Using filrereader, or some reader...

Question

OKay I know there are many ...Readers out there, filereader, stringreader...the thing is there are so many im not sure what to use.
What i am anting to do is open a file, and read it in looking for a specific string in it, then once thats found i want to copy the characters between the first found specific string to the next found specific string like so:
Title: Name Here please read this until the.
Color token has arrised....Color:
id like to read in the text above from a file between the Title: and Color: so idl iek to seek to Title: and read till Color: getting:
Name Here please read this until the.
Color token has arrised....
I am not 100% sure how to do this in java...oh ya its worth mentinoing sometimes i want to read + or - some characters from the tokens...
So i am curious what methods i use for this, i figured i could seek somehow to match the first token and then seek to the second token and get the diff to get a total read length and use read to read into the buffer to do that...but im not 100% sure how to seek to a specific string in a file read and then + or - some characters after that.
