Using iTunes cloud with iPhone

Hi
I can purchase music on my iphone and play it on my mac and ipad. But if I purchase on my mac or ipad I can not access it on my iphone. Obviously I have missed something but can't figure it out. Can someone tell me how to make this happen. I did notice that the when I go into the setting and then into store I do not have the options I do with my Ipad.

The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.2 - earlier systems don't show the iCloud preference pane. If you want to use iCloud you will have to upgrade to Lion or Mountain Lion (assuming your computer meets their requirements) but even so you won't be able to publish web pages to iCloud because it does not provide web hosting. Setting up syncing
Tutorial:
Before setting up syncing you should download and install the latest version of iTunes. Wi-Fi syncing requires iTunes 10.5 or later and iOS 5 or later. You can change your sync options at any time. Each time you sync, content is synced between your iOS device and computer to reflect new, updated, or deleted content.
USB syncing
Open iTunes.
Connect the iOS device to your computer using the included USB cable and select it in iTunes under Devices on the left-hand side:
Some tabs may not appear if you do not have corresponding content in your library. For example, if you do not have any podcasts in your library, the corresponding Podcast tab will not appear.
Click Apply, in the lower-right corner of the screen, to sync.
Wi-Fi syncing
Open iTunes
To set up Wi-Fi syncing, connect your iOS device to your computer with the included USB cable. Select your device under Devices on the left-hand side.
In the Summary tab, select "Sync with this [device] over Wi-Fi".
Whenever the computer and the iOS device are on the same network, the iOS device will appear in iTunes, and you can sync it. The iOS device will sync automatically when all of the following are true:
The iOS device is plugged in to power
iTunes is open on the computer
The iOS device and the computer are on the same Wi-Fi network
While the iOS device appears in the left-hand column of iTunes, you can select the content tabs and configure sync options.
Click Apply or Sync to sync the iOS device.
If the iOS device does not appear in the Devices section or you are unable to sync, please see this article for troubleshooting.

TC is not designed for ipad or iphone or any iOS device.
You should use them with cloud if you want remote access to your data do it via cloud.. you cannot easily get remote access to the TC from iOS device.

If you both have seperate iTunes Store accounts then basically, yes, it is going "screw up" your wife's account.
iTunes Match is designed as a single-user service which is associated with one and only one iTunes Store account ID. If you have subscribed on your account and want to activate the service on another computer that is already signed in with an account the present account must be signed out and then iTunes signed into your account. This means the other computer will have complete access to your account and will only be able to make purchases on your account. iTM is not designed to be signed in and out at will. If she has apps purchased with her iTunes Store account they will not be able to be updated.

I don't know if you've already solved it yourself, but I had this problem too. Try signing out of iTunes Store under 'Settings', then signing back in with JUST your iTunes user name, with no '.mac' or '.me' suffix. If, for example, your usual sign-in method is '[email protected]' try using 'joebloggs'.

Launchthe app and go to settings.
Undercalling tab choose voip provider and then select sip instead ofnimbuzz out.

Makesure to check SIP instead of nimbuzz out after saving your account.
