Using iTunes Radio - Radio Option does not appear
Hi!
I'm in Canada and I recently bought a new MacBook pro.
I have iTunes 11.1 and Mac OS 10.8.5, but for some reason the 'radio' option does not appear in the menu bar.
What should I do?
Please help...
iTunes Radio is only available in the US as of right now.

Are you looking at the tabs on the right-hand side of iTunes when you've connected and selected your device on the left-hand side of iTunes ? i.e. it should be one of the tabs that you use to chose what content to sync to the device : syncing photos

Very disappointing that I could only find out that iTunes Radio would not being availabe outside the US in this Forum. Shouldn't this important info have been mentioned in the 'official' communications/advertisements? Or does this imply that...for Apple, customers outside the US just do not matter?

I'm new to this and I think I typed a long heading!
Anyway the issue is I have iTunes and just updated it to the latest. I also have various Apple devices however my iPhone won't sync with iTunes. When I connect it using the USB cable it does not appear in the top right corner as does other devices. The cable is fine as it charges and also my PC sees the device. However it does not appear in iTunes so I can't sync music to it.
I've searched the web but all asume iTunes can see the device.

If you are on Version 11.0.1 rather than 11 Apple put it back in
View > Show Duplicates
Option + View > Show Exact Duplicates
so if you are on 11 upgrade to 11.0.1 and you will have it -

<Email Edited by Host>As these are public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support, I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post - it's not a good idea to post it unless you like spam email.
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - a rescue email address is not the same as an alternate/secondary email address, they are different addresses/settings on an account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

I need to encourage and not because my computer does not appear to me and others computers that has the same photoshop cc if that option appears. It would be helpful to know what thanks99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked -

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

I have started to get this error message: "5.1.3 bad address syntax" in my email account. I am using Outlook 2011. It does not appear to be affecting sending or receiving email. I have no idea what it means or how to resolve the issue. Any advice? My email account is through Optimum online and I am using Airpost Express.
P.S. The error sound "bong" is driving us nuts!Please post on the Office for Mac product forums that Microsoft hosts. It's their product and they can best troubleshoot the issue.

The Fan option does not appear for folders in the dock.
The fan option does not appear on folders on the Dock. Stack option is checked, but all I get is grid list and automatic....running 10.5.2
any ideas?Not that I know of. When on the side no fan for folders and no 3D look, which I prefer. Background of the Dock very dark so the white dot showing an app is open is easy to see and it all looks very sophisticated.
You might check with third party apps to see if anyone is changing that, but most people don't like the fan so I doubt if anyone is working to add it in. -

You've connected the iPad via cable to your computer, and your computer's iTunes is up-to-date ? If it's icon isn't showing then try one of these troubleshooting pages :

If the iPad is disabled then you'll need to reset the iPad back to factory defaults, after which you can restore to your backup -

If the photos were synced to the iPad you have to unsync them. You can't delete those form the iPod itself.
