Using Outlook Business Manager but SQL will not start

When I start Outlook Business Manager it tells me that SQL is not running. I have followed all the procedures to try to restart it without success.
The SQL log is reporting the following

    And they were definitely purchased from the iTunes store, they show on the account's purchase history (Store > View Account on a computer's iTunes, or you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com) ?
    You could potentially log into the account on that computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out to log out of your account, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option) and redownload them by clicking on the id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and Purchased on the popup :
    But that will potentially tie that computer to that account for 90 days : Manage your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support
    Or do you have a different computer that you could redownload them on and then copy them over to that computer via a flash drive or memory card, and then add them to its iTunes via File > Add To Library ?

    Have you tried the following troubleshooting document?
    iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
    If you end up using the If the iTunes Store opens successfully section of the document, and the "Automatically detect settings" checkbox is already checked, try unchecking and rechecking it and clicking OK.

  • ITunes is installed but it will not start

    I just updated iTunes and the progam shows as being installed but iTunes will not start.

    I have had this problem - started two days ago. (Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit OS.) I have not added anything new recently that could cause a conflict (upgrades, new software, etc). Suddenly it didn't work - will not open. In Windows Task Manager I can see that it starts and then stops without opening. I've plugged in my IPhone, IPad and IPod and nothing will connect. Some forum threads suggest removing/reinstalling QuickTime and some have found that to work. Didn't for me. It will open if "Run as Administrator" is used, but that - according to threads - suggests third-party add ons as a problem. Not the case with mine. I completely removed all of the ITunes software (Bonjour, Mobile Support, etc.) and reinstalled. Nothing changed. I am so frustrated with Apple on this - I found nothing in the support discussions to help. Quite frankly, I do not understand why Apple, with tech equipment that is so well designed and elegant, still puts out such a lousy piece of software that you are held hostage to use. I have hit a wall - I hope you get a response and help! I've run out of ideas!

    I recently updated my iPad to the new software, but now it will not start, connect to my computer/iTunes, and will not turn on after a soft reset (top and home buttons). Please help!

    FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
    1. Turn off iPad
    2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
    3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
    4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
    DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
    5. Release Home button.
    ON COMPUTER
    6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
    7. Select "Restore iPad"...
    Note:
    1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
    2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
    3. Repeat the process if necessary.

    That suggests that another application has stashed old QuickTime componentry in your system files.
    So just in case we'll go looking for older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
    First we'll need to change some view settings.
    In your Start menu, open Computer.
    In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
    In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
    Click OK.
    Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
    Open the "Windows" folder.
    If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, open the "System32" folder.
    If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, open the "SysWOW64" folder.
    What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.)

  • Captivate 5 using the aggregator, preloader loops and will not start.

    All videos were created in Captivate 5, AS3 on Windows 7 Professional, Internet Explorer 8.
    I created and loaded a video series using Aggregator to our website on IE8 and it worked great. I needed to revise a slide for audio and made the changes. I republished the videos and loaded them again to our website. But now, the video launches with a pre-loader that just remains on the screen as if it were looping. I have deleted/published/loaded several times, but cannot get the video to play. When I preview the video on my desk it works as expected. The TOC works great-this is why I want to use the aggregator. I have deleted all the published files from my computer and the web site-more than once and started over. Not sure what else to do. I have cleared the pre-loader from the aggregator but it still displays. All videos were created on my local drive and saved to a network drive where I can load them to the web server.
    If I do not use the aggregator, the .htm pages open without a problem however I want to use the TOC. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have scanned the Captivate Forums looking for a solution to my problem, I can’t find a solution.

    Hi Rod,
    Sorry it is taking me so long to answer you back. I have other projects at work besides videos that I need to get completed.
    The videos series I created, using the demonstration mode (we show them how to use our software i.e.; run a payroll, create a purchase order etc), is a set of 9 videos. There maybe a few of them that are over 50 slides but the whole series is about 30 minutes long. Each of them have audio, no click boxes but I do use highlight boxes. With the Aggregator, I have no pre-loader selected; it just seems to default in.  Once all created and published, I load them to our web site for our clients to view.
    When we were on CP3 and using menu builder I never had any problems linking the videos together, but I really would love to use the Aggregator. When I view it on my desktop, it plays great, the TOC is on the left and I can choose any of the 9 to view. But they will not play on our web site…the preloader just sits there.
    I have a LOT of videos to create/update. Any help is greatly appreciated. I apologize if I am not explaining this well enough.

  • After downloading updates and automatically restarting  my computer, it asks for a password and says I can use my apple ID but then will not accept my apple ID which I have verified on my ipad

    When I got the message that there were updates, I accepted them and then my computer restarted automatically. Next it asked for a password which I gave but that was not accepted. I got a message that I could use my apple ID so I did that. It also was not accepted. I verified that I had the correct apple ID on my iPad. Still can not get my Mac book pro running. Any suggestions.

  • I have a 10m HDMI to connect to my projector using a thunderbolt adaptor, but it will not work?

    I have 2 different adaptors, a kanex and one bought from eBay, but I am getting nothing. The HDMI works on it's own. Does anyone know why this is happening??

    The projector has 2 HDMI ports, so only using an adaptor the Mac end. I've tried both and also plugging in when the projector is already on to no avail.......it just reads no signal.

    As in subject, I get the following mesage when I attempt launch Music Manager on my PC with Vista OS, "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error Abnormal Program termination", afterwhich the program just closes. Any suggestions? Many Thanks in advance.

    I got the same problem sometimes if i didnot install any third plug-ins.But the problem goes aways after using some codec like Quick Time.

    It sounds like you are unable to launch iTunes after installing it on your PC. I found this article for you to help troubleshoot what you are seeing here named:
    iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues

    Start with troubleshooting iTunes for 3rd party plug ins with this section:
    Start iTunes in Safe Mode
    Open iTunes in Safe Mode to isolate any interference from plug-ins or scripts not manufactured by Apple.
    Hold down Shift–Control while opening iTunes. You should see a dialog that says "iTunes is running in safe mode" before iTunes finishes starting up.
    Click Continue.
    See if the issue you're experiencing persists in Safe Mode.
    If you have the same issue while iTunes is in Safe Mode, proceed to the "Create a new user account" section. If you don't experience the same issue, follow these steps to remove third-party plug-ins.
    When you have done that, if the issue persists there are additional steps in the article to help isolate the issue and proceed according to those steps if needed.

  • I've tried to update Itunes but it will not start.  I don't get any error messages, it just doesn't start updating.

    I've tried updating itunes but nothing happens.  It always asks me if I want to download the newest version but when I click download it does nothing.  Then when I open itunes again it asks me the same question.

    Try downloading an installer for the new version directly from the Apple Website, debra:
