Using Sales Order Approval in B1 does not Synch Orders

Hello everyone,
I have a customer who uses Sales Order Approvals within Business One for Over Credit Limit. Those that go through this process, never get sent to WebTools and then later cause the error that in the Synch Manager that you Can not synch the Delivery Document#xxxx because the order does not exist, or something to that effect. Then I simply add the Order to the Transaction Queue and all goes through fine. Has anyone seen this occur in their environment and if so, what was the resolution?

Ironically after my last post I have just hit this in a live situation with 65,000 deliveries not synching.
Have you a resolution to this and have you needed to deal with a large number of transactions, if so how?
I am wondering what the implications of unticking Delivery Documents in the synch manager settings has on this issue and also the impact on the loss of functionality in Webtools for the user

Hi,
It seems you have activated back flush some or all the components.
In MTOscenario, system looks for sales order stock for all the components.
Since sales order stock is not available with your system the message.
Try with movement type 412E in MB1b to transfer components from U/R to sales order stock.system propmts you to give sales order number Pl. provide there & carry out transactuion.
Then the system will pick up the stock & post.

I have copied a program SAPMV45A (VA01) to ZSAPMV45A and created the transaction ZVA01.
I have maitained the transaction ZVA01 in V_T180 of SM30 by copying VA01.
after doing all, when I execute the transaction ZVA01 it will go to the initial screen of create Sales Order after enter the header information like Order Type, Sales Org, Distribution Channel & Division if click Enter it will go to short dump where I am getting the information as shown below

If any one have an idea please let me know the solution to rectify this problem.

To maintain the Screen Sequence is it enough to fill Dialogs T185D or do I need to fill all all...?

Hi Amit,
if I understand correctly, you just need for a particular object a tooltip to be showed.
There is no such functionality hence you used the trick of using a hyperlink, which if clicked generates undesired behavior.
Hyperlinks don't allow themselves to be disabled, therefore if you are using that workaround you must cope with that.
I would suggest to create an Idea at [https://ideas.sap.com] for having in the properties of an object a tooltip, then post the link to the idea here and other users will vote if they like the idea.

Weblogic 8.1 SP2 does not support 'Order by' clause in EJB-QL

It seems that Weblogic 8.1 SP2 does not support 'Order by' clause in EJB-QL. EJB 2.1 spec supports 'Order by' clause in EJB-QL. Am I right when I say that it indicates : "Weblogic 8.1 SP2 does not support EJB 2.1" ? In that case, what can be the alternative since I am using Weblogic 8.1 and I require 'Order by' clause in Ejb-QL as well.

In WL 8.1 SP4 I can use the ORDERBY just fine.

ACL does not correctly order the permissions when they are updated

Problem: We have identifed an issue with editing calendar permissions using the Outlook Connector. Basically the calendar ACEs are evaluated on a first match basic. Outlook Connector does not correctly order the permissions when they are updated. A brief example is below. Editing permissions via UWC works fine and will in fact fix any out of order ACE entries.
Basic calendar permission:
1.aces=@@o^a^rsf^g;@@o^p^rw^g;@@o^c^wdeic^g;@^a^sf^g;@^c^^g;@^p^r^g^
after adding user mab, Ace has now been re-ordered so that the everyone permissions are now before the owner permissions:

This issue is most likely related to bug #6471869 (Outlook Connector allows invites to users with restricted permissions). This has been fixed in the latest Outlook Connector 7.1_233 (aka 122018-09). I recommend logging a Sun support case to get a copy of this new release.

262 Movement Type Issue - Does not check order

Hello,
A material is issued via a 261 to an order.
Say this order is now complete and we want to do a 262 back into stock SAP does not check whether or not the material had ever been issued to the order I entered in my 261.
Is there anyway we can have a 262 movement type check whether the material is in the order we enter?
N.B. I am aware we can use MBST, however this doesn't help for partial reversals.
E.G.
MIGO - 261
Material     123456789
Order2       123XYZ
Plant          1234
MIGO- 262
Material    123456789
Order2      RANDOMORDER
Plant        1234
The above scenario will post okay. We don't want it to as Order 2 has never had anything to do with material 123456789.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You did not read my problem.
As I have said using MIGO to reverse the 261 does not check if the material was issued to that order. If I wanted to I can 262 back to an order that I've just found randomly....
My question was how can we get SAP to check whether the order we used has issued that material before (in the 261).

I could do that, however when I select the icloud button (or whatever the heck it is) I am asked to enter the apple id and password. So if you are suppose to create another one for icloud you'd think it would give you the option at this point which would be logical.

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues with your iPod nano and iTunes. Based on your symptoms, you may find the following resources helpful in resolving this issue:
Windows
iPod appears in Windows but not in iTunes
iPod not recognized in 'My Computer' and in iTunes for Windows
iTunes reports that "iTunes cannot recognize this iPod at this time"

I just installed Adobe CreatePDF desktop printer, when I try to use from Word or Excel, it does not work. The Adobe print queue says "error" in the status screen. I have uninstalled and re-installed. Any ideas of what to do next?

Adobe retired this Feb 17, 2014.
This app sent content to and got content from the web based services of "CreatPDF" and "PDF Pack".
These are subscription services out in "the cloud". When the app was live you had to be online and signed into your account. The user forum for CreatePDF has a DOC that speaks to the app removal.

Thanks for the reply. I tried playing with detaching the audio in iMovie, but with 20+ hours of video to correct, it would take too long. After 28 hours, Corel/Roxio tech support replied that it is a known bitrate mismatch problem and they have no real fix. I strongly suggest not to buy this product.

Thanks for replying and apologies for my tardiness in responding. I have just completed a re-creation of my web page using CSS/HTML rather than XML/XSLT and now I find that when saving in MHT format the watermark/background image is saved, which is nice, but trying to save it as 'webpage complete' under 'save as' in the browser still does not work. (For those who are new to Firefox, MHT files are not supported by the browser, but using the FF extention UnMHT one can open such files and save web documents as MHT files, meaning no accompanying folder is required to properly view the file.)
