using ICloud however having no luck in getting my IPhone nor IPad to sync with ICal.
What OS version do you have on the Mac? Click the Apple menu (upper left), then "About this Mac."

I changed my Apple ID to a new email address. I tried but it won't let me even access the old Apple ID. It won't recoginze its old password and will not let me make a new one. (The site tells me it has sent an email to let me change the password but the email does not come.)

Whenever I try to update my apps from my 4S iPhone it says " can not connect to iTune store.". I can do the same from my Mac PC with same password.
Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Yes, you would sign out of iTunes & App Store: Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on the Apple ID, click on Sign Out. Then sign back on with the new Apple ID. Also, if you have an iCloud account with the other Apple ID, you would delete that iCloud account, and then sign on with your new ID: Settings>iCloud>Delete Account.

First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings. -

If you are concerned.
Log off all iCloud and Apple ID accounts on your devices.
Change you password for Apple ID and iCloud.

No not bothered about sycing apps etc it is all about calendars and maybe notes. IN terms of how its done I just want it the easiest way and preferably so that if an entry is made on one calendar then it populates the other.
Thgius is beacuse I have my work diary on outlok, which I then link with my ical. I want to make sure that information is then shared with her.

I am a language intructor, can I use Adobe Presenter to work properly on both, English, and Spanish presentations with the same software?
It shouldn't be an issue. Ultimately, Presenter doesn't care what language the content or audio is in, it will deliver it just the same. The only issue I could see causing problems would be the player skin. It has Spanish lables, but they only show on a computer with the OS set to Spanish. If you want the student to view both and English and a Spanish version on the same computer, you may need to have two versions of the language.xml file where you have one that has the desired English lables in the "en" section and one where it has the desired Spanish labels in the "en" section. You would then swap these files in and out of the folder located at,C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\Themes , as you need to publish an English or Spanish presentation.

Csoud1 is correct. But if you still want to keep your iTunes Match subscribed and did not want to sync with your iOS devices, do the following:
