Using two Incoming VLANs

Hi All,
having trouble to configure the Cisco SRP527w where we have two incoming VLAN's.
1. vlan1 is for internet (20mbps)
2. vlan2 is for a specific application (Specific IP Address - 10mbps)
Somehow we are unable to configure the router to enable PC's connected to the router to access both vlan based to the application specific vlan. Its always routing it through the internet.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yitz, I have labbed your topology.
I have a SG300 switch acting as a router with 2 vlan interfaces.
I also have 2 SG200 switches.
Port 1 from SG300 to port 1 of SG200 = vlan 1 access ports
Port 48 from SG300 to port 48 of SG200 = vlan 200 access ports
SG200#1 has LAG #1 port 2,3
SG200#1 has LAG #2 port 4,5
SG200#2 has LAG #1 port 2,3
SG200#2 has LAG #2 port 4,5
LAG #1 = vlan 1
LAG #2 = vlan 2
Oddly enough, spanning tree put my connections in vlan 200 in to discarding state, for both the lag and individual connection. This is very odd behavior for me as it is pretty common practice to separate networks in this manner especially if you have 2 gateways, but it is also not rare to have a single router with 2 distinct interfaces. Additionally, on the spanning-tree pages, the status will record "N/A" for the LAG ports.

Using DTW to create Outgoing Payment for two Incoming Payment on Accounts

Hi Experts,
I hope you can help me with something i'm trying to do please.
The scenario is this:
Customer has two Incoming Payment on Accounts:
£0.30
£10.00
I am trying to create a DTW Outgoing Payment for the same Customer which selects these two Payment on Accounts.
I am using the spreadsheets OVPM and VPM2.
OVPM:

Please note: 77 and 78 are the Incoming Payment Numbers.   I have not left any columns out of my templates when I do the import.
I keep getting an error message which says u201CBase document card and target document card do not matchu201D, I found Note 1254839 for this but I have the correct BP and upper/lower case.
I have tested on 8.81 PL04 and PL07 and get the same results.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your email.
The sceanrio is that the Incoming Payments have already been made (as POA) in SAP on a Customer Account.
Now the situation is that an Outgoing Payment needs created via DTW against the same Customer, but which selects the two POA which were made as Incoming Payments.
I can do it in SAP whereby I don't use DTW, but whenever I use DTW I get that error message.
Any help would be appreciated.

Two incoming streams to the same FMS box?

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out whether or not it's possible to have two incoming streams to the same FMS server. Every time I try to search this information, I find stuff on having multiple outgoing streams, but nothing on multiple incoming streams.
The two streams will have the same content, but will use different video / audio codecs, and be set to different resolutions / bitrates.
I don't want to spend the money on another server, so it'd be great to know if FMS can do this. Thanks.

Is it possible to convert a single video stream coming into Flash Media Server into two separate video streams in different formats?
To be more specific: If I have a video stream coming into Flash Media Server at a high-resolution / bitrate encoded in H.264, is it possible to, on the Flash Media Server, convert that stream into a lower resolution / bitrate VP6 stream on-the-fly, and have the server output both streams simultaneously?

Connecting two untagged VLANS from two different switches

I have a Cisco SG300-52P Small Business switch and hopefully I can explain well what's going on. We have a Juniper EX4200 L3 switch that has a bunch of our corporate VLANs (they are routed VLANs) and that allows communication between all of our corporate networks. We have several other L2 Netgear, HP Procurve, etc... on which we have split the ports down the middle and divided them into two broadcast domains by setting them as untagged VLANs. One cable goes from each of the different VLANs on the L2 switches into different VLANs on the L3 switch. As long as STP is disabled this seems to work fine. However, we tried this same scenario on this Cisco Small Business switch and only one of the two untagged VLANs on the Cisco will pass traffic at a time. I believe that whenever the VLAN that is on the default (VLAN 1) is plugged in, the other (the one we created) shuts down but when VLAN 1 is unplugged, the other VLAN immediately starts to work. What seems weird is that the Cisco seems to learn the Juniper's MAC on the VLAN that doesn't work and the Juniper learns the MAC on the one that does work. In other words, the Juniper does not learn the Cisco's MAC on both of the VLANs that the Cisco is plugged into, as it does with the other L2 switches that we have, and the Cisco does not learn the MACs of the Juniper on both of its VLANs. I hope this is making sense and please let me know if there is any way I can further clarify. I'm sure I'm just doing something dumb that I'm overlooking so feel free to slap me in the face. :-)

It sounds like there is a layer 2 loop in your network if spanning tree is shutting down the ports. You should be able to do a show spanning-tree on the switch, or look in spanning tree rstp interface status.
are there any other interconnects between devices? Like un-managed hubs, WAPs with bridging, virtual servers with multiple NIC cards?
Show spanning tree on each device might show what is going on, or at least tell you which ports are root ports, which ones are forwarding or blocking. Best practice is to configure your spanning tree if you have more than 1 or 2 switches.
A detail topology showing port numbers, (sanitized) IP addresses, vlans and purpose, trunks with what vlans are tagged, and untagged .
from your description, your network looks like
multiple vlans - layer 3 Juniper swtich - netgearS1 vlan`1 --procurveS2 vlan 1 -- ciscoS3 vlan1

are the cables for vlan 1 going to vlan 1 or are the cables for vlan1 going to a different vlan on the other switch?
Can you reduce the complexity and number of interconnects by using trunking?
What are the IPs and default gateway of all devices, L3 switch?
These switches do STP, RSTP and multiple spanning tree, but will not do per vlan spanning tree. so there may be some configuration required on all switches to get the correct root bridge (the Juniper I assume)

Ah, I should have made that clear. My domain didn't come from google. It was purchased at and is hosted at dreamhost, but I haven't used their email servers in years - I just route everything through gmail. I actually have a bunch of domains (with websites).
Gmail has an option that lets someone with custom domains send (and receive) email through gmail using the custom domain once Google confirms proper ownership of the domain (to prevent spammers and such). Gmail has a setting for "send email as" which allows gmail to be sent using a custom domain as the sender. I'm pretty sure Apple's old mobileme had this feature too, but I didn't use it.

Certainly not without a dock but even with, HP laptop docks pretty well limit you to one of the external monitor ports, even if there are two on the dock. We have used a device called an Atlona AT-HDPIX2 which is a usb to hdmi adapter. It provides a third monitor capability for a laptop....use the native external monitor port and the internal laptop display and then this device gives a third monitor which is full configurable from the Windows 7 display interface...clone, extend, etc. It allows full HD resolution and is responsive enough for even light gaming. HP makes no true docking station for your laptop.

Is there a work around to use two Apple IDs across and iPhone and a MB Pro?

iPhone 5 and Macbook Pro Retina late 2013. iOS 8.1 and Yosemite.
It's a company iPhone and a personal MBP. Phone has an Apple ID associated with company credit card and MBP personal Apple ID with personal credit card.
There is a cross platform issue as you cannot use two Apple IDs in Facetime and Messages. Therefore my iPhone and MBP do not interoperate correctly, for example, a text message in messages on the iPhone will not appear in Messages on the MBP. Similar situation for FaceTime. When you try to enter the second email associated with the second Apple ID on either platform you get "cannot verify because email is already in use".
Any work arounds?
This is something Apple should have really anticipated as iPhones become more widespread in corporate use.

Thank you for your continued interest and research on my behalf on this situation. I was on the phone with Apple support (at no charge) for over an hour yesterday. Becasue I have what they cal a "vintage computer"(7 1/2 years old), there are some additional issues. We thought it was solved at teh end of the phone call but aparently it was not. Here is the procedure !!

-->Enter values in the fields Area width and Area height in accordance with the input guidelines for main windows.
-->Enter values in the fields Spacing and Number in the Horizontal group if you want to use multiple columns. You can ignore the fields in the Vertical group.
Determine how many columns and line areas are required for label printing. Then enter the corresponding values in the fields in the Horizontal and Vertical groups.

Using two facts of two different star schemas and conformed dimensions

I've been working as developer and database designer for years and I'm new to Business Objects. Some people says you can not use two facts of two different star schemas in the same query because of conformed dimensions and loop problems in BO.
For example I have a CUSTOMER_SALE_fACT table containing customer_id and date_id as FK, and some other business metrics about sales. And there is another fact table CUSTOMER_CAMPAIGN_FACT which also contains customer_id and date_id as FK, and some other business metrics about customer campaigns. SO I have two stars like below:
DIM_TIME -- SALE_FACT -- DIM_CUSTOMER
DIM_TIME -- CAMPAIGN_FACT -- DIM_CUSTOMER
Business metrics are loaded into fact tables and facts can be used together along conformed dimensions . This is one of the fundamentals of the dimensional modeling. Is it really impossible to use SALE_FACT and CAMPAIGN_FACT together? If the answer is No, what is the solution?

When you join two facts together with a common dimension you have created what is called a "chasm trap" which leads to invalid results because of the way SQL is processed. The query rows are first retrieved and then aggregated. Since sales fact and campaign fact have no direct relationship, the rows coming from either side can end up as a product join.
Suppose a customer has 3 sales fact rows and 2 campaign fact rows. The result set will have six rows before any aggregation is performed. That would mean that sales measures are doubled and campaign measures are tripled.
You can report on them together, using multiple SQL passes, but you can't query them together. Does that distinction make sense?

If you're downloading them on the device itself, sign in and out of Apple IDs as needed. An application can only be updated by logging in with the Apple ID it's associated with.
If you're downloading them from a computer, ensure all the applications are in one iTunes library and that it doesn't contain protected content from more than five Apple IDs.

I am using labview to read ECU data from INCA software .INCA providing COMTOOL API(incacom.dll). I am using ACTIVEX for communication between INCA & Labview. My problem is If I have used single activex class object I am able to read Inca version, getting the database path etc. If I have used two activex class in same vi (one to open Inca & other one is to read the folder structure) I am not getting output.I have attached snapshot for referance
