Using iPhone 4 can I download a game and save on iCloud?

Is there anyway i could buy a game from the app store and save it on iCloud using iPhone

All apps and media on the device should also exist in the iTunes library on the computer that it normally syncs with.
If used as designed and at some point the user decides they do not want the game on the device, simply deselect it from syncing in iTunes. This will not delete or remove any game history, it simply removes the game from the device.
In the future, if the user changes their mind and wants the game back on the device, simply select it to sync in iTunes and all game history/stats will return with the game.

The question is vague, but what I mean is the following: If I download an html link in GoodReader, I can click on the link and then it loads the page.
But to avoid downloading a number of times, is there a way to save the content in a pdf so the content is stored on the iPad?
This would be like printing to pdf on a mac, so the document resides in pdf on your system.

Thanks. This helped. Though apparently it just downloads and stores the text, not the icons of pictures, which appear off line as question marks. The reason I didn't notice this is that the thing I tried had the desired text inside the graphic, so nothing appeared off line.
By the way, some sources (e.g. the New York Times) have a "Print" version, which just shows the text without all the graphics, but when yu try to download these, it loads the original article.
Something like "Print to pdf" with the pdf loaded onto the iPad still would be nice.

You are going to have to tell us much more before anyone can help you. Where are you downloading them from? Some sites are safe and others are not.
As general rule of thumb, I would not trust anything from a torrent based site.

You've added the music to your computer's iTunes library (File > Add To Library) that you want to sync to the iPad ? If you have then you should be able to select the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (if you have iTunes 11 then you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) and then use the Music tab on the right-hand side to sync the music to your iPad (if there are downloads on your iPad that aren't yet on your computer's iTunes then you may want to copy them over first via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases).

don´t be worry, this would not be a problem.
You have to take the same Aplle ID on both devices, then you can sync them via iTunes by using all universal apps on each device, create playlists, albums and all the things you need and sync it, no problem...

Game it's said FREE Game. then my daughter 4 years old played the day after that I got email from itune store charge on my credit card. It was happen 4 times already and cause alot of money too. I will not pay all this bills. You can set the restrictions that will stop anyone from making these purchases. You have obviously failed to do this. This is your fault. Not Apples.

You should restore the the iPod to totally erase the iPod and add your own media to the iPod.
Connect the iPod to your computer and restore to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes.

iOS apps are different than Mac apps, so you can't use a iOS app on a Mac. You have to purchase that app in the Mac App Store in order to use it with the Mac. They are different operating systems and require different apps

Basic troubleshooting steps oultlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
You need to go through all steps in succession until your problem is solved. If going through ALL these steps fails to resolve your issue, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
