you'd think it would give you the option at this point which would be logical.

It sounds like you or someone else hacked the phone to unlock it. Updating it locked it to the original carrier.
How did you unlock it? The ONLY legitimate way is to ask the carrier it is locked to to unlock it. Any other way requires hacking or jailbreaking the phone.

If you didn't back up the phone to iCloud or iTunes (on your computer) BEFORE attempting the update, the data will be lost.

Thanks for replying and apologies for my tardiness in responding. I have just completed a re-creation of my web page using CSS/HTML rather than XML/XSLT and now I find that when saving in MHT format the watermark/background image is saved, which is nice, but trying to save it as 'webpage complete' under 'save as' in the browser still does not work. (For those who are new to Firefox, MHT files are not supported by the browser, but using the FF extention UnMHT one can open such files and save web documents as MHT files, meaning no accompanying folder is required to properly view the file.)
