Using mini with windows keyboard

If I purchased a mini and used a Windows keyboard, what key would be used in place of the Apple key?

A PC keyboard will work fine on the Mini. The Windows key is Command key, and the Alt key is the Options key.
I first tried a Belkin ergonomic PC keyboard that had USB ports on the keyboard. I switched to the Apple keyboard because the Belkin's keys were hard to press, and often the character was missed even though I pressed the key.
While I REALLY prefer the ergonomic style of keyboard, the Apple keyboard does have the volume up/down keys and CD/DVD eject key.

Normally if a Mac does not recognize a keyboard it asks you to press certain keys to identify the keyboard. What is happening on screen with this keyboard? What serial number are you referring to?

In the Music tab of iTunes, do you have 'Include Voice Memos' checked?

You cannot drag pics from computer to iphone. This has never been a feature of iphone.
You sync them as you would anything esle.
You select photos from the photos tab. Whatever is selected will be on your iphone. Anything not selected will not be. Make sure that everything you want on your iphone is selected, then sync.

Using Photoshop6 with Windows 8.1

I was forced to change my hard drive and since then have been unable to use/install Photoshop 6. An error message says the Serial Number is incorrect. It is not. I previously had this version working before I changed the hard drive. Adobe chat tells me that I cannot use it with Windows 8.1 but I know it did before. Can anyone help?

If the issue still persists, please post back more detailed information about your memory stick and the event log about hardware issue here for further research.

I cannot use itunes with windows 7. I think the problem has something to do with the fact that a 32 bit xp version was loaded on my machine. I can't uninstall it and the 64 bit version will not install.

What kind of Mac to you have? This camera is a tape based DV one that connects best with firewire and I cannot tell if your Mac has firewire. If your mac *does* have firewire, get a camcorder firewire cable and try again.
ETA: Oops, I am pretty sure that all the "desktop iMacs" have firewire, so you should be good to go. You will probably need a cord that goes from FW800 to your camcorder.

Refer this article to reset Winsock to it's default. Your PCTools may have inserted LSP.

After reset and restarting windows, you may get a prompt to remap LSP, click no.

Unfortunately not, there may be some third party alternatives, although they may not work as well.

Using iMac as display from Mini with Windows 7

Have a Mac Mini with Bootcamp and Windows 7 SP1. When it was intially installed, it was attached to an iMac with a thunderbolt cable and Command-F2 worked to switch the display over. However Windows on the Mini then downloaded and installed all the various patches, and now Command-F2 doesn't do anything. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I appreciate your response. I have read that a Mac running Windows with Bootcamp can use TDM, so I expected it would be a matter of installing proper drivers, but, unless anybody else has had some success, I think I'm about ready to admit defeat.
I appreciate you proposing a software solution, however, ScreenRecycler only supports using a Windows PC as another display, not the other way around. I did play around with a couple other software solutions, but none of these solutions would work well once my work PC is connected to VPN.
I guess I'll continue to work off a small laptop screen while a giant 27-inch screen on the same desk goes unused. Very frustrating.

So. I formated my mac mini, prepared a OSX usb drive and now I cant get the machine to boot to the USB drive...I have a windows keyboard plugged into the usb and there is no option key... (I also have a mac bluetooth keyboard that is paired to another mini but I have no idea how to pair it to this one prior to boot sequence....ANy help...Im boggled-first time as a mac user.
