Using CS6 and already missing a few things

So after a few hours with CS6 I see a couple of my comfort items missing.
The Vimeo presets have disappeared from the export presets.  Any way to "import" them from my CS5 installation (I'm lazy and trying to avoid recreating them).
Also is it my imagination or is my favorite shortcut (page up/down to jump to next cut) working differently?  It seems in CS6 behaves differently.  Sometimes this works and sometimes it seems to ignore the keystroke.  I use this when I am doing a lot of ripple deletes and I need to get back to the cut to add a dissolve.  Is there some subtle change that I missed?

Vimeo export presets are still there. You need to scroll down quite a bit.
You also have easy access to these presets in AME.
Keyboard shortcuts have changed for CS6, but you can still use them from CS5.5
Available from the Keyboard Layout Preset.
