Using on a Mac cannot send by default from IPhoto? Only Outlook, IPhoto and Mac Mail shows as options.

We have both Outlook and Thunderbird installed on our IMac. When using IPhoto and we want to send a picture we are given the choices for Outlook, MacMail and IPhoto but not Thunderbird which is our default mail setting and works with everything else. Any clue how to integrate this so it works properly? Thank you!

You could drag the picture out of iPhoto and drop it on the desktop or into the download directory, then attach it from there.

If this is in iChat 4 first check that the Pics you are trying to Send are "Owned" by you.
Find the Pic and click on it to highlight.
Use the APple key and i together (Get info)
In the panel near the Bottom see if in Owner and Permissions you are the Owner.

When I send a photo from iphoto through e mail I cannot find a record in the sent box. Where is the record of the sent photo?

Where is the record of an e mail I send using i photo share? It isn't in the 'sent' box of my e mail account

What I am missing is the sharing history in iPhoto.
It's hidden and buried in the Info drawer for the photo.
And there's no way to search for those photos that have been emailed. If you want a sent copy BCC yourself on every email you send out.

I cannot send photo's by email or iCloud from iPhoto. My server is Virginmedia, i have spoken to them and they have checked my password and all settings and they are correct. They said it would better for me to contact Apple as something might have changed.

You're referring to iPhoto on your Mac, right?
Go into iPhoto's Accounts preference pane, delete the email account, add it back and try again.
The better solution, IMO, is to set Mail as the email client in iPhoto's General preference pane.

click on apple ID listed there
select Sign Out
sign in with the proper account
from then on, when the store ask for your password it should be with the correct ID

To run Mouitain Lion you need to update Logic.
For the updaters to work the Logic application must be:
a) Within the Applications folder, and not in any sub-folder
b) Named "Logic Pro" with no extra numbers or spaces

Cannot send an email from my alias Mobile Me account from the iPhone.

I have a Mobile Me email account which works perfectly on my Mac and iPhone. I created a an Alias Mobile Me Account on the web.
I am able to create a new email from the alias account on the Mac.
The iPhone will not recognize the alias account, I cannot add it or sync the account.
I cannot send an email from my alias Mobile Me account from the iPhone.

To all frustrated MobileMe alias owners who want to send email from iPhone - please go to the feedback area of the apple.com and leave messages regarding this issue. I had a lengthy conversation with a tech support guy who agreed that this is a needed fix - he said to initiate a grass roots effort - and that by all of us leaving messages it will eventually get attention and fixed. The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works. Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up. Try them again.
Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp. Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp. Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.
Kep trying.

Click on the image in question and execute COMMAND D which will copy an image in iPhoto.
To delete an image in iPhoto, execute COMMAND DELETE.

And again why do you think Dropbox is involved in any way? There is no connection of any sort between iPhoto and Dropbox
THis sounds like you either need to (my personal suggestion) change your email client to Mail in the iPhoto preferenceemail if you want to use the iPhoto client under the accounts tab delete your account and re-enter it
