Using non-US credit card in US iTunes Store

I've registered my account on US iTunes store with my US credit card. I'm not living in the States anymore, i'm living in Turkey. I wonder if I change my credit card details with the new Turkish credit card, would my account set to iTunes Turkey? Because I want to keep using US store with my new credit card. I'm scared to change it, does anyone have the same problem?

Sorry, but you cannot use a non-US credit card in the US iTunes Store, and the use of the US iTunes Store from another country is prohibited by the Store's terms of use. You will need to change your current account to Turkey (which has only applications, not music, videos or movies) or, perhaps easier, open a new account in the Turkish Store using your new credit card.

To pay with a different credit card, log in to your account and change the payment options associated with your account. If you want to use different payment options on different devices, you may want to consider utilizing multiple iTunes accounts, each with its own payment options.

Hi, I know that, it's possible to pay with non-UK credit card in Apple Online Store UK, but when I am filling in billing address, there is no available Poland in countries list... what can I do? Maybe I will just fill in the billing address same as on my iTunes account (US address) and than just write my name in billing + credit card number, so that way billing address will be different from my real billing address, but credit card number and name will be ok (of course shipping address is UK) - what do you think? Will Apple request from me any documents that are proof of that address that I filled in, or they will let me pass?

I want to change my creditcard, to my neteller creditcard.
But its not allowed.
I order all over the world with this Neteller creditcard, but cant get anything from the applestore.
Why is this?

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and nobody else has access to your account ? I had some charges put on the Best Buy $50 Itunes gift card that I reported on Dec 23rd, 2011. So I was refunded $40 and they banned my only credit card that I have from any transaction thru the Itunes Store, which I was not informed of, even though the unauthorized charges were on a gift card issued to me from Best Buy? If I dispute charges with my card issuer, it gets processed as fraud. I myself would ask for a new card to protect myself from more unwanted/unauthorized purchases.
I would assume that since you disputed iTunes/Apple charges with your card issuer, Apple was made aware that fraud was on your account & to protect YOU they disallowed the card & your account (until you called in to get it reinstated).
In MY opinion, Apple did you a favor. If you report purchases to your card issuer- why would you keep the same card? Why not protect yourself & get a new card.
Since your current card isn't allowed- get a new card or use iTunes gift cards.
If it is a poor policy to protect you… thats sad..
Try putting restrictions on your devices and inadvertent purchases won’t happen. :]

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Store on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.
