Using Symbols in a Call-out Box or Text Box

Our engineers need to type in special symbols like degree, plus minus, empty set, etc. into a Call-out Box, Text Box, etc. when they are marking up a technical drawing. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks for your help.

That's what I tried initially. However, when I try that in the Call-Out, it doesn't work - it gives me an error tone and does not type anything. I've used both the numberpad keys and the number keys along the top, if that makes a difference. Let me know if you can get it to work in the Call-Out - I could be doine something wrong!

Highlite the text inside the text box and then press Ctrl+E.

For the record, I did create a new project with only two slides to try and duplicate the issue. I had the same problem. I unchecked the Mouse Click Sound check box, republished and the slide auto advanced. I'm wondering if a default sound file was somehow moved or deleted? I discussed uninstalling and reinstalling C7 onto my laptop, but that's a frustrating solution haha

There are two places where vibrations can be set.
One is the Settings > Sounds
The other area is Settings > Notifications
If you have an app set to Alert, it may have a vibration set for it.

Call Rejected error when Using CTI Port to call out

I am using Cisco Call Recording feature that is enabled on a phone that has a CTI Port and number assigned to invoke a call recording session to dial out a Long Distance number. I used JTAPI tool to invoke a call and then used the CTI that was invoked by the BIB to dial a long distance number. The call leaves the phone and gets to the gateway (MGCP) with 2 T1 Pri's and in the debug I see this error:

I have looked into the issue. If you are trying to create the BP with general role 000000, i think it might not be possible via LSMW.
The error message is correct, because role 000000 is indeed not relevant for update because if you can see in the customising Tx BUSD, 'FLAG - Do not update' will be active. This is the reason why you are getting the error message of 'No update is defined for the role 000000'.
When you insert a partner in role "000000 General Business Partner",the error message "BP role cannot be updated" will be returned. This error message is very specific for this issue. You can create BP in different roles apart from the general role.
Indeed if you try to change the 'Do not update' flag to inactive state and process the LSMW project you will be able to create the BP but it is strictly not recommended.
This role is a technical role which exists for the creation of BP, and immediately you will fall back to other roles available for the partner.
So i feel you need to change the role before you create BP with this role via LSMW.

I can't get FaceTime to call out or receive calls on my daughters iPod touch. I have set up a gmail account and apple ID using that gmail address and it is all verifie. When I try calling her iPod or calling out from the iPod it just rings a few times.

Verizon iPhone 6plus unable to receive calls but can receive texts

Hello, I have a Verizon iPhone 6plus (64GB Space Grey) and am unable to receive incoming calls, yet I'm able to place out-going calls and exchange texts with my contacts. I'm unsure how to proceed, I'm asking for assistance since I have seen that my issue is different then everyone else since I can call out and do text messaging. Any ideas on how to correct this issue? Do I need to speak with Verizon, since to me it seems like a network problem? Or do I need to go to my local Apple Store and request a genius bar appointment for assistance?

I suggest contacting or going to Verizon and have them try to resolve the issue, calling feature is a carrier feature.

How can I use Pinnacle break-out box to capture in CS5

A colleague uses Pinnacle's break-out box to capture analog video directly through CS4, bypassing Studio.
I have CS5, and bought Pinnacle Studio 14.
But when I open CAPTURE in CS5, I get a "capture device offline" statement. Anyone got any ideas?

Icon on call out screen blue and black box

Hi I have a bb curve 8330 I'm getting a blue and black box blue on top and diagonal line then black on the bottom when I make a call out this just showed up. Its on the right hand side top. Also it goes away when I put speaker phone on. I have had my phone for a while and never seen it. Please help it really frustrates me I cant find what it is any where. Thanks
