Using Tunein Radio app, while using it, radio stations start repeating/skipping

Using Tunein Radio app, while using it, the broadcast starts repeating the same sentence over and over again. It doesn't matter what radio station I'm listening to it starts skipping. Can it be caused by the wireless internet connection I'm using?

Once you are listening to a program it should bring up another window showing you the radio station, show info, etc. In the upper right hand corner there will be 4 icons, a heart with a plus symbol, an envelope, a target looking icon with a triangle in it, and a triangle with an exclamation point in it. You want the third one, the target with the triangle in it.
This is an iPad right? The icons look different if you are using an iPhone or iPod.

Is there an app that will enable me to use emoji or emotions while using a bluetooth keyboard?

I have a Logitech keyboard and while I love this keyboard/cover - I just realized - I can't find a way to access the installed Emoji app I have like when I use the on-screen keyboard. When I'm using my bluetooth keyboard does this mean I have to give up Emoji?

Are you using a separate App, or the Emoji keyboard built into iOS6?
Although I don't have a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard, I tested with an Apple Bluetooth keyboard, iOS6, built in Emoji.
I was able to bring up the onscreen keyboard with the Eject button (upper right above the delete key) and using the onscreen keyboard I was able to press the World key to switch to the Emoji onscreen keyboard. As the Emoji "keyboard" is so graphic (switching images and selecting them) I had to use the onscreen option to select the desired Emoji.
Once the onscreen keyboard was visible, I could also change between keyboards with "Command - Space" on the Bluetooth keyboard.
So the questions become, does the Logitech keyboard have a media eject key? and does it bring up the onscreen keyboard? If not, does any other function key bring it up?
Let me know if that works. Like I said, I don't have a Logitech keyboard so I wonder how universal these options are.

I am wondering about the pay subscription. It asked me what my region was. My question is: Would I be able to call from my Kindle Fire to my mom's landline phone with this subscription? Listen to YouTube app while using another app

I just got my ipad2. I'm still learning about it, but when I am playing music on the YouTube app, and try to use another app, the music goes off. I thought this thing was meant to dominate in the field of multitasking. Another issue, I can't find ANY official videos of songs on the YouTube app. Please help!!! Thanks!!

There are a number of music streaming apps that support running in the background along with the iPod Music app. This is not supported with the YouTube app which is a video app.
Doubtful there are many if any official videos of songs on YouTube due to licensing issues. If so, they won't be available long. What you search for and find is it.

IPod being used by other app while getting disconnected

when i press the eject ipod button in itunes, it displays the message: ipod cannot be ejected because it is being used by another application
i was wondering if the windows 'safely remove hardware' had anything to do with this

by any chance do you have McAfee ActiveScan security software on that PC? if so let's try an experiment. diable the McAfee prior to a sync. does the iPod disconnect more smoothly then?

Updating Apps while using Home Sharing

My wife and I have our own Macs. I've set them up for Home Sharing so we can share some of our music and Apps for iPad and iPod Touch. Now my iTunes shows 3 apps available for update but when I click the link in iTunes, I receive an message stating that all of my apps are up-to-date. I assume these apps are ones I pulled from my wife's computer. How do I find out which apps are available for update? Do I need to log out of my account and into my wife's? Thanks.

another would be to +get info+ on an app and go to the summary tab. it will show you which account purchased the app

Can't use my screen saver while using front row for music?

When I work I have my computer on the desk next to me, usually I have music playing and my very large image library running through my screen saver. I used to be able to start up my music using the remote, going through front row. I'd start up the music and back out. It would just return to my screen saver at that point.
Now when I try to do that, I can't back out of front row without also backing out of my music. It's kind of annoying... I mean, I can just start up itunes and go from there, but it was a nice function that I really got used to.
Does anyone know of a setting that I can adjust that would allow me to do this again?

The way it used to work, I'd already have my screen saver running, I'd open front row from my remote, and just start up itunes through that. I'd never actually see the itunes app because it would just open on the toolbar. As soon as I backed out of front row it would automatically go right back to the screen saver while still playing my music. All from across the room.
Now I have to go over to my computer, open up itunes, start that up, windowshade it to the dock, then hot corner my screen saver again. All sitting right at the desk.
It was a nice convenience. I don't understand the loss. At least give us the option to open it in the background in preferences. I've always appreciated the fact that Apple let us use our computers the way we like. This just seems counterintuitive.

Can I use my Japanese keyboard while using English language?

I'm a complete noob when it comes to Mac's as this is my first.
I purchased a Mac with a Japanese keyboard as i'm half Japanese and use Japanese quite alot.
I'm wondering if I can use the Japanese keyboard whilst in English language mode.
I can get it to type Romaji but it won't seem to let me use the actual Japanese letters that are on the keys whilst i'm in English language.
If anyone knows a way please tell me.

Can system use 7.0 AA while using 3.5 BEx Analyzer?

I seek your help here. I understand that there is a setting in SPRO that controls what security is being checked in BW system i.e. old 3.5 security or new 7.0 Analysis Auth security. Until, we explicitly set this setting to use new BW 7.0 AA, system checks access restriction against 3.5 roles & auth. This happens even when you are using 7.0 BEx Analyzer to run queries and workbooks. This scenario is not supported but still it works.
Once we change the setting in SPRO, and move to 7.0 AA security, system starts checking access restriction against 7.0 AA.
My question is, does this hold true even when we are using 3.5 BEx Analyzer?

Hi Purvang,
In BI 7.0, you can enable the analysis authorizations either from SPRO settings, or using transaction code RSCUSTV23.
The authorization mode should be set to Current procedure with Analysis Authorizations, if you wish to enable AA.
However, BEx basically check what authorization mode is set. If you are using BEx 3.5 with Analysis authorizations enabled, it will still check for the authorization restrictions at the InfoObject level.
Viceversa, if the AA mode is disabled and set to "Obsolete concept with RSR Authorization objects", the Analysis authorizations will not be checked, even though you use the latest version of BEx.

I use to stream music from my iphone to my airport express via my stereo, it no longer is an option on the radio app. what has happened?

Not sure what has happened to my airport expres but I can no longer stream music to my stereo via the TuneIn Radio app or using my macbook pro, need help in fixing this problem.

UPDATE:
I have been stress testing StreamToMe in the house and "out in the wild" and it is working very well. There are one or two clunky steps in order to switch from the in-my-house wifi to the cellular network but it's just better (to me) than uploading about 750 GB of music that is restricted by iTunes rules and limitations to "the cloud". The major advantage is that this solution plays more file formats than iTunes will. In addition, I can access music files anywhere on my mac - even if they are not in my iTunes library. Playlists from iTunes are available, too.
I am not associated with this company in any way. I am astounded that there are not more solutions available and that there are not more people discussing this issue. Subscription models like Spotify are great and the cloud is fine for those that don't have large libraries But when I have a humongous library and I don't want to move it around up and down to someone else's server or pay to access it after I have already paid for it I find the lack of ease of doing this baffling.
I hope that this info can help someone looking for information relating to this type of solution...
