Using monospace adds paragraph on every save ?

Greetings Apple Community,
I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this error. Whenever I compose a wiki page with lines formatted to monospace, the wiki adds an extra paragragh space after each save. The end result is that
for each monospace paragraph, after multiple saves...
A large gap is eventually created.
If anyone else has this problem, I would be glad to know about it (to confirm whether I am alone). If anyone knows how to fix it, I would really appreciate your guidance!

Thanks for checking in; I was worried I was alone.
Out of curiousitiy, did you try to install Fink or MacPorts before you realized this problem? I would be interested to know if there was a causal connection with something I was working on.
I have two macs in my place. I installed the server app on a MacAir running Mountain Lion and verified that it wasn't having the same issue. In spite of all the negative reviews of Mountain Lion (especially the process of updating the server app), I went ahead and updated my Lion MacMini Server (where I was seeing the error) to Mountain Lion server. The process was relatively straight-forward, though I recall being mildly scared of data loss at one point. Now everything is fine.
So - I know of no "solution" per se, but I can verify that the problem does not persist across upgrades.

You could just disable updates. Change these settings in about:config.
* app.update.auto - set to false
* app.update.enabled - set to false
You can still check for updates with the "Check for Updates" button in the About Firefox window, but it will download the update file anyway if there is an update available. You can also check which is the current release from here:

How to save a page using pocket add on?

It looks like there is an add on called Pocket Hits that adds the list to the new tab page panels. However I do not see the add on compatible for 37.0.2. So far I can only access it from the pocket website.

Can I Auto format the first paragraph on every page of a 20 page document?

So I have a document that is basically just a numbered list of 200 entries.
There are 10 entries per page, making it a 20 page document.
Unfortunately, every so often I am given an additional entry to add, which invariaby is to the middle of the document, and not the end.
What I'd like to do is if I were to add a new #20 to the document, the old #20 (now #21), being pushed to the next page, would then automatically be formatted using my "StyleA" paragraph style.
I haven't been able to discover how to do this, which means, in the above example, I need to go to 18 pages and remove the "StyleA" paragraph formatting as in each case following the addition, it is now the second entry on the page. At the same time, I have to apply the "StyleA" paragraph formatting to each first entry of all subsequent pages. If I only had to do this once in a while, it wouldn't be an issue, but as this document is updated regularily, it is getting tedious.
Nested styles doesn't seem to be an option, since i'm using Numbering which requires a paragraph break to differentiate between each line number, and nested styles seem to apply to every paragraph, unless i'm doing something wrong there.
I hope this is enough to go on.

You are saying that the formatting is different for every 20th paragraph, reagardless of its content, and that it is aways going to be the first paragraph on a page?
As long as you never deviate from the 20 paragraph cycle this is actually fairly easy to do, you jsut need 20 paragraph styles, 19 of which are based on each other and differ only in the style name. You then set the "next style" attribute to rotate through the list of styles, so the next style for #20 is #1 and the sequence starts over. Now just select the entire block of text from the point where you edited to the end and right-click on the style name for the irst paragraph in the selection, then from the context menu choose Apply <stylename> And Next Style.

Have you rendered both iOS 7 and iOS 8 (both of which will work on your iPhone 5) out of the question entirely without trying every possible configuration? The animations can be disabled entirely, if that's the problem. And if the whiter-brighter user interface is the problem, there's reverse-contrast modes that darken everything. You can expose accessibility controls to gain immediate access to these functions to toggle them on and off. I guess my point is you may have decided against upgrading the OS based on an early experience with iOS 7 when Apple has since made changes in later revisions to address some of the usability complaints.
Now, Apple's instructions for downloading older versions of apps is to do so from the Purchased list, not from the app's product page.

I have a mac air and an iMac and both have Pages. I use Pages on my air and save all documents to iCloud. I can see them on my iMac but it won't open with Pages. It becomes visible if I change it to open with preview but I can't interact with it.

I also have an iPhone 6 and an iPadair2 but I would be happy just to have the iMac and macair sync for starters. I have folders within folders in my documents,. The folders which contain pdf's and individual files open OK . The one I am having difficulty with is the file which I use for ongoing correspondence - in other words it is quite long - I keep adding to it ( by copying letters in and letters out so I can see a sequential history of what has been going on by scrolling down ) in date order so that it could be 1 - 100 pages long - but I don't think the size is a problem. I don't understand why some folders can open and others not . Has anyone any suggestions please. I have been trying to get this to work for months since iCloud drive came in. It has got much better but it is still not good enough - or maybe it's me?

All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

If you're asking if there is a way to add memory to your device, there isn't. iOS devices have a fixed capacity that can't be expanded by using expansion cards or other hardware solutions.
If you're running out of capacity on your devices, the only solution is to store less on your phone. You can import your photos and videos to your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083, then delete it from your device. If you still want some of the photos on your device, put them in a folder on your computer then select the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and sync your device.
You can also sync only some of your music to your device rather than your entire library, or subscribe to iTunes Match and stream it from iCloud. You can also not keep as many movies, tv shows and other media on your device.

OK since midday today firefox 3.6.24 apparently no longer executes javascript on ebay. Can't use the "add to watch list" buttons or the enlarge photo buttons. It says 'javascript at the bottom of the firefox window but nothing happens.

I'm a bit confused with this paragraph, as you said Vista already install on your computer, why did you say Windows can't be installed?
According to your description with your problem, it is Product edition and key are not match. Firstly of all, we must make sure the system you installed on your computer was
Windows Vista Business, not matter 32 or 64 bit.
Note: you can check current system edtion at System Properties.
After that, you can try to input your product key and activate your system for test.
If problem still presists, it would be better to provide the activation error message.

Sounds like a permissions problem ie read only.
If running repair permissions from your DiskUtility.app does not sort it,

Document Library is different from a normal list. The document library contains files inside it. You need to update the code to add a document to the library. Then you can get hold of the List Item represented by that file and update its properties. Here
is an example:

I would solve it by a script that checks your multiline field for newlines by ENTER key and insert "* " in the beginning of each line.
1) create a multiline field in your form
2) insert the script below in exit event... and enjoy the magic ;)
just 7 lines of code without comments. The split function is very powerful, I really use it alot now!

Please first take a check with the other Players and see if they could play the MP4 file normally. If it can't be played, which means it might be corrupted. You may ask at the Bandicam side, or save the files again.
If issue insists, take a try with the Troubleshooter (For Windows 7, 8 and 8.1):
Open the Windows Media Player Settings troubleshooter
Fix Windows Media Player video, and other media or library issues
Or you may try to turn Windows Features on or off to reset Windows Media Player:
Turn Windows features on or off (Before turn it on again, please remember to reboot first)
