Using Top-Up Cards To Pay Plan (not prepaid)

I'm considering switching from Virgin Mobile to Verizon because my father is giving me his Droid RAZR M. I am interested in the $60/month plan (not prepaid) and am wondering if it can be paid using Verizon top-up cards?

Verizon has locked this and a couple of other types of Droid Razrs from being unlocked and used on other US carriers. They unlocked the international GSM frequencies but not in the US. So I'm kinda stuck on Verizon with this one. So any kind of unlocking is impossible for this. I've been reading and researching it for several hours today.

As you can tell from the topic of the discussion, I was just wondeirng if there's any way to use a gift card to pay off a credit card balance?
It's not a huge problem as I only bought one song, lol, but it'd be nice to know if I can use my gift card to pay off the balance. I forgot to redeem my gift card before purchasing >_<. Smart I know. So please, if some one knows the answer to reply back. Thanks!

Thank you for allowing me to clarify. As it says in that article:
"When you initiate a new purchase, it will be billed directly to the family organizer's account, unless you have gift or store credit."
These are the only current billing options in Family Sharing. Using a second credit card is not currently an option.

I woud looking at the online account center and says you can use a debit card to pay your card. Then the website asks for CC number. it would be a Cash advance if i did that?

I've noticed a few Comenity cards are now allowing payments via debit card. I've never tried it though, but I'd assume a regular credit card wouldn't work. I think it would have to be an actual debit card (or perhaps a debit GC would work). Not sure how it would be coded (i.e. cash advance) if you were successful. You should try it and post back and let us know if it works

You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

Sorry, but there's no way to force the iTunes Store to use your credit card. If there's a credit balance available, purchases will be deducted from that first.

If you got an Apple Store gift card, you can indeed use it toward purchase of an iPad. You cannot, however, use a gift card to pay Barclay's if you financed your iPad through them since they are a completely separate company. It would be like trying to pay an overdraft at your bank with a store gift card. Barclay's will accept only cash (in the form of a check, usually).
Apple gift cards cannot be returned, so you're stuck with it. You'll have to try and sell it to someone else if you need the cash to pay on your Barclays account.

You remove it by going into your iTunes Store account, going to Payment Type, clicking "edit" and selecting "none" for the payment type. You may have to do this through iTunes on a computer.
