Using skip logic to show sections of the form a set number of times

Hi
I have form which i need all to fill out basic information and a section which asks for furtehr information if a certain condition is true. what i'm looking ofr is this section of the form to be shown again as long as a condition is true or for x numbe rof times.
the form collects basic information about event companies and information about one event, i have a question which asks howmany events per year do you run. if this is more than one or set to true section part of the form would need to be shown again for x number of times to collect the information about thos events also.
If not is there any workaround i could implemnet using skip logic to acheieve an efective solution?

Iphone 6 tells me that "Item not available" in my country UK, when i click on the itunes store icon for the app to open the music, movies or tv shows section of the app. is this a bug?

I am based in the UK and have just got a new iphone 6, everything works well except when i try to turn on the itunes store app - i can do a search and buy music etc that way, within the app, however, if i go to Music, Movies or the TV shows section within the Store app, i get a message come up saying "Item Not Available" - This item you've requested is not currently available in the UK Store, but it is available in the US store. Tap Change Store to view this item". I therefore cannot browse the music, movies or tv shows sections at all, nothing shows up except that message. All my previous itunes purchases have downloaded ok, and i can access them. My apple ID works fine and restrictions on the iphone are turned OFF. The App Store app works normally. Connection etc is all fine and I can access itunes in the normal way on my ipad and laptop, so this is just an iphone problem. Any ideas? is this a bug? I cant find anyone else with exactly the same problem. By the way, the same message comes up when i click on the red Music icon, on the iphone (situated next to the Safari icon) and then go to the "Store" via that app. my playlists are in tact, but as soon as i click that Store button, I am told that the Item is unavailable - not that i have chosen any Item lol, I just want to access the store in the normal way. There is no built-in date picker available for forms created in Acrobat. There are some third-party solutions involving JavaScript (either a large collection of fields or a custom dialog) though. Also, text fields with date formatting will use a wheel type date picker on Android/iOS devices with Adobe Reader.

Is there anything special about your drop downs (lots of choices)? Are the drop downs part of the selection? You may need to select all of the fields in the section then add the drop downs to the selection by using control-click (command-click on Mac).

If you follow the steps very carefully and do as each says, this will solve your problem.. Now i am very happy i can actually install iTunes and use it for my iPod.
Remember to be carefully with the steps as the things you will be deleting are very important to your comp.

Hello, Im trying to Install ITunes 7.2, and I get this error:
"Unable to install the gear driver set at this time. The GEARAspiWDM service use by the GEAR driver set is scheduled to be deleted during the next system reboot. Please reboot the system and run itunes again"
I am installing ITunes for the very first time on my comp, cuz I just received a new 2GB Nano.
I've tried rebooting,tried uninstalling my Quicktime and removing it from my comp, uninstalled and cleaned any remnants of previous ITunes using the windows cleaner, disabling both my mcafee and pccillin, and it still comes up with the error.
I'd be indebted to any suggestions or resolutions!

Hello, I have been having trouble installing iTunes. I uninstalled it because I wasn't able to put songs on my iPod. And when I tried to reinstall it, I got this error:
"Unable to install the GEAR driver set at this time. The GEARAspiWDM service use by the GEAR driver set is scheduled to be deleted during the next system reboot. Please reboot the system and run iTunes again"
First off, I don't even have iTunes installed any more. Second, I don't know what the heck the GEAR driver is.
Please help!

When you get this message, you may need to manually remove your gear drivers, see the following post which links to full instructiosn:

Show image on the form Java WS gets image. Call this WS on button click

Hi,
Is there a way to show an image on the form. On the form I have along with the data I have a button that when clicked get and show the image itself on the form. I have a Java WebService that gets the image from the remote location. How can I make the button click event to call this Web Service and show the image on the form itself. Any help is appreciated.

WHiteSox, are you on client/server or web version.
which version of forms are you using.
something i can think of is.
during the click to call the webservice, copy the image to the local system.
next step is, using READ_IMAGE_FILE built in which reads the image from the local file system and displayed on the forms image item.

RTP's are not showing up from the forms

Case1:
========
I have a business rule which has seven RTP's. I have unchecked the Hidden Value for the BR in the Calculation Mgr.
I have included this rule in a Menu and executing it from the form.
Here it is not showing the pop -up for the RTP's but straight away taking the default values of the form combination and executing properly.
But I need the RTP to change the combination.
Case 2:
========
The Same Business rule is working fine when we do a launch form (Menu--> Tools---> Business Rules--> Launch). the RTPs are coming.
Case 3:
========
I also tried testing the RTPs by including it at "Run On Save", it is showing the RTP prompts properly.
But I need the Case 1 working
Please advise me, where I am missing for Case1.

Hi,
In the menu definition, for the business rule item, there will be a drop list called "Required Parameters". Modify the value there depending on what parameters you want to obtain from the form.

How to suppress the Forms special message on run time (forms 6i)

Hi,
I am using forms 6i and got the following message on run time. How do I suppress this message on run time? I don�t know the message code of this message, may be it is the prompt or some other type of message.
However I also used the system variable MESSAGE_LEVEL to suppress this message but it did not suppress.
For Example:
:SYSTEM.MESSAGE_LEVEL := '25';
Please send the code to suppress this message.
FORM MESSAGE:
Oracle Forms 6.0
Use the Windows Program Manager to execute operating system commands.

Thanks for reply.As you said I keep the value <NULL> in the Form Module properties palette.But that forms message did not suppress and it still display.The message is:

Read Data's from the Form step type at run time

Hi Experts,
I have the 'Form' step type in my workflow and it will displays some values at the Run time. In this form I have one IO field called 'Comments'. So at the runtime manager can Enter the comments on it.
Now my need is I need to get the 'Comments' data from that form. How can I get this value?

Help finishing up my first flash site - using navigation to display different sections of the site?

Thanks for looking! i am making my first flash site, and im
not sure what to do next in regards to navigating through the site.
I have different sections, home, info, hardware, equipment, etc,
but im not sure how to make each section appear when you click the
corresponding navigation link. i have an idea but im not sure how
to execute it.
Should i make a movie clip for each section (home, info,
hardware, contact), then place each movie clip in its own frame on
the main time line, and on each navigation link button (each one is
a movie clip) use action script and put a gotoAndPlay() code with
the frame number of the corresponding section? so when you click
it, it goes to that frame which has the movie clip that has the
content for that part of site, say contact, or info?? if so how can
i do this?

Targeting specific timelines in a flash movie can be daunting
in the beginning. But if you start from the main timeline (_root)
and build brom there, it becomes easier to understand.
For eg:
If you have 2 movieclips on your main timeline (_root).
Navigation and Pages.
Inside Navigation you have the buttons, and each button is a
separate movieclip.
Inside Pages you have each page, each a separate movieclip.
to target a specific page number, from a button, there are 2
ways you can go about it. The method that Ned suggested is called
RELATIVE.
-meaning that you target FROM WHERE YOU ARE.
the second method is ABSOLUTE.
-meaning you target FROM MAIN TIMELINE.
Relative is good, but can be confusing when using dot syntax.
Absolute is straight forward and easy to understand, and can
be used from anywhere in the whole movie. The downside, is that it
generally requires a bit more typing.
In the example I stated above, it does not require more
typing. simply say:
_root.page.gotoAndStop(number);
This line can be used from anywhere in your movie, at any
timeline depth, and will work with no worries.
You can also have ALL navigation code on the main timeline on
the first frame. Simply designate the path to the specific button
like so:
navigation.home_btn.onPress = function(){
doSomething;
this tells Flash that the button named "home_btn" located
inside the movieclip called "navigation" will have to doSomething
when Pressed.
I hope this helps you understand targeting a bit more.

LOGIC PRO 9 - glitches in the form of crackles/pops/snaps in audio

hey guys, im new to logic but im not new to music production. ive been having alot of problems with my logic studio 2.
the problems are as follows
.when about halfway through a new track logic suddenly decides to add a crackle sound in an audio file. This happens even when the file is muted and also i have used many different buffer sizes to try to rectify this. I have also tried starting a completely new song with different audio and still the same problem happens. this problem also happens when i have disconnected all of my interfaces including my soundcard. after doing this i have realized that the problem must lie within logic and i am completely clueless as what could be causing this very annoying problem.

How do I use a MyVerizon ringtone I received in the form of a txt message? The long touch method on the media does not work, btw.

I purchased a ringtone on My Verizon via my computer. They sent me txt message with the media but I can't figure out how to save it as a ringtone. The long touch method doesn't work. It's not anywhere in my media files, and frankly I just joined verizon but they have proven a bit difficult. On thin ice already, this isn't helping.

Have you managed to save it to your phone? If so, download a file explorer app (like Estrongs file explorer) from the Play Store. Open up the file explorer app and navigate to the "Download" folder. Scroll through your downloads to locate the ringtone file. Select it and use the file explorer's copy or cut function to put the ringtone file in the clipboard. Back out of the "download" folder to the "sdcard" level. Then look for a "ringtones" folder. Select it to open it and view the contents. Using the file explorer, paste the ringtone file to that folder. Back out of the file explorer app. The ringtone will now be available in the "phone ringtone" selection list.
